To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

deep your body in a tub containing hot water and deep your whole body including your belly for 1/2 hr, rub your belly, it will help to dissolve the fat, and 1 hr morning walk daily and abd exercise will help. avoid oily, fried and fast food, sweets. thanks

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hello, if weight gain is occurring due to hypothyroidism, then controlling that condition is very important, because if hypothyroidism is not in check, efforts reduce weight will not succeed. So it is essential to bring tsh levels between 3 to 4 milli units/l, then only efforts to reduce weight will show result. Once tsh level is low enough and you are on a balanced restricted diet and regular exercise for more than 1 hour a day, then weight reduction is possible.

If you have been doing exercises and yoga but still couldn't lose weight yet, then I would advice you to get your hormonal test done. Sometimes due to hormonal imbalance, a person is unable to lose weight. Then get a treatment for hormonal balance and then you would be able to lose weight.

Hi, take warm lemon water with honey every morning however abdominal crunches will help reduce your belly fat quickly. If skin is shrinking then it is a clear sign of protein deficiency since collagen the main ingredient in skin is made of protein. Consider increasing your protein intake. Also hydrate yourself well.

Benefits And Techniques Of Liposuction!

Liposuction is a cosmetic surgery through which excess fat is sucked out from different parts of the body. The process is carried out with the help of a cannula which is connected to a high pressure vacuum machine which facilitates the process. Liposuction is a permanent method to remove fat from the body. The operation is carried out under local or general anesthesia. Different techniques of liposuction involve: 

  1. Tumescent Liposuction: A local anesthesia is used to numb the area where the tube is inserted. Next, the fatty tissues are injected with a large amount of anesthetic solution containing lidocaine-epinephrine.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Hi, as for your problem weight reduction is must, take lemon water with honey daily early morning, start eating healthy food, avoid spicy oily, avoid junk and sweets, non veg, start physical exercise for 45 mins daily. Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Oh young man. Be active. Have 45 minutes walk. Some jogging. Deep breath. Calculate your bmi. Food without fats. Lot of leaves (leafy veg), salads. Gram roasted. Negative calory balance. No starving pl. Of course some herbs with harmless qualities. You have to follow sincerely for some time with patience and instructions.

For reducing weight, healthy diet and exercise together are the best method. 1. Have right food in right quantity at right time. 2. Take small and frequent 5-6 meals a day. 3. Drink plenty of fluids. 4. Avoid fried foods. 5. Eat more of fruits and vegetables. 6. Regular exercise and brisk walk. 7. Sound sleep and rest. 8. Avoid refined cereals like maida, rice etc. As you are feeding a baby so you need a special guidance for controlling and reducing weight.

Hi welcome - I can advise you that two things can help you out. 1 > Diet which should be very low carbs but high protein, 10% only fat, no trans or saturated fats,bettre to use Olive Oil 2 > Rigorous exercises like belly fat focussed yoga/fat burning, avoid street foods junk, fast foods.

Hi Doctor, I need help, 20 yers back root canal was done front tooth up 1, now problem is bottom one 3 down one got effected, 1 week I suffered with pain after taking antibiotics it has reduced, Now doctor is saying it has cyst, my question is can we reduce with medicine, I go for root canal and cap also, present doctor said that I have to put other 3 caps beside the infected tooth is it needed? Hi, cyst is a delayed response to chronic infection or trauma to jaw bone and teeth. You need to get x-ray done and possibly cyst needs removal by small surgery. Then only teeth affected can be restored with rct and capping. Please visit oral surgeon or dental specialist for surgical removal of cyst.

Dear patient, as you said you have both around problem as well as arteritis we need to know the exact range of your hormones to determine whether it is hypothyroidism or hyper thyroidism depending upon the thyroid levels we can diagnose the disease and accurate treatment can be given. And don't think of losing your weight right now as it is impossible to lose your weight as your having thyroid problem, I guess you have hypothyroidism as you have put up on weight. Find the second problem as you mentioned as you are having arthritis, it could be osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. Definitely homoeopathy can help you to come out of these diseases. You require constitutional homoeopathy medicine and you need to continue this treatment at least for 6 to 9 months. And in some patients it may require still more time and it all depends upon the body response of the patient. Revert back with thyroid reports for further evaluation and for remedial solutions, take care.
