This problem can be solved by meditation some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity, you can go for daily morning walk 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes 8. Avoid watching tv and reading news paper at bedtime, you can listen some soft music.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Hi, * stress/anxiety/depression are the main causes of insomnia. * to over come stress/anxiety and depression, you should go for meditation for 30 mnts at the same time this process will inculcate stamina from within to fight, insomnia. * if, possible go for a walk in the morning in open air for an hr. * take plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to keep your blood, diluted. * avoid junk food. Homoe-care @ coffea cruda 200-4 drops at bed time 1 hr before going to sleep. @ ashawagandhaq -10 drops with 2 tsfl of water, thrice a day. Take care.

To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil of Baidyanath company and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Hi, Very Good Evening to you. I am a 29 year old male who is overweight. I reduced my diet, I skip evening meal but sometimes have Veg Sandwich (Brown Bread) and some raw fruits (Water Melon, Musk Melon, Papaya, and Corn etc.) and fruit juices (Sugar Cane, Papaya etc.) instead. Also, I have reduced intake of junk food otherwise too still I see very less effects. Can you suggest me more what should I do. I want to go for jogging but I am in night shift work hours and hence unable to follow it. So please advise. Thanks and Regards,

DEAR Lybrate USER. 1) take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals… 2) apply mixture of garlic and lemon juice on the scalp. 3) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. 4) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals. Do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.

Get in a routine. If you’re depressed, you need a routine depression can strip away the structure from your life. One day melts into the next. Setting a gentle daily schedule can help you get back on track. 2. When you're depressed, you may feel like you can't accomplish anything. That makes you feel worse about yourself. To push back, set daily goals for yourself. "Start very small,” "Make your goal something that you can succeed at, like doing the dishes every other day." As you start to feel better, you can add more challenging daily goals. 3. Exercise- It temporarily boosts feel-good chemicals called endorphins. It may also have long-term benefits for people. Regular exercise seems to encourage the brain to rewire itself in positive ways. How much exercise do you need? You don’t need to run marathons to get a benefit. Just walking a few times a week can help. 4. Eat healthy. There is no magic / special; diet that corrects depression. It's a good idea to watch what you eat, though. If depression tends to make you overeat, getting in control of your eating will help you feel better. Although nothing is definitive, there’s evidence that foods with omega-3 fatty acids (such as fish) and folic acid (such as spinach) could help ease depression. 5. Get enough sleep. Depression can make it hard to get enough sleep and can make depression worse. What can you do? Start by making some changes to your lifestyle. Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try not to nap. Take all the distractions out of your bedroom -- no computer and no TV. In time, you may find your sleep improves. 6. Take on responsibilities. When you’re depressed, you may want to pull back from life and give up your responsibilities at home and at work. Staying involved and having daily responsibilities can work as a natural depression treatment. They ground you and give you a sense of accomplishment. If you're not up to full-time school or work, that’s fine. Think about part-time. If that seems like too much, consider volunteer work. 7. Challenge negative thoughts. In your fight against depression, a lot of the work is mental -- changing how you think. When you're depressed, you leap to the worst possible conclusions. You might feel like no one likes you, but is there real evidence for that? You might feel like the most worthless person on the planet, but is that really likely? It takes practice, but in time you can beat back those negative thoughts before they get out of control. 8. Check with your doctor before using supplements. "There's promising evidence for certain supplements for depression," Those include fish oil, folic acid. Always check with your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you’re already taking medications 9. Do something new. When you’re depressed, you’re in a rut. Push yourself to do something different. Go to a museum. Pick up a used book and read it on a park bench. Volunteer at a soup kitchen. Take a language class. "When we challenge ourselves to do something different, there are chemical changes in the brain, "Trying something new alters the levels of [the brain chemical] dopamine, which is associated with pleasure, enjoyment, and learning." 10. Try to have fun. If you’re depressed, make time for things you enjoy. What if nothing seems fun anymore? "That's just a symptom of depression," You have to keep trying anyway. As strange as it might sound, you have to work at having fun. Plan things you used to enjoy, even if they feel like a chore. Keep going to the movies. Keep going out with friends for dinner. When you're depressed, you can lose the knack for enjoying life, you have to relearn how to do it. In time, fun things really will feel fun again. you are having smell and bad breath . this is due to poor oral health . .for smell problem you need to take care of teeth and maintain good oral hygiene,like brushing your teeth twice a day with colgate fresh mint tooth paste ,regular rinse with Mouthwashes (listerine )after meals ,this will help to avoid the bacteria in plaque,that accumulates in the mouth. you have to visit dental surgeon every six month . maintain oral cleanliness to make sure your teeth stay healthy.
