Please help me out.
Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 2.Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 3.Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine belladonna 200 (4 drops in little water) 4 times in a day for 2 days and revert. Gargling twice a day with lukewarm water will also give you relief.

Sir 3 months ago I did LIPID profile test. It was not normal. Doc prescribe me RAZEL 5 mg. I took it for 3 months. Then I did LIPID test again, it was completely NORMAL. Q: Hi I need some help. Generally people suffer from early ejaculation however I am suffering from delayed. What could be the problem. While having sex I generally enter my wife however, I loose my erection after 3-4 minutes and thereafter it becomes impossible to enter my wife. We are also planning to start to conceive however this way we do try to have sex 2-3 times a week but I only manage to cum inside her once every 4-5 times we try. Dear lybrate user, you are suffering from erectile dysfunction. To get rid of erectile dysfunction you need to take homoeopathic mother tincture yohimbinum q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Along with medicines you can also try a home therapy to boost your sexual performance. Soak 4-5 dry dates (khurma khajur) in a cup of lukewarm milk before going to bed daily. On waking up next morning eat those soaked dry dates & discard the milk. Repeat the process daily. Use apple cider vinegar organic post shampoo. Mix jst half a spoon in water and rinse your hair with it. It will also maintain the ph balance of your hair and make them smooth shiny.

Dear lybrate-user. Acne/pimples persist in the age group of 13-30 yrs. With regular treatment, we can bring them under control. Avoid Oily diet, Junk food, Stress, Picking acne, Steroid application, Heavy make up (for women), Inadequate sleep. Visit a Cosmetologist/Dermatologist for an adequate prescription.

Hi, Glow is something comes within, so “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this in your life and you will see the difference as natural glow comes from within! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4 hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

Hi lybrate-user, Try to keep to a regular timing for going to bed*Avoid fried and heavy foods. Eat early and light food at night so that the food is almost digested by the time you go to bed. Prefer fruits and green vegetables. Fix daily work schedule and be busy with your work. Don’t keep pending problems in mind. Note down the points and leave them for next day’s action. Don’t do stimulating mental work or keep watching TV which can keep your mind agitated or active. This will not allow you to sleep. LCD screen will also have adverse effect. Day’s physical exercise makes you tired and induces sleep. *A warm bath in the evening will also be helpful. Low volume music also induces sleep. Keep your bed room neat, dark and cool. You may cover your eyes with bed sheet. *Drink plenty of water during the day rather than toward bedtime. Don’t have stimulating drinks like tea or coffee. Drinking a glass of milk before going to bed is fine.

Set specific times to eat and stick by this schedule. Once your body gets used to eating on a schedule, you should start to feel hungry at these times. Avoid drinks before or during mealtimes. If you want to increase your appetite, avoid filling up on beverages. Wait half an hour before or after meals to drink. Eat small meals. Eating smaller meals frequently throughout the day can help stimulate your appetite. Instead of trying to get down three large square meals, aim to consume four to six smaller meals.

A broken wrist is known as a wrist fracture and it may occur due to a variety of causes starting from undue pressure on the wrist which can result in an injury as well as debilitating conditions like arthritis, which makes the bones and joints prone to fractures. There are also non displaced breaks, which are stable kinds of fractures and in which, the wrist remains in its place. Let us find out more about the kinds of fractures and the procedures for treatment of the same.

Type of Fracture: The wrist is basically made up of eight small bones that connect the two long arm bones, which are known as the radius and ulna and create the forearm. The broken wrist can take place in any of these bones. A hand surgeon will generally take a look at this kind of fracture and determine whether it is displaced, stable or open. As discussed earlier, a wrist fracture can be of various types. While a non displaced wrist fracture is a more stable kind that does not really require much more than rest or medication, a displaced wrist fracture is a non stable kind where dislocation happens.

Other Factors: There are a variety of other factors that will be taken into consideration in order to repair this kind of a fracture. To begin with, the Orthopaedic specialist will consider your age and the kind of job, hobbies and other kinds of activities that you indulge in. Hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months.
