Medicines give temporary relief as far as mucked and joint pains are concerned root cause need to be addressed incorrect postures in sitting and sleeping put undue stress on joints and also leads to tight muscles and weak muscles around neck this imbalance needs to be addressed to be free of neck pains.

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

I suffer from following ailments: 1. Hypertension for last 30 years. My lipid profile always shows higher value of bad chlostral inspite of my consuming very very low fat diet. 2. Knee pain for last 12 years. Cartage of left leg got broken 12 years back , which under went minicus operation in year 2003. Now I started medicines for lowering chlostral (Rosvas F) for last two months in addition to my regular BP medicine. 3. I also take medicine for Prostate. 4. After starting medicine for chlostral, I now find very severe pain has started in my knees. My age is now 63 years.

I am 19 year old male person 3 days back I fell down from the stairs because of which I am having back pain and I have applied oxalgin tube and have taken spasmoproxivan yet the pain is not reducing. So in this case what can I do?

You may be suffering from fracture spine. Kindly get x rays of your spine take bed rest. Fortunately, it appears that you have no neurological deficit. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Your thigh muscles are getting strained due to overexertion. Follow these tips; 1. Be gradual in your exercise. Gradually increase your workout intensity. Give at least one day break in your exercise regimen. 2. Do leg muscle stretches before gym and apply cold pack after exercises. 3. Take adequate liquids during and after gym. 4. Take well balanced nutritious diet rich in Calcium and vitamin D. 5. Take analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for 2 days to get relief. If problem persists consult again.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi. Whenever I have food after 15 to 30 mins I will get such a saviour pain in my stomach nd back I am nt understanding this. I have consulted doctor he has done endoscopy and scan of stomach liver nd everything reports are normal. He said due to food bacteria/infection has happ in stomach. I am Suffering like hell from this stomach pain nd tat will b for 1 hour after tat it will reduce automatically I stay in saudi arabia. Pls pls help me out to overcome this prob. Dear Lybrate user The problem you discussed hear. In ayurveda it is called Anna dravya shool. In this the mucus membrane of your stomach become very active after food intake. This problem can not be investigated in any reports. There are some medicine in ayurveda which can reduce your problem. For Ayurvedic medicine please consult me. Till then take precautions like, Don't take to much tea. Never do fast. Never sleep in day time. And sleep early at night. Thanks.

Need evaluation for the cause of recurrent knee arthritis. Meanwhile you can do basic investigation before in person consultation. Cbc. Esr. Let. Rft. Hla b27. Rbs. Urine rm. Xray pelvis ap view. Consult with reports.
