Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair. Also shaving your face 2-3 times a week for a few weeks might increase the thickness and density of your facial hair. Don't forget to use Aloe Vera gel after shaving. It is soothing and also promotes hair growth.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

See, don't focus on" I have to forget her" Because energy goes there. More you try about forgetting; more you will remember. Instead focus on what you want to become" Happy, Fresh, Energetic isn't it. So, focus on that with great conviction. Follow some basic tips. •Accept the reality: This is the most difficult stage. Mind will not accept the reality easily but, you have to do it. Stop becoming victim. Accept the reality and stop self destruction. You don't need to prove anything to anybody. Understand this and prepare your mind set. •Now stop having self pity and make your life interesting. And surely for that you don't require your ex. You are the only one who can make it. Do following things: 1. Meet up your friends talk to them, share our feelings and enjoy their company as we used to do when we were young. You will feel free. 2. Meet parents, if possible talk to them take their blessings. It works really. Surrender yourself with all your problems and fears, happy and sad moments to them and god or any supreme power you believe in. Surrendering is the most important thing in this process. It helps in letting go the emotional blockages you have. 3. Stop contacting your ex (of course). Always remember She was past and past is passed. Remove her number also from the personal diary and mind. Stop stalking him/her. 4. Have a faith that, you can do it. Do your sadhana (the worship and work) daily. This helps in increasing confidence in yourself. Make a commitment to yourself with a conviction about your sadhana. 5. Hit Gym and get physically fit. See, mind is subtle part of body. If you are healthy, and it will be strong enough to handle this stuff. 6. Play. Enjoy your life. It only come once. Trust me, you start living your life and you will find the way. It changes the state of mind. 7. Try you to pick a hobby which you wanted to do but you didn't. (eg. Music, Trekking, any Sport etc) In short get busy and stop living lonely. With consistent efforts, you will make it. Don't do it just by thinking that" I am doing this for forget her"; do this because you love yourself and there are so many people who loves you. You are surrounded with the plenty of friends, relatives and other human beings. If one person is not loving you, it doesn't makes any difference. Understand this basic and move on. Your love was not just reciprocated friend, and nothing else. When you will live your life positively, you will be surrounded with positive people and eventually you will meet a sweet person who will reciprocate your love more than you have ever given and more than you can imagine. You will get out of it slowly over the period of time for sure. And high time you start focusing in your studies. All the very best. Regards

Is Masturbation Normal For Committed Guys?

It refers to the touching of your own body in order to get pleasure and satisfaction. This activity is a very important part of physical as well as mental wellbeing.
Men and women all over the world engage in masturbation, irrespective of whether or not they are sexually active with their partners. There are many myths and debates associated with the act of masturbation, especially for those who are in committal (or non-committal) relationships with a regular sexual partner.
One of these myths is that masturbating when you're in a relationship is abnormal and is indicative of the fact that your partner has lost interest in you and is not sexually attracted to you.

However, masturbating in a relationship is perfectly normal for the following reasons:

  • It is how many learn about their bodies and sexual responsiveness, which enables them to perform better during intercourse
  • It acts as a sexual outlet for those whose partners do not wish to have sex or are unavailable for a temporary time period
  • It is a safe alternative when the risk of sexually transmitted infections and diseases is present

Apart from that masturbation can also help enhancing the sexual relationship as studies show that those who had experienced orgasm through masturbation before they started having sex are likelier to experience better orgasms when they have sex than those who don't masturbate.

However, masturbation comes with its own set of problems. If done excessively, these problems will begin to manifest themselves in the bedroom in the form of sexual dysfunction.

The subsequent reasons entail why it is not good to masturbate too frequently:

  • Too much masturbation leads to loss of libido: Some people tend to constant masturbate to pornography despite having regular sexual partners. They often find themselves underperforming during intercourse as unwarranted masturbation lowers sexual drive.
  • Masturbation does not have the health benefits of sexual intercourse: Having regular sex with a partner positively impacts many aspects of one's health, such as blood pressure, cardiac vigour, hormone secretions, etc. However, masturbation does not carry many of those benefits, as studies have shown.
  • Masturbation has its own risks: It may be considered the safest form of sex possible but it isn't entirely risk-free. Frequent masturbation can cause skin irritations and men who masturbate with roughness face the risk of penile fracture.

The amount of masturbation that one should indulge in is extremely subjective. Those who masturbate regularly and still have a healthy sexual relationship with their partners are in a wholesome place. But if masturbation causes you to develop an aversion to having sex with your partner, consult a sex therapist right away. Compulsive masturbation is a behavior that disrupts one's life both physically and mentally.

Endoscopy of nose, CT scan PNS , etc will help to come to diagnosis. Avoiding allergens, will help you. You may require Antihistaminics Antibiotics, Alagesics and nasal decongestants. May require surgery?.

Hello, obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell& tissues to curb fats cells. * go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing, regularly. * opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office. * tk, oats with green tea or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. * tk, salad, fruits, sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian, high in proteins and fibre, maintains 1300-1600 calories through dietary regulation. * consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. * avoid, nicotine, coffee, alcohol, junk food, cookies, burger, pizza, butter, ghee, sitting on computer late in d night. # homoeo medicines which r administered gently, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof. @ phyto berryq -10 drops, thrice, with little lukewarm water before each meal * your feedback will highly b appreciated for further follow up, please. Hi Pintu, you can definitely gain some weight by having a high calorie diet. However it is not possible to increase your height at the age of 22. For diet, try to eat every 2-3 hrs. Have proper breakfast , lunch & dinner and also include 3 in-between small meals. Have roti, rice, veg, dal / non-veg at your lunch & dinner. Have a good breakfast including milk, eggs or paneer sandwiches, poha,upma, parathas sometimes.

Hello lybrate-user, an erupting wisdom tooth is often associated with pain, swelling, restricted mouth opening etc. Most commonly it is because of infection of the gums surrounding the erupting tooth. I will advise you to visit an oral surgeon/dentist who will most likely prescribe you a short course of antibiotic & pain killers. In the mean time do warm saline rinses and try to keep good oral hygiene by regular brushing. All the best.

Hi Munesh There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. .

It could be due to abdominal infection, worm infestation, food poisoning, irrtable bowel syndrome etc. Probiotics might be helpful to you. Take over-the-counter medicine if intolerable pain. Eat soft diet. Keep urself well hydrated. Hope this helps u. If required, consult with details

Hello, This may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas/ constipation or gastroenteritis You can take 1.Tablet Meftal Spas one tablet stat after food 2. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. Hydrocele is fluid collection in testis. If it is there you need surgery to correct it. If it is simple itching then wear loose cotton clothes, don't apply soap on that part.
