Hye. The basic principle of managing good weight is to eat sensibly and exercise well or be very physically active. All the shortcuts like pills or medicines will give a little fat mobilisation but that's hardly 3 to 4%. It majorly gives you muscle loss and bone loss. Remember any method that gives you drastic weight loss, that is if it does, is purely muscle loss. Hence, once you discontinue it, you gain back all the weight and much more. So, it may be added, but if your diet and exercise is not good, it's of no much benefit.

My face is going black due to weather what should I do now?

Use a scrub on alternate days. Try this natural scrub - rice powder (2tsp), fenugreek powder (1/2 tsp), milk (3tsp) and 5-6 drops of honey. Make a thick paste. Apply and massage lightly for a couple of minutes and then wash it off. Internally it is important that you take enough fruits and lots of fluids to take care of the skin.

In view of age may take chance to gain height as age is less than 21 years. This includes stretching exercises, yogasana like tad asana, sarvangasana, and herbal preparations for 8-9 months, regular single and double bar exercise, practice in morning and evening may help

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. -Use analgesics with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. -Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc.to prevent dehydration. -Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. -Use mosquito repellents/mosquito nets when indoors.  -When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night . They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

Hello- Teenagers are the ones who suffer maximum from pimple marks, scars and spots and they are always on the lookout for the best cosmetic treatments or products for curing these marks and scars. There is no saying about how long these chemicals would take to act on one’s skin. Some skin types can easily adapt to the chemicals, whereas some cannot. In cases where the skin cannot easily adapt to chemicals, homemade remedies are the perfect solution for removing the acne scars or marks naturally and without any side effects. In either case, it would be better to treat pimple marks, pimple scars and pimple spots using home remedies. Try these- 1. Sugar scrub to erase pimple marks This is a simple and easy scrub for healthy, pimple-marks free, glowing skin. It will work as an exfoliating agent and would help you to achieve a brighter skin tone. Take three table spoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk powder and one tablespoon of honey, mix them together and scrub this mixture over the face for few minutes and rinse it off after 15 minutes. 2. Egg white to lighten pimple marks Egg white works well to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash off with cold water. The white of an egg is filled with protein and vitamins which can be very helpful to regenerate new skin cells to erase the pimple marks. 3. Aloe vera and turmeric pack to clear scars of pimples Aloe Vera is a great source of nutrients, enzymes and polysaccharides. It acts as anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agent and helps to remove the toxins present in the skin and also balances the natural moisture level of the skin. Turmeric is an excellent exfoliating agent and has anti-inflammatory properties. Make a paste of fresh turmeric and mix 1 tsp of Aloe Vera pulp with it. Apply this pack onto the pimple marks, wash off after 20 minutes. 4. Honey, turmeric and milk face pack to clear bumps on face Add two tablespoons of honey to a bowl and half a tablespoon of turmeric powder, two tablespoons of milk and a few drops of rose water. Mix them all together and apply the pack onto the pimple marks. Wait for 20 minutes and rinse it off with plain water. Follow the same for a week; you can see the pimple marks gradually fading away from your face. You can also use the pack on your whole face.

Dear User, if u have severe pain in back, then go for xray or mri of lumbar spine, if any disc problem then according to it, treatment can be taken, still by inferential and ultrasonic therapy for about 6-8 weeks will reduce back pain. apply diclofenac ointment twice a day to reduce pain.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT can give you some relief . -A physical therapist can do detail assessment what causing you pain and tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga.
