Hi lybrate-user There could be many reasons for weight gain. Obesity or being overweight is due to metabolic imbalance in our body. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Home Remedies For White Hair Treatment (Premature Graying) Lemon & Amla Powder Gooseberry (Amla) is the best source of vitamin C with anti-aging formula that reduces the melanin pigment deficiency and works to recover the dead cells from the scalp. Spine lengthening and good posture forms the core of yoga. Doing the mountain pose, will help to strengthen and lengthen your spine and give you a good height. Suryanamaskar or Sun Salutation is a great way to increase height and stay fit. The twelve poses are done in a cyclic manner to strengthen muscles and improve posture. If you don?t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Suryanamaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikosana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. Dear lybrate-user, cure of diabetes is probably most sought invention currently. Hope it is done in future in any stream of science. As of now no pathy has cure for diabetes. If someone claims to cure your diabetes, please be careful. It could be a trap which may harm you. Regards.

Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Premature ejaculation is a common problem in men but it can be difficult to determine the right time of ejaculation. Generally it is considered specific to a relationship or of course in those cases in which ejaculation precedes penis insertion in the vagina. In ayurveda, this condition is known as shukraghata vata.

Diagnosis of the shukra

Ayurvedic remedies for premature ejaculation are based on diagnosis of the shukra. The finest element of tissue in the body. The components of vata are diagnosed as physiological and psychological conditions affecting the psychology of having sex. The ayurvedic treatment for premature ejaculation is based on diagnosis specific to an individual. An elaborate process of treatment ensues. It includes cleansing, purification, dhatu detoxification, set of panchakarma therapies with the purpose of remove, liquefy, mobilize or evacuate the doshas that have accumulated in your body.

The processes

Some of the processes involved in the detailed ayurvedic treatment for premature ejaculation are abhyangam (application of oil on the entire body), swedem which means using of medicated stream, leaf bundle message called elakizhi, oil bath called pizhichil, application of oil on head with shiro dhara, vasthi and others. Vasthi is considered ideal for vata as it is stopped at its place. Such procedures are given with a set of guidelines for modifying the lifestyle for avoiding the recurrence of this disorder.


Herbal prescriptions

The ayurvedic remedies for premature ejaculation also include some herbal prescriptions usually given after the elaborate panchakarma therapies mentioned above. You can use them before resorting to the time taking therapies but only under the supervision of and ayurvedic practitioner. A drug prescribed for delaying ejaculation is called stambhaka ayurveda.


Some of the stambhaka drugs are:

Jatiphala (myristica fragrans) taken after making a paste using milk is effective in preventing premature ejaculation. They need to be taken twice daily in 3 to 5 grams dose.

Ashwagandha churna taken in 5 grams dose twice daily with milk is very helpful in this disorder.

You can also get atirasadi churna for gaining stamina and doing away with premature ejaculation. This is a combination of rejuvenating herbs such as tribulus terrestris, indian ginseng, saffron, asparagus, behmen and others. It should not be considered a treatment for premature ejaculation only as it has a lot of positive effects on your health overall. Taking ati-ras-adi churna is another ayurvedic treatment for premature ejaculation. It has no side effects and can be taken for erectile dysfunction and improving low sperm count.

Along with these herbs you can also take pranacharya heman syrup and heman capsule
