Hello,Homeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. do light exercises regularly to keep your body active. These homoeopathic medicines and dietary addition will increase your appetite and give your metabolism a healthy boost. ***If you do not get results with this treatment then please revert me i will suggest you to go through some tests.*** Thanks.

Hi, as per studies, it's always better to drink water after a gap of half an hour or an hour after eating for proper digestion and absorption of nutrients by the intestine. Avoid drinking immediately after having food.

Supplements can not substitute healthy lifestyle and eating habits. Even if you work at night, incorporate some kind of exercise, jogging or yoga in your schedule. Generally, stress is when we are not able to do what you wish to do. Your day can ideally be divided into 3 parts of 8 hours each. 8 hours of sleep, 8 hours of work and you would have atleast 4 hours you can spend on things you want to do. Write down all that you want to finish and check your sleeping hours. When you are working at odd hours, you tend to waste some time feeling - you don't have enough time. Plan and you will be able to accomodate some things in your schedule, if not everything.

I am 32 with 74 kilos weight can you suggest me healthy life style diet Please help me with diet planing.
You need to shed atleast 10 kgs weight. It is difficult to spell out a Diet Chart here as it should be prepared in a customized manner for every individual. But if you make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 45 min walk / exercise you can easily shed weight. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed. If you need us to help you with proper customised Diet plans for weight loss, you can opt for our online program or contact us through Lybrate' private consult'
