I am suffer from hairfall problem my age 20 give some treatment for that.
Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies.

diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve bodyfat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Chapped or dry lips are a common problem that can be painful and unattractive. Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Naturally-fair skin is decided by nature. There are ways you can keep your skin glowing and healthy and thus make it appear fairer than it is but magical whitening of skin is not possible by any natural ways. You should take care of your skin's health and provide optimum nutrients to your skin with water and healthy food. For flawless skin, take tablet nutraskin everyday twice after meals. Cleanse your skin, get regular skin clean ups (or do it at home with home made mild scrubs) yogurt is very good for skin lightening and suits most skin types, you can apply yogurt on your face and body, let it dry and then rinse. Apply sun screen with spf 15 to 30 in summers, wear sun glasses to pretect under eye area, wear cap / scarf or use umbrealla as sun shield. Do not apply harsh products like bleach or scrubs too often.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Healthy eating for fitness and stamina 1. Base your meals on starchy foods: bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, noodles Choose whole grains, roti, bhakri, unpolished rice and potatoes with skin where possible which have more fibre, vitamins and minerals. Remember carbohydrate rich foods contain fewer than half the calories of fats per gram 2. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables: Choose a variety of fruit and vegetables as they contain different combinations of vitamins and minerals. Soups and fruit juices all count! Try grating vegetables like carrots and cabbage into parathas or add lots of vegetables to khichdis. 3. Eat more healthy fats - aim for at least two portions per week of nuts Include also oily fish like salmon, fresh tuna, sardines, mackerel and trout. 4. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar Although we need some fat in our diet (to provide the essential fatty acids and aid the absorption of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K), too much fat may lead to weight gain. Replace saturated fats from butter, pastries, cream, pies and cheese with unsaturated fats found in vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, oily fish. Too much sugar, especially between meals can increase risk of tooth decay and will add extra calories so limit your added sugar intake! If you get a sweet craving try having fruit instead. 5. Eat less salt, adults should eat no more than 6 g per day. A high salt intake is associated with altered lipid profile, high blood pressure. Most of our salt intake comes from processed foods rather than salt added during cooking or at the table, so always check food labels for the salt content. Try using extra herbs, spices, citrus juices (lemon and lime), mustard or vinegar to flavour foods so you can use less salt in your recipes. 6. Get active and be a healthy weight! Ideally, 150 minutes of moderate intensity or 75 minutes vigorous intensity physical activity and muscle strength training on at least two days per week. Moderate intensity activities include cycling or brisk walking. High or vigorous intensity activities include swimming and running. Muscle strengthening activities include weight lifting, exercises with weights or carrying heavy boxes or groceries. Physical activity can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke and help maintain a healthy weight. 7. Don’t get thirsty Aim for 8-10 glasses of fluid per day. Water is the best choice as it hydrates you without adding any extra calories to your daily intake. Most types of drink count including water, tea, coffee, soft drinks, milk, fruit juice and smoothies, but try to avoid added sugar in your drinks as this can increase risk of dental decay. Alcohol does not count because it makes you pass urine more frequently and contributes to dehydration rather than hydration. 8. Don’t skip breakfast A healthy breakfast can provide fibre, calories, vitamins and minerals important for health. Choose wholegrain cereals, porridge or wholemeal toast, roti, poha, rawa, with fruit for a healthy start to the day. 9. Avoid alcohol and smoking.  10. Get good sleep.

Some young boys and girls come with the problems of underweight body built and often seek suggestions for Dexona and Practin and B complex

Honestly saying Dexona and Cyproheptadine should not be used for weight gain which is side effect of these medicines. These hormonal and anti allergic medicine also have fatal reactions sometimes by in discriminatory use of these medicines. Side effects are imminent.

हर साल दुनिया में लगभग 10 करोड़ लोग डेंगू / Dengue Fever के शिकार होते है। भारत में भी हर साल कई लोगो की Dengue Fever के कारण मृत्यु हो जाती है। हमें रोज समाचार पत्रों में या News channel पर Dengue Fever का आतंक देखने को मिलता है। समय की जरुरत है की इस बीमारी के बारे में लोगो में अधिक से अधिक जागरूकता फैलाई जाए। इस लेख द्वारा मेरी कोशिश है की, आपको Dengue Fever सम्बन्धी अधिक से अधिक जानकारी प्राप्त हो।

Dengue Fever के बारे में संक्षिप्त जानकारी निचे दी गयी है :
Dengue Fever क्या है ?

