Is it possible to cure the eyes, so that there is no need for Eye Glasses without operation.

Is it possible to cure the eyes, so that there is no need for Eye Glasses without operation.
There is no medication or food or acupressure for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 26 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik. Having said that it would have been better if you would have send your glasses number.

MDS, BDS
Dentist, Delhi
A child is always one of our most special patients. Pediatric dentists are the pediatricians of dentistry. They are specially trained for children’s unique dental health needs

Their professional education includes three years of specialized study after becoming a dentist, emphasizing child psychology, growth and development. Infants, preschoolers, children, and adolescents each need different approaches in dealing with their behavior, guiding their dental growth and development, and helping them avoid future dental problems. The pediatric dentist is best qualified to meet these needs.

To help a child stay totally healthy, the pediatric dentist often works with pediatricians, other physicians and other dental specialists. All children, whether healthy, chronically ill, disabled, or mentally challenged are served best through this team approach. This specialty is becoming even more important as a result of technical advances in medicine and dentistry and the increased populations of children with chronic diseases and congenital problems.

Pleasant visits to the dental office promote the establishment of trust and confidence in your child that will last a lifetime. Our goal at our clinics, along with our staff, is to help all children feel good about visiting the dentist and teach them how to care for their teeth. From our special office designs, to our communication style, our main concern is what is best for your child.

Our pediatric dentists provide an ongoing assessment of your child’s dental needs and may suggest preventive procedures like additional fluoride, dietary changes, space maintainers or sealants. We also undertake all necessary therapeutic procedures like fillings, apexogenesis, apexification, stainless steel crowns, habit-breaking appliances etc. Our specialists are trained in management of uncooperative, physically handicapped and mentally challenged children and we are also equipped with options like sedation dentistry to cater to the dental needs of special children.

Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. It enhances immune system and neem oil is an antiseptic in itself. Leaf extracts are used in antiseptics and can be effectively used in treating skin diseases. It destroys fungus and bacteria and is best for almost all kinds of skin diseases including redness of skin and itching.

healthy tips for younger people and older ones tooo

MBBS
General Physician, Hyderabad
healthy tips for younger people and older ones tooo
1) take a daily multivitamin for your age group. These will compensate for gaps in your nutrition picture. Women over age 50 (and those who've had a hysterectomy) need less iron than younger women.

2) boost calcium and vitamin d. That means three to four 8-ounce servings of low-fat dairy every day. If you are lactose-intolerant, try hard cheese, yogurt, canned salmon, broccoli, and legumes and fortified products like orange juice. Take 1, 000 to 1, 500 milligrams of calcium daily if you are not getting adequate calcium in your diet.

3) eat more fruits, veggies, whole grains, and legumes. These will give you plenty of disease-fighting antioxidants, more fiber, and less sodium.
Get enough fiber. Legumes, whole-wheat pasta, whole grain cereals, and breads, oatmeal, brown rice, popcorn, and fresh fruits and vegetables all are high in fiber.

4) eat the right proteins. Get a balance of lean protein (like skinless chicken), fatty fish like salmon (with omega-3 fats), and vegetable protein.

5) enjoy a vegetarian meal a few times a week. A plant-based diet can be low-calorie and dense in vitamins, minerals, and disease-fighting antioxidants.

6) cut salt intake. Too much salt is linked to high blood pressure.

7) choose fats wisely. And keep them to a minimum. Avoid trans and saturated fats, like those found in butter, some processed foods, grain-based desserts and dairy desserts, stick margarine, fried foods, snack foods, cheese, pizza, processed meats, donuts, some fast foods and frozen foods, for example" good fats" include many vegetable oils like extra virgin olive oil and canola oil, nuts and seeds, avocado and fish, such as salmon and tuna.

8) curb the sweets. Limit sugary beverages, grain-based desserts, sugars, sweetened dairy products, and other sweets; they can be loaded with calories and have little nutrition.

For the last 5 years iam diabetic. I am using gemer p1 in the morning and januvia 100mg in the night. However still my sugar levels are between 170(fasting) and 250(pp). I am nonalcoholic and vegetarian weight 63 kgs. Kindly suggest me what steps should I take to reduce my sugar levels to normal range

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine
General Physician, Delhi
Dear, Yes your sugar levels are not well controlled and you are on a number of medications. But do not worry you still do not need to be insulin as we can still increase the doses of your medications. Glimepiride 1 mg can be increased so can met for min and pioglitazone. However januvia or sisal up tin is at the highest dose possible.

You are having claustrophobic. A condition where you become uncomfortable in crowded place. There is close relationship between mind and gut. You should practice desensitization exercises. Here you should expose you to a few people, then to a group of known and to unknown people. Once you are OK with it you should start social exposure gradually. Relaxation exercise will help you.
