Lybrate-user your weight is ideal according to your height. There is no requirement of any change in diet. All you need is proper exercise. With proper yogasana you can easily reduce your fat. Here are some asanas 1 dhanurasana 2 naukasana 3 sarpasana 4 bhujangasana 5 chakrasana practice above asana half hour/day. But all asana should be perform in consultant yoga instructor.

Hi welcome - this is wrong concept. But it is true that banana is a high calorie fruit. Except few specific disorders any one can eat 2-3 pcs upto 100gm-150gm total per day or same quantity banana shake in timely manners. This is rich in potassium, calcium, some more minerals 7 some good vitamins also. This is high calorie effective for sportsman & also who have more dynamic activities.

Hello lybrate-user. According to your height this weight is good but if you feel fatty in some part of your body then do some physical exercise to reduce fat. You can do yoga, skipping, swimming, push-ups etc. And just avoid fast foods and junk foods, sweets etc. To stay healthy.

Give her hemol syrup 1 to 2spoon after lunch end dinner for life time gift her. Add more soalt in her food. Take any multivitamine capsule 1 daily stop bp comes normal end continue syrup.

Do deep breathing exercise. Take plenty of water every day. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely.

You can find the diet regimen from my previously posted threads. But for your convenience, I am re-posting it. These are the general guidelines. For customized diet plan and treatment you can approach a good doctor. 1. Eat a healthy breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast revs up your metabolism. If you skip breakfast you're likely to eat more calories by binging later in the day. Cooked oatmeal, whole grain cereals, whole grain breads, eggs and tofu with a salad are all healthy choices. 2. Stop counting calories and eat foods that nourish your body. A meal of fat-free, sugar-free, refined processed foods is also nutrient-free. Plus, it won't satisfy you for long compared to a meal of nutrient-dense whole foods like vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, and healthy fat. As you begin eating more nutritious foods and get a little more physical activity (if you aren't physically active now), your body will come to its natural healthy weight. 3. Always have some veggies and fruit washed and cut in your fridge. This way they're easy to grab when you're hungry and you can throw them in your bag when you're on the go. 4. Replace diet soda with unsweetened beverages. Diet drinks keep your sweet tooth craving sweets. Plus, they make you feel virtuous. Many people who drink diet drinks actually reward themselves with extra calories through the day. Instead, drink iced teas or plain or carbonated water with a slice of lemon or lime. 5. Use the" plate method" to make a healthy meal. Fill half your plate with low or non-starchy veggies like broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, string beans, mushrooms, peppers, or leafy greens and some fruit. Fill one quarter, with a whole grain like brown rice, barley or a starchy vegetable like corn or potatoes, or beans. Fill the last quarter with protein like broiled, sauteed, roasted, or baked (not fried) fish, chicken or turkey without the skin, lean cuts of meat, tofu or eggs. 6. Cut down on carbs. Refined carbohydrates (cake, candy, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, soda, fruit juice, syrups, chips, and most supermarket breads) you don't burn turn into fat. Even foods like fruit yogurt and many breakfast cereals have lots of added sugar. Replace fruity yogurts with plain yogurt, choose high-fiber, lower carb cereal and add small amounts of healthy fat to your meals with avocado slices, unsalted nuts, seeds and olive oil. 7. Shrink your lunch and dinner plates. If you and your family eat off a plate larger than ten inches, replace them with plates that are nine or ten inches in diameter. We tend to eat what's in front of us. Using smaller plates there's less food in front of you to eat. 8. When eating out ask your server to double the green veggies in place of the potato or rice. I always do this and benefit from more nutrition and less carbs. Also, share food at the table. 9. Keep tempting foods out of the house. Stock your fridge and pantry with healthy foods and you're creating an environment that will help make you successful. Enjoy treats occasionally when you're out. 10. Walk for at least 40-45 minutes. You can start with 10-15 minutes and gradually increase to reach your target.

You can't call your self normal health if you have belly fat. The belly fat is around all your major organs and can cause many health issues. Still. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. There is no short cut. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. You can't target a single body part. You need to work on overall fat loss and tonning. I am sure this suggestion will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

Hi. Medication:-1. Tab Obesidat -1 tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10 ml with warm water daily before food twice a day Tips:- 1. No salt intake after 7: 30 pm 2. No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3. Restrict mango and banana. 4. Restrict potato and rice. 5. No artificial juices. 6. Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8. Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9. Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10. Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11. Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12. Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13. Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15. Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16. Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17. Bathing should be before food intake only. 18. Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hello, Health gets affected when your internal mechanism gets disturbed, i.e., immunity decreases. Maximise the avocados, dairy products, nuts (including peanut butter), and meats; stay away from ice cream, fries and fatty junk foods. - Healthy fats can be obtained from foods like peanuts, cashews, and olive oil. Stay away from saturated fats (bad fats) gained from processed foods. If you're looking for a treat, good alternatives are bran muffins, yogurt, fruit pies and granola bars. - Protein-rich foods include meat, cheese, milk, fish, and eggs. For vegetarians, protein can be found in soy products such as tofu as well as in combinations of foods, such as rice or corn with beans. - Do regular exercises daily which increases your circulation as well as helps in toning of muscles. Hi lybrate user. Atfirst you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food twice in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) try to take liquid diet only for few days 4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods. A) take one tsf of avipattikar churna and one tsf of lavanbhaaskar churna after meals. B) take 30 ml of bhrungaraajasava and 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. C) take 30 ml of bhunimbadi kadha and 15 ml of honey along with 40 ml of lukewarm water, early in the morning on empty stomach. Do all these things for fifteen days and give your valuable feedback for further suggestions. Thanks.

Lybrate-user, you are 12-15 kg over weight. It is advisable not to reduce more than 1-1.2 kg weight every week. Follow these simple tips to reduce weight/fat: avoid bakery items. Cut down oil & sugar from your diet. Add fiber & protein in your diet. Avoid stress. Do physical exercise for 30-40 mins daily. Sleep for 6-7 hours.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.