Dengue Fever यह एक viral बीमारी है जो की Dengue virus के 4 प्रकारों में से किसी एक प्रकार के Dengue virus से होता है। जब कोई रोगी Dengue Fever से ठीक हो जाता है, तब उस मरीज को उस एक प्रकार के Dengue virus से लम्बे समय के लिए प्रतिरोध / immunity मिल जाती है परन्तु अन्य 3 प्रकार के Dengue virus से Dengue Fever दोबारा हो सकता है। दूसरी बार होने वाला Dengue Fever काफी गंभीर हो सकता है जिसे Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever कहते है।

Dengue Fever कैसे होता है ?

Dengue Fever हवा, पानी, साथ खाने से या छूने से नहीं फैलता है। Dengue Fever संक्रमित स्त्री / मादा जाती के Aedes aegypti नामक मच्छर के काटने से होता है। अगर किसी व्यक्ति को Dengue Fever है और उस व्यक्ति को यह मच्छर काट कर उसका खून पिता है तो उस मच्छर में Dengue virus युक्त खून चला जाता है। जब यह संक्रमित मच्छर किसी स्वस्थ व्यक्ति को काट लेता है तो Dengue virus उस स्वस्थ व्यक्ति में चला जाता है।

Aedes aegypti मच्छर की कुछ खास विशेषताए निचे दी गयी है :

यह दिन में ज्यादा सक्रिय होते है.
इन मच्छर के शरीर पर चीते जैसी धारिया होती है.
ज्यादा ऊपर तक नहीं उड़ पाते है.
ठन्डे और छाव वाले जगहों पर रहना ज्यादा पसंद करते है.
पर्दों के पीछे या अँधेरे वाली जगह पर रहते है.
घर के अन्दर रखे हुए शांत पानी में प्रजनन / breeding करते है.
अपने प्रजनन क्षेत्र के 200 meter की दुरी के अन्दर ही उड़ते है.
गटर या रस्ते पर जमा खराब पानी में कम प्रजनन करते है.
पानी सुख जाने के बाद भी इनके अंडे 12 महीनो तक जीवित रह सकते है.
Dengue Fever के लक्षण क्या है ?

संक्रमित मच्छर के काटने के 3 से 14 दिनों बाद Dengue Fever के लक्षण दिखने शुरू होते है। Dengue Fever के लक्षण निचे दिए गए है :
तेज ठंडी लगकर बुखार आना
सरदर्द
आँखों में दर्द
बदनदर्द / जोड़ो में दर्द
भूक कम लगना
जी मचलाना, उलटी
दस्त लगना
चमड़ी के निचे लाल चट्टे आना
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever की गंभीर स्तिथि में आँख, नाक में से खून भी निकल सकता है
Dengue Fever का इलाज क्या है ?

Dengue Fever का रोकथाम / Prevention ही इसका सबसे अच्छा और बेहतर ईलाज है.
Dengue Fever की कोई विशेष दवा या vaccine नहीं है.
एक viral रोग होने के कारण इसकी दवा निर्माण करना बेहद कठिन कार्य है.
Dengue Fever के इलाज / चिकित्सा में लाक्षणिक चिकित्सा / symptomatic treatment की जाती है.
Dengue Fever की कोई दवा नहीं है पर इस रोग से शरीर पर होने वाले side-effects से बचने के लिए रोगी को डॉक्टर की सलाह अनुसार आराम करना चाहिए और समय पर दवा लेना चाहिए।
रोगी को पर्याप्त मात्रा में आहार और पानी लेना चाहिए। बुखार के लिए डॉक्टर की सलाह अनुसार paracetamol लेना चाहिए।
बुखार या सरदर्द के लिए Aspirin / Brufen का उपयोग न करे.
डॉक्टर की सलाह अनुसार नियमित Platelet count की जाँच करना चाहिए।
हमारी रोगप्रतिकार शक्ति Dengue Fever से लड़ने में सक्षम होती है, इसलिए हमें हमेशा योग्य संतुलित आहार और व्यायाम द्वारा रोग प्रतिकार शक्ति को बढाने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए।
Dengue Fever के बचाव के उपाय क्या है ?

