The best natural remedy to cure thyroid is coriander leaves, what you have to do you have to take 20 to 30 grams of coriander and boil in 200 ml water after boiling for 7 to 8 minutes you can drink this coriander herbal tea, you have to drink this herbal tea in morning empty stomach regularly for 3 months, along with this start doing kapal bharti and alom vilom regularly without any fail, make a habit of walking 60 minutes in a day, you have to avoid refined oil in your cooking and use mustard oil cow ghee or any other pure oil, drink 3 to 4 litres water everyday but make sure your not drinking water right after your meals give a gap of 90 minutes.

Hi this is Susheel from Hyderabad having a severe hairfall from last two years is there any posibilty of hair re-gro...
Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. It enhances immune system and neem oil is an antiseptic in itself. Leaf extracts are used in antiseptics and can be effectively used in treating skin diseases. It destroys fungus and bacteria and is best for almost all kinds of skin diseases including redness of skin and itching.

New Sex Positions To Keep Your Bedroom Life Rocking!

New Sex Positions To Keep Your Bedroom Life Rocking!

Sticking to routine is probably not the best idea when it comes to sex. Sex is about getting adventurous and going wild. So here is how you can spice things up in bed and make things interesting when you have been in a long-term relationship.
Here is a list of things that you can do to keep things in the sheets:

  1. Surprise your partner every once in a while: Everybody loves surprises, especially when it is related to sex. It can be anything, from having your partner not say a word while you yank his clothes off and get busy, to walking up to him with whipped cream on the right parts of your body. The key is to keep things interesting, so maybe do not do this too often. Save it for special occasions.
  2. Morning sex once a week, at least: Waking up to a mind-blowing orgasm? No better way to start a day. And the best part is that your partner is right next to you. Studies have shown that sex in the morning helps to raise your alertness and keeps your mood elevated all day.
  3. Share your wildest fantasies: When you have been in a long term relationship, your comfort level is probably at its peak. So go ahead and buy that stringy nurse costume online and surprise your partner. Or go out on a nice long drive, and don’t forget to get frisky with him in the car.
  4. Holiday themed sex: A Santa hat and a ribbon around your waist. That ought to keep you both busy all Christmas.
  5. Try a new position every month: The next time you go to the bookstore, grab yourself a copy of The Kamasutra and help yourselves to the more realistic positions. That can give a wonderful twist to your love life.
  6. Role play: You have been with each other for years now. You both perhaps know each other inside out. Try a little game called role playing where you meet each other all over again. To add to the fun, whip up some new names for each other.
  7. Put technology to its best use: Send a text explaining all the dirty things you would do to your partner after he gets home. That will have him looking forward to what is coming up all day. Maybe attach a tempting picture of yourself, for men are visual creatures. And don’t forget the “NSFW”. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

My son, 22 Month old do not eat anything from birth. he never drink milk from the bottle and never eat any stuff like humans since his birth. he is under weight and we are feeding him milk through 20ml syringe and feed him liquid Dalia force fully by directly injecting it in his mouth. we have consulted several pediatrics the recent one is HOD Max hospital delhi but nothing worked out. As per doctors, baby is fine it just require discipline to improve his food habits. My question is, how can food habits be improved when a baby is not interested in taking any eatable stuff inside his mouth and if we forcefully give into his mouth, he never chew or swallow it. Can someone help us....we are facing a really bad luck with my baby..I will really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

MD - Paediatrics, MBBS

you have rightly said that your baby does not eat like humans because you don't treat your baby as human.STOP FORCED FEEDING AND STOP MILK FEED altogether.love your kid but do not feed.you have done the way you wanted, and baby is under weight, now follow the basic principles that are being elaborated.only six meals a day,one meal to be served for twenty minutes only otherwise remove the plate,no grazing in between the meals,no junk food, one large meal followed by small meal and repeat alter natively,if baby does not eat then next meal after three hours.let baby be hungry and demand food.necessity is mother of invention.I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY BODY DYING OF HUNGER WHEN FOOD IS AVAILABLE.

