The thyroid gland in you is not producing enough thyroxin so the tab that you take is only a replacement therapy so you must continue say life long you seem to be stressed massage your neck with any balm and see if it helps go for along walk morn and evening take dolo 650 if pain is too much.

32 years female suffering from severe headache/head pain for the last five to six years. Pain occasionally becomes less when when saridon tablets are taken but is not completely cured. Pron to acidity and take pantocid 40 tablet to get relief. Have done sugar test and spondylitis test but there is no blood sugar or spondylitis. Visited homeopath who said that there is migraine present but could not cure. The head becomes jam and there is unbearable pain. What should be done?

Hello dear according to your condition you do hot fermentation daily three times in a day with duration of 15 min. Do full stretches along with breathing hold it for 15 sec then release sure you feel better in 2, 3 days.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Normally it depends upon a lot of causes, like the kind of surgery, the kind of soft tissue injury initially etc. But if all has went well, you should be good in 8-12 weeks time, normally such a prolonged period leads to stiffness and muscle atrophy, so gentle mobilization exercises, and physical therapy should be initiated as early as 4 weeks but it depends upon the treating doctor as he is the best judge. For confirmation tk x-ray and avoid long sitting and toward bending lifting heavyweight. Long time back pain may be issue other spine problem.

I am 42 yrs old and have a both sides leg pain mainly tibia bone since last 8 yrs. Due to this pain, its associated muscles below gastrocnemius muscles are continuously getting pain. I was referred to higher center for the treatment. As treatment, I had taken continuously medicines for two months tendofit, nurokind-lc, d3v, vitcofol, nexpro and 1 calcium tab. But I didn't get relief. I am getting harrashed due to this severe pain. Please do the needful treatment. The pain is below knee. There is no problem in knee.

Continue with physiotherapy kindly show me digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Go to a good physiotherapist. Who may advise postural exercises, .take calcium and vitamin D supplements, good milk and nutritious proteins diet with lots of fruits and green vegetables.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. \nAvoid bending in front. \nPostural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Please rule out arthritis developing. However start doing walks and if possible cycling exercise. For legs also this will hp. Additionally light massage on legs with maharayan oil+ mahavishgarbh oil mixed after hot fomentation on knees and legs. Tab rumya ds 1 bd kumaryasav+ louhasav 10 ml each plus 20 ml water after meals. Take tarunikusumakar 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water nutritious iron rich diet. 4 weeks Next step after that May seek clarification if feel so.

Hi 1) wear comfortable sports shoes 2) make daily routine of exercise 3) rule out calcium and vit d deficiency 4) do proper warm up before exercise and cool down after exercise 5) do stretching of legs do exercise under supervision of skilled physiotherapist. I am presumjng that you are suffering from avn of the hips. If you are suffering from stage 4, stage of an established arthritis of the hip joints and if you are having significant pain, decrease in walking ability and reduced range of movements, you will be benefitted with surgical treatment. Unfortunately there is no allopathic treatment which will help you improve your condition permanently.