जैसे की मैंने पहले भी लिखा है, Dengue Fever का रोकथाम / Prevention ही इसका सबसे बेहतर ईलाज है।
Dengue Fever के बचाव के उपाय निचे दिए गए है :
घर के अन्दर और आस-पास पानी जमा न होने दे। कोई भी बर्तन में खुले में पानी न जमने दे.
बर्तन को खाली कर रखे या उसे उलटा कर कर रख दे.
अगर आप किसी बर्तन, ड्रम या बाल्टी में पानी जमा कर रखते है तो उसे ढक कर रखे.
अगर किसी चीज में हमेशा पानी जमा कर रखते है तो पहले उसे साबुन और पानी से अच्छे से धो लेना चाहिए, जिससे मच्छर के अंडे को हटाया जा सके.
घर में कीटनाशक का छिडकाव करे.
कूलर का काम न होने पर उसमे जमा पानी निकालकर सुखा कर दे। जरुरत होने पर कूलर का पानी रोज नियमित बदलते रहे.
किसी भी खुली जगह में जैसे की गड्डो में, गमले में या कचरे में पानी जमा न होने दे। अगर पानी जमा है तो उसमे मिटटी डाल दे.
खिड़की और दरवाजे में जाली लगाकर रखे। शाम होने से पहले दरवाजे बंद कर दे.
ऐसे कपडे पहने जो पुरे शरीर को ढक सके.
रात को सोते वक्त मच्छरदानी लगाकर सोए.
अन्य मच्छर विरोधी उपकरणों का इस्तेमाल करे जैसे की electric mosquito bat, repellent cream, sprays etc.
अगर बच्चे खुले में खेलने जाते है तो उने शरीर पर mosquito repellent cream लगाए और पुर शरीर ढके ऐसे कपडे पहनाए।
अपने आस-पास के लोगो को भी मच्छर को फैलने से रोकने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करे.
अपने आस-पास में अगर कोई Dengue Fever या Malaria के मरीज का पता चलता है तो इसकी जानकारी स्वास्थय विभाग एवं नगर निगम को दे, जिससे तुरंत मच्छर विरोधी उपाय योजना की जा सके.
Dengue Fever के ज्यादातर मरीजो की मृत्यु platelet या खून के अभाव में होती है। मेरी आप सभी से request है की जरुरत के समय रक्तदान / Blood Donation करने से बिलकुल न घबराए और साल में कम से कम दो बार Blood Donation जरुर करे.
कई लोग Dengue Fever में Platelet Count बढाने के लिए पपीते के पत्ते का रस पिने के सलाह देते है। पपीते के पत्ते का रस पिने के बाद कई मरीजो में platelet count में सुधार होते हुए देखा गया है। इसका कोई ठोस पुरावा नहीं है और न कोई research हुआ है.

Kidney stones treatment depends on the types and size of stone, Most kidney stones won't require invasive procedures. You may be able to pass a small stone by: Drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. To relieve mild pain, According to your medical history I may prescribe pain relievers. .I am a doctor and renal(Kidney) registered dietitian who will also prescribe a customized diet plan and medications to help pass your kidney stone quickly and with less pain. Do reply back for medication prescriptions.Being also a General Physician, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Yes you never get that problem if you keep clean and dry to vaginal portion. And change under garments at least two times daily.

Hello lybrate-user the problem you are facing is mostly because of chemical treatment done on hairs. Any chemical treatment is harmful for hairs, it damages the hair. So I ll suggest not to do any such hair treatment in future. For the damage now you can use good medicated shampoo - triclenz or hair 4 you shampoo - use conditioner - you can use home made hair mask - oil your hair 2-3 times per week - include green leafy vegetables, fresh fruit juices, walnuts, protein rich food in your diet - do 45 min exercise daily thanx.

Sir, My age is 50 and I am having problem of cervical. Doctor said cervical nerve is somewhat blocked. Now I am getting jerks in left shoulder for 20-30 minutes. Then it stops. u should get your mri cervical spine done also visit a neurologist who will see for the cause of jerks...if it is fasciculation s other causes than cervical spondylitis need to be worked up
