Hi, relax! take homoeo medicine being gentle to use without any adverse effect, there of. Start the medicine on cessation of flow.(after a wk of period) @ pulsatilla 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ colocynth200-6 pills, thrice a day & sos. This may continue during period, too. Report periodically. Take, plenty of water during period to eliminate toxins and to dilute your blood to ease your problem. Your diet b easily digestible on time. Take care.

Pain at this age is usually due to patellofemoral cartilage softening. Make sure your knee xrays are normal. Try a course of quadriceps strengthening exercises. Weight reduction, avoiding sitting on the floor and squatting also helps.

I have indigestion problem from 3 month's. I feal like my stomach is burning all day and nausea sometimes. I have consulted 3 doctors and did ultrasound and liver function test but all the reports wear normal. You need to avoid dairy products/fast-foods/cold drinks/animal protein/night watching. Do take balance diet/rather small amount of food at one time only. Do not take full meal for a week or so. Do take water according to your thirst. Also take nux vom 30 - once daily at bedtime.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 30 ( 4 drops in little amount of water) twice a day for 15 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. *Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *Avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.----------- 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie.------------- 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola).---------- 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds.----------- 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates.----------- 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories.---------- 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty.---------- 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements.------- 9. Non vegetarian foods--------- some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below:---- 1. Red meat lean ground beef, lean steaks.------ 2. Pork, ham, lamb------ 3. Fish: eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day.------- 4. Shrimps: the nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey------- 6. Chicken breast chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving.-------- whole eggs: eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins a, d and e.------

It could be due to hyper acidity 1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 8.Consult doctor for further advice.

According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 1. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 2. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 3. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. 4. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. To increase your height by a few inches, drink at least two to three glasses of milk daily. In addition, eating dairy foods like cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cream can have an effect on height.Do regular exercise daily, yoga, streching your body, sound sleep, all will help. Eating at least two hours before sleep Having a light dinner Regular consumption of sprouts Having regular eating schedule and avoiding habit of munching every now and then Avoiding consumption of tea, coffee, cold-drinks, ice-cream, chocolates etc Regular use of trifala powder in night or early morning Eating lots of fresh fruits Drinking lots of water Walking for 10-15 minutes after meals Eating soaked almonds in morning. The gulbandi variety is best. Eating in sukhasan. This posture is a wonderful gift of our ancient seers.

Hello- Vaginal dryness suggest weak body stature. Your internal lubricating glands are not healthy enough to produce proper fluid for lubrication. Use artificial lubricant gels during sex. Increase the amount of dairy products to help your lubrication internally. Drink milk with few drops of almond oil few minutes before sex. Massage you body daily with coconut oil. It will increase the internal lubrication fluid.

Dear l u:- you might be suffering from migrainous headache & hyper cholesterolaemia. Low oily & fatty meals, low salty meals is recomendated. Take regullar aerobic exercises, coloured fruits & vegetables, plenty of water.

Hello, you are doing exercise daily but may be not following diet. Take high protein food. Reduced carbohydrates food and do not take fruits more than 150-200g. Alternatively do cardio exercises approx 1 hour.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .
