lybrate-user. Hie.you may have had a nerve injury along with shoulder injury. Nerve regeneration takes atleast 1 to 2 yrs. Keep doing your shoulder and hand rehabilitation exercises. Do not give up.

Your back pain could be postural/mechanical due to your work etc. Do some hot fomentation and back exercises to strengthen your back muscles.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day..

I am 63 years male. 2 years back I had tingling and slight pain in left hand 3 fingers (thumb, index and middle. My efforts to investigated from general physician to specialist to neurologist were in vain. As suggested doctors it gradually cured. In two years it is limited to tip of the middle finger. However, still I feel that left hand has lost (very little) strength. Often feel tingling in chest and back side. I am type2 diabetic (border) taking glycometsr 500 in the morning and gp1 in the night. Other wise my health is perfect. I do pranayama, meditation. Will you please suggest me to get the above disorder addressed?

It will be wise for you to get nerve conduction studies to understand exactly the region where your nerves are getting affected, and if it is due to compression somewhere, it can be addressed accordingly. Am getting pain on upper chest bone till hands joints too, I had a vry mild pain since one month but now from d last one week its more paining, what should I do please suggest me! thank u.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Although you have provided a limited information regarding your leg pain in your age but I will try to figure out few important reasons for leg pains ------------------------- 1. Muscular cramps due to many reasons and the major one is dehydration due to drinking less water during the day-------- 2. Leg bone pains due to exhaustion due to vitamin-d deficiency----- 3. Hello, if your sleep is lacking then you may suffer from bodyache, fatigue and pains. So take a sound sleep of 8 hours. Take Kali phos 6x, 5 tabs twice daily and five phos 6x, 5 tabs twice daily. Revert me after 1 week.

Hello Girish, Thanks for showing willingness to regain the fitness as pain in both hips can be quite uncomfortable and as you mention it's affecting your function of standing for more than half an hour. Usually both hips don't hurt together. When they do, commonly it's the lower back the cause. Your symptoms do sound similar to wear & tear changes in lower back. But, I strongly suggest to visit a clinician - Physiotherapist / Orthopedic Consultant for detailed assessment and clear the possibility of any hip pathology. In the meanwhile, you can lean against a wall for support when standing and also you can keep one foot rested on a small step and change to reduce the excess stress on both hips & the lumbar spine for an extent period of time. These tips will just help in controlling the symptoms but not cure it. I hope this is of help in guiding towards your next step to regain your health. Gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. These procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti (specialised panchakar, a procedure for backpains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.. Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning.

Son is 19 years old. He was diagnose two years back by a doctor as Ankylogy spondylitis. HLAB test is also positive. Six months ho took medicine prescribed by doctor. After that he left the medicine. Till that he was not having pain. Since three months again started pain with more places. Kindly advice me further.

My right neck shoulder and hand pains a lot. Doc said trapezius is in spasm. I use laptop a lot and smartphone too. I have long hair so I normally tie a jooda. Sometimes there is numbness in hand n fingers and sometimes there is pricking pain. I. M taking zerodol & multivitamins. But its not helping much.

Dear it's all because of the work strain that you are getting the problem. It may be associated with cervical spondylitis also as you say you have numbness in your hands and fingers. You need to do some exercises for your neck and keep ice pack on the trapezius. Wishing you good health.

The best way to manage will be to keep sugar levels undr control, take adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation as per requirement, take a short course of anti inflammatory medication which suits you and do intensive physical therapy, initially with modalities till there is pain, then at home. Also you can do ice packs at home which will provide pain relief as well, also local analgesic spray like dynapar qps or volitra can be used.
