Good evening mam, my husband named kumar aged 28 years height 5.10 weight 89 kgs ,he had Vitamin - D deficiency, now it is normal after taking supplementaries. And also gilbert Syndrome also there He is having following symptoms and suffering since almost 5 yrs Symptoms 1.Excessive head sweating (major problem) n high sensitivity to heat since 5 yrs 2). Aches in bones n joints & muscle weakness since 3 yrs 3).Skin acnes since 5 yrs 4).Fatigue since 3 yrs 5).Digestive problems since 4 yrs 6).Some times numbness in hands n legs since 3 yrs 7). Lack of concentration 8).Hair loss 9).Weight gain 10). Weakness I.e not ability to do physical activities ,he is too much worried about excessive sweating problem and anxiety and weakness problem. We meet many doctors and followed according to them but the problem is same and done many tests but the tests results are normal .he had taken cortisoltest, progesterone,testostrenbut the levels are normal mam. One doctor told that he is suffering from the vitamin b12 defence and he having anemia and iron supplement is need like tht. Is it permanent solution for his problem? Or still any other problem or tests need to take to find out the problem? Bcz of that problem he is getting disturbed a lot find the sol for the problem mam.

Lot of harmful bacteria inside his gut line and totally digestive disorder and toxin. He is over weight and continue gaining weight. You may start a glass of luke warm water with lemon extract in the morning like chip chip as you take tea in empty stomach, follow home made food only, 2-3 pcs of garlic also good to kill bad bacteria if you take in the morning when lemon extract you are taking. No smoking, alcohol, junk food and soft drinks. Right time food and sleep. Minimum 7 hours of sound sleep is must, regular exercise and no day sleep. Follow foe 6 months and revert back. Thanks.

I am 48 years old female having discprolapse and backache for last 6 years now I am suffering from pain on foot, x- ray shows calcium deposit under my foot like thrones, ortho doctor advised me to dip my foot in hot salty water and given some pain killers but they are not giving me permanent relief when I stop medicine the pain is haunting me and i am unable to walk perfectly. I am 60 and I have cervical spondylosis compliant for the last 10 years. Although I took physiotherapy it's not cured. Further I tried homoeopathic medicine for some time without much effect. I am bearing the terrible pain in my right shoulder and left arm when I travel or carry luggage. Also I have problem while sleeping. Please suggest suitable remedy.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Shoulder Pain: Causes, Diagnoses & Treatment

Shoulder pain can be a persistent dull and nagging sensation in the upper arm or shoulder area. It can be easily differentiated from neck pain as it is related to the movement of shoulders i.e. it will increase and decrease with shoulder movements, especially overhead activities. The other signs to identify shoulder pain is if your shoulder movements are reduced.

If you find it difficult to scratch / wash your back, comb your hair or reach your back pocket, it clearly shows you are suffering from shoulder pain. Shoulder pain can happen due to various reasons, it varies from person to person depending on the activities he/she is involved in, for e.g. sports, manual job etc. It can be a single major injury or multiple small injuries due to repetitive usage patterns. Also, degenerative changes in various parts of the shoulder can lead to shoulder pain.

In case of middle to old age, injuries that can cause shoulder pain are:

  • Biceps Tendonitis
  • Acromio-clavicular Joint arthritis
  • Scapular Dyskinesia
  • Trapezitis
  • Suprascapular nerve entrapment In young age, injury due to sports or gym activity can cause shoulder pain
  • Superior labral anterior/posterior (SLAP tear)lesion

Also, traumatic or repeated dislocations of shoulder can cause shoulder pain due to:

  • Bankart lesion

Diagnose Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain can be diagnosed only after thorough history taking and clinical examination. However, some imaging studies can be very helpful like:

  1. X-rays: Through an x-ray one can view the shoulder in many different views.
  2. Ultrasound: With an ultrasound, you can also check the damaged caused to the tendons and muscles of the shoulder but the quality of reporting depends upon the expertise of the doctor.
  3. MRI: MRI gives a clear picture of the shoulder as it shows everything related to a shoulder joint that is joints, vessels, tendons and muscles that too from different angles.
  4. Diagnostic Arthroscopy: A surgical procedure often used by orthopaedic surgeons to diagnose and treat issues inside a joint. Arthroscopy has the big advantage that one can use it to diagnose as well as treat at the same time.

Treatment for Various Types of Shoulder Pain

  1. For Shoulder Impingement or Rotator Cuff tear: Give rest to the shoulder for a few days only Dedicated Physiotherapy Protocol Bursal injections If these fail then, (Surgery)Arthroscopic sub-acromial decompression If Cuff tear is found, then one can go for Arthroscopic/Mini-open repair
  2. Labral Lesions: For anterior Labral lesions (Bankart's) following anterior shoulder dislocation then surgery in the form of Arthroscopic Bankart's repair is the only option to reduce risk of recurrence and degeneration.

SLAP Lesions

  1. Pain relief and physiotherapy as first step If this fails then following surgical options are available
  2. Arthroscopic debridement or repair of labrum
  3. Biceps tenotomy or tenodesis

Arthritis

In this case, the joint is already destroyed and has to be resurfaced for pain relief and to maintain ROM. If Rotator cuff muscles are working, then Shoulder resurfacing hemiarthroplasty (preferred in young people), that has a life of 10 to 15 years, Total shoulder replacement (preferred in middle aged to old people) has a life of 10 to 15 years. But, if rotator cuff muscle are not working then Reverse Geometry Shoulder replacement is recommended, that has a life of 10 years.

It is always advisable to get yourself diagnosed properly in case of shoulder pain as management changes depending on clinical situations. Neglecting shoulder conditions can lead to bigger problems later on.
