Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

Hello Doctor, I am 23 years old male. I am getting these stretch marks on my upper thighs near to groin area, from last few months. No pain, but sometimes little burning sensation in these stretch marks when a new stretch mark occurs. And these r expanding from top thigh to lower thighs. I have stretching on both upper thighs and it is weirdly expanding from upper thighs to lower. Also on shoulder a very minor stretching of skin is their, which is recently occurred but its not I nothing. And neither I do exercise nor gym. And also I am not gaining any weight or losing any. Firstly I got stretch mark 7 months before near groin area. Doctors said it is side effect of antifungal creams that I was using for long time for ringworm. But later also it expanded to lower thigh in last 3 months where I hv never used any antifungal cream. Very old stretch marks have healed up with scars. And these new stretch marks are growing from last 2 months weirdly.

Strectch marks occur due to sudden stretching or sagging of the skin. Stretch marks also depends on the elasticity of a person’s skin and the skin elasticity depends on the vitamins like vitamin E, omega 3 & 6. Strech marks take a long time to fade, so patience is the key to deal with stretch marks. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Apply this cream daily to see results in few months. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple. 8. You can use dermaroller regularly to reduce stretch marks.

Many times my heart start beating faster automatically even my lungs stop working for 5 to 8 seconds.

Many times my heart start beating faster automatically even my lungs stop working for 5 to 8 seconds.
This sounds like an anxiety problem. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. So consciously breathing deeply, plus increasing the duration and depth of breathing helps relax the body and mind to a great extent. 7. Meditate. Meditation has so many positive effects on stress, mood, and anxiety. Club meditation with positive thinking to improve your general well-being and overall health. Yoga is also very effective to take off stress from the body and mind by deep relaxation and breathing techniques. 8. Chill and be silent. Reduce the noise and clutter talk that contributes to anxiety. Find time for yourself and be alone to muse upon your own matters without anyone disturbing you. 9. Worry. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Home remedy.=1. Ginger: ginger has so many benefits on your heath and body. It is equally effective against asthmatic treatments. Make a juice with equal quantities of ginger, pomegranate, and honey. Consume it 2-3 times a day for effective results. Else, take one tbsp of ginger juice. Mix it up with a tbsp of honey and two tbsp of dried fenugreek seeds. Soak it overnight and consume it every morning to detoxify your lungs. 2. Soup: take a radish and blend it to obtain a juice from it. Mix it with some honey and lemon juice. Consume it as it will help in clearing up your respiratory track, which will make it easier for you to breathe.

This is due to the anxiety disorder that you suffer from. Anxiety triggers hyper ventilation - short fast breathing that can in turn lead to the above symptoms. When you start experiencing these symptoms, sit down. Do ten rounds of deep breathing. Drink one cup of fresh fruit juice or almond milk. These are rich in natural ingredients that will help relieve the above symptoms. Consult a ayurveda physician and start taking ayurveda medicines.

Home Remedies of Acidity: Avoid all types of fast food, non-vegetarian food and oily/spicy food. Take as much fruit as possible. This will help to increase alkaline in the body, neutralizing the acidity affects. Banana, Water Melon and cucumber are few recommended fruits which are proved helpful in acidity. Drink sufficient water (At least 3 ltr). Take water more frequently. Almond helps in quick control over heart burn. Whenever you feel like heart burn, take few pieces of Almonds. Jaggery (gur) is a proven home remedy for acidity. Put one piece in mouth and suck it slowly. Green coconut water is very helpful in acidity. Sleep sufficient. Do not work till late night. Fresh mint juice helps in reducing the side effects of acidity. You can have a glass of mint juice after food for a fast relief. Take a small piece of raw garlic; this is a very good digestive element. But don’t take overdose, or else it will have negative effect on acidity.
