Naturally our teeth colour ranges from pearly white to pale yellow so everyone cannot hv white teeth. Get scalling n polishing done by dentist. If u r not happy with ur teeth shade later, u can get bleaching done by dentist which 'll lighten ur teeth by 2-3 shades. Alternatively u can use a teeth whitening toothpaste such as snowdent after scalling. Whitening gels used daily along with customized dental trays provided by dentist r also available in the market. Avoid heavily coloured foods, tea n coffee, cool drinks, smoking n tobacco products as they stain teeth. to avoid cavities, Use proper brushing techniques with a fluridated toothpaste . Brush , floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage ur gums with ur finger tips after brushing. Keep ur tongue clean. Rinse ur mouth well after each meal. Visit ur dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs and also get scalling done once in a year.

Hi, As per your height you are underweight as your ideal weight for 5 feet 6 inches should be around 60 Kg. Incase you still wish to lose weight, Follow the following diet Chart: Morning: 6AM: Brisk walk for 45 min. Morning tea with 1 Marie biscuit Breakfast: 1 glass skimmed milk with 2 tsp cornflakes,5 almonds : Club sandwich with tomato, boiled potato, cucumber,ketchup or chutney (No Butter or Mayonnaise) 11AM: Orange or Apple Lunch: 2 thin chapattis,1 katori yellow dal,Mixed vegetable or any seasonal vegetable cooked in just 1 tsp oil, Curd, Citrus fruit. 4 PM: Tea with murmura or roasted chana 7 PM: Soup with club sandwich or dinner roll. Bedtime: 1 glass milk if hungry

Follow following tips 1. Eat healthy, more vegetables and whole fruits, drink plenty of water 2. Avoid oily, junk food, processed foods, eat home made food, avoid non veg if needed go for lean meat and fish 3 stay active, don't sit for more time 4. Sleep for 7-8 hrs 5. Go for regular exercise go for homoeopathic constitutional treatment for best results.

Hi, premature greying of hair are due to hormone changes, stress, lack of sleep, unhealthy diet. Regulate your daily activities, stress, sleep, drink lots of water, eat vegetable and fruits. And do some exercise daily take tab calcium pantothenate once daily.

Hello Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Hello, I can understand through what situation you are going through! but always fighting back is not the solution. Either sit and talk to that person directly or try to avoid that kind of situation which makes you stressed. There are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! exercises: practice shavasana or corpse pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. (the mind and body are deeply connected. If the mind is occupied by thoughts and worries then the shavasana will be unsuccessful. Therefore one has to acquire the stability of the mind along with the stability of the body.) anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like balasan, setu bandha sarvangasan, uttanasan, garudasan, savasana, triconasana, viprita karani, marjaryasana, dhyana, bhujangasana, anulom-vilum, pranayam, etc. Another stress-buster can be getting involved in any of your hobbies (may be a childhood hobby which you used to enjoy a lot!) - dancing, singing, painting, listening to soothing music, playing musical instruments, etc. (believe me, you would really enjoy doing this alone as well or may be with your friends, kids). Medication: take homoeopathic medication - schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos. 6x/ once at night - take them for 4 weeks.

This is one of the easiest ways to gain weight. • Alternatively, soak one-fifth cup of raisins and five to six dried figs in water overnight. The following day, eat them in two parts. 4 feet and 11 inches, 50 kg shd be upper range but not fat. Less than 45 is weak and more than 50 is unhealthy, you need 2000 call if sitting entire day it more according to activities. Not more than 3000. Do light exercises and eat well.

For pimples -- apply some apple cider vinegar: directions for use: wash your face with water and pat dry. Using a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water, dip a cotton ball into vinegar and apply it directly to the blemish. Leave on for at least 10 minutes, or overnight. Reapply several times a day, washing face thoroughly after each time. Make sure to use a moisturizer afterwards as well if you feel like your skin is getting dry. Also take kali brom 30 - twice daily. If your parents had acne, you may have inherited that tendency. Some medications (for example, epilepsy medication, prednisone, androgens taken as medicine, and lithium) can cause acne. Cosmetics that have a greasy consistency may also clog pores. Water-based products are less likely to cause acne than oil-based makeup.

Thyroid is not related with this problem. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Hello, Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Do regular light exercises (never take any supplements provided by the gym!). It should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both thrice a day for 1 month. Write to me after that.

It can be determined only on examination. It can b an infection or an allergy. Avoid tight undergarments. Wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Remove any form of moisture that accumulates. Change underclothes regularly. Reduce weight. It could b tinea. Tinea is due to a fungal infection which grows in hot, humid, wet environments. You need to use antifungals.

Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is WHEY protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.
