Hi. Hair fall occurs due to many reasons. Common causes are hormonal, nutritional deficiences like iron, proteins, vit d, local inflammation in scalp, stress chemical tretment of hair and any systemic illness or medication. Very important to find the cause of hairfall and then treat accordingly. Every patient would have a different reason for hairfall. Treating dandruff may reduce hairfall if its the only cause of it.

The weight gain in the body is due to the more of the calories in your diet than you burn in the whole day. One should eat balanced diet comprising of Carbohydrates-50%, protein-40% and fat 10% in right ratio with a maximum of 1500-1800 calories per day. To keep satiety at meals increase your protein and lower your cabs content, these wills the amount of food in next meal and thus decrease calorie consumption. Good choices of protein to be opted are: •Egg white •Sprouts •Mushroom •Oats •Chicken and fish Drink plenty of water and do not include high density source of calorie rich snacks like nuts and seeds. The foreskin is the hood of skin that covers the head of the penis. If you have been circumcised, you will not have a foreskin.

In small children the foreskin is tight and stuck to the glans, but normally begins to separate at about the age of 3 or 4. If the hole in the foreskin looks abnormally tiny, ask your doctor to check.

After the age of 7, it is usually possible to pull the foreskin back over the head (or glans) of the penis, but in some boys this is not possible before the age of 14 or 15. So if you are 13 or 14, do not worry – this is perfectly normal.

If you are 15 or over and cannot pull your foreskin back, it may be too tight.
A tight foreskin is called phimosis . If you have phimosis, you will not be able to wash under your foreskin properly, so a white, cheesy material called smegma can accumulate. Also, if the condition is severe, it may be painful when the penis is erect.

Some men have phimosis from childhood, but it can also occur late in life, perhaps as a result of several thrush infections affecting the head of the penis. Another common reason is a skin condition called balanitis xerotica obliterans, which makes the foreskin pale and thickened. The cause of this condition is not known; it is not an infection.

The first thing you should do is to eat foods that are high in fiber, this is because fiber rich foods absorb uric acid from the blood. Your kidneys then'throw' out the excess uric acid. Try to eat oatmeal, spinach, cauliflowers and isabgol in milk if possible. Please use olive oil to cook your food. Kindly avoid vegetable oils because they become unhealthy when heated twice. This leads to rancid fat in the body. These destroy vitamin e, that in turn controls uric acid levels. Olive oil also curbs uric acid by itself. Vitamin c chewable tablets taken 500mg daily lower uric acid levels within 4 to 8 weeks. Try to stop intake of sweets, cakes and pastries. Saturated fats are bad for you. Many fruits have got potent anti-oxidant properties, like celery seeds, grapes and tomatoes, and these prevent harmful toxins from attacking your organs - releasing uric acid.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

Hi week ago I had sex for the first time and my bf was here to visit me for only a week so we did it a lot, I don't known if that has anything to do with my problem but this wasn't happening while I was having sex. After he left, like the next day when I went to pee I felt this weird sharp slight pain like in my bladder. I don't know how to explain it but that happens every time I pee and I feel like I have to pee all the time and when I do it's like nothing. This looks like urinary tract infection called as honeymoon cystitis because it happens after sexual intercourse.
