You can apply mixture of 3 spoon besan, 1spoon turmeric, 1 spoon mustard oil, 1 spoon curd. Mix gently and apply on face. Wash with warm water after 1/2 hr.

Hello lybrate user for increasing your wt you have to take more protein in your diet like milk, dairy products, meat, fish, chicken etc. You can also use protein powder for drinking. Also take ashawgandha powder 2tsf in warm milk glass at bed time you can add some sugar in that for sweetness.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

It might be related to your eyesight. People with altered eyesight do come across headache, pain in eyes etc. You should go for eye sight testing. If its normal, then you can consult me.

Hi lybrate-user! it is great to know that you have maintained your weight and are in good health! it is very easy to maintain yourself. All you have to do is follow the simple steps given below. 1) drink 1-2 glasses of water soon after you get up in the morning. 2) engage in 30-45 mins of any physical activity like walking, jogging, yoga, swimming. 3) always have a healthy well balance breakfast. 4) do not skip your meals or starve yourself. 5) eat a small healthy snack in between your main meals. 6) drink 2-3 liters of water daily. 7) remember to fill half your plate with vegetables or salad, 1/4th with rice or chapati and the other 1/4th with a protein source. 8) consume lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. 9) avoid eating junk, refined, oily or fried foods.

Weight loss has two components: 1. Healthy balanced diet 2. Exercise Follow the following tips:- · Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner.