Hello. It is highly advisable that you never miss out your breakfast no matter how much busy you are. The best time to have breakfast and the most healthy one as well is from sunrise till 2 and half hours of sunrise for example if sun is rising at 6 am in your city than the best time for breakfast will be from 6 till 8: 30 am. Never skip breakfast, you can buy lots of fruits and keep it for your morning meal, fruits are a rich source of fiber and minerals, it is always advisable to have your breakfast as the heaviest meal of the day and on the other hand dinner as your lightest. Have fruits instead of having nothing and being empty stomach till your lunch. Make sure you are waking up half an hour early for your office if you are health cautious and don't want an inner body weakness as well as weight loss problems/weight gain problems. You can even consume fresh fruit juice, buttermilk, dalia, oats, sandwiches (brown bread). They are extremely easy to make/cook, and saves a lot of time besides are healthy in their nature as well. Thanks.

2 Complications Related To Pre-mature Ejaculation

MD - Dermatology, MBBS
Sexologist, Kolkata
2 Complications Related To Pre-mature Ejaculation

You're said to suffer from the problem of premature ejaculation if you ejaculate a minute after penetration or are unable to delay ejaculation during sex. There are certain risk factors and complications associated with this condition and being aware of them can help in effective management of the sexual dysfunction.

Risk factors involved:

1. Erectile dysfunction - Your chances of developing premature ejaculation increase if you regularly face trouble in getting or sustaining an erection. More importantly, the fear of not being able to get an erection can cause you to rush through your sexual experiences.
2. Stress - Premature ejaculation increases if you suffer from mental or emotional stress. When this happens, your ability to relax and pay attention during sexual intercourse decreases.
3. Health problems - Even the presence of an underlying health condition like a heart disease may make you rush through sex and ejaculation. Moreover, many heart patients have been reported as having experienced a decrease in satisfaction and frequency after a heart surgery or heart attack.

What are its complications?
Complications that premature ejaculation can cause:
1. Fertility issues - Premature ejaculation can decrease your chances of having a baby or can even make fertilization tricky. During conception, two things need to happen, which are penetration of the vagina and ejaculation, when the latter occurs before penetration, it affect your fertility chances.
2. Stress in relationships - Relationship problems are another complication that you may face when you have premature ejaculation.

More importantly, a strained relationship can give rise to dissatisfaction between partners. If you experience PE, the best thing to do is not blame yourself or consider yourself as inadequate. Communicate with your partner by speaking openly about the subject.

Your symptoms are pointing towards some gastrointestinal disease, stomach pain after food may result from simple overeating, hot spicy food, food allergy (glutens, grains, dairy products), gastric ulcer, gall stone, appendicitis, celiac disease so first thing I advice you to visit a gastroenterologist so that a proper diagnosis can be made but for complete cure you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which will remove your disease from the root.

Hi, Rheumatoid Arthritis is a disease which can be well managed by Ayurvedic medicines. No need to worry about your condition. Please make sure that you are taking medicines properly and have control on your food as mentioned by your doctor. The duration of medication depends on the nature and intensity of your problem. But the joint pain and other symptoms will be under control in a few months. In Ayurveda, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Digestive system are highly connected. So always make sure you don't have any digestion problems or constipation. Medicines may not give good results if your stomach is not healthy. Take care, do not worry about your disease.

Hi, I required few suggestions to become fair and good looking, I request you to provide me some remedies for it.
Skin colour is a genetic factor. But still environmental factor effect. 1. Clean your face twice using face wash which suits you. The upper layer of our skin is acidic. Ph balance should be aprox 5.5. If it disturbs the it can damage the skin. Soap is very alkaline. So don't use soap. 2. Avoid using so much of cosmetic products. 3. Use medicated sunscreen. 4. Exfoliate the upper dead layer of skin by using some scrub once a wk. 5. Beside all these skin is also a part and parcel of our body system. So be healthy from inside. Drink lots of water. Min 10 - 12 glasses per day. 6. Sleep for 7 - 8 hrs. 7. Regular exercise for 30 - 45 min.

I an 40 years old lady, suffering from migraine for the past 25 years. I take homeopathy medicine, if the pain does not subside I take vasograin. Is there any other way to get instant relief?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. Medication: Take Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ 1 tablet 3 times a day.
