Acne / Pimples Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as Irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Excess of fatty foods, chronic constipation and menstruation disorder in Female are some of common cause in this Also it’s found in cases of excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and hence only depend on ointment’s / OTC Products n medicine’s does not serve your any purpose, but suppressed a symptom n same re-appear after some time with brutal symptoms particularly in skin diseases issue So find out where you have to correct? Lack Of Libido In Females - 4 Causes Behind It

According to contemporary medical studies, loss of sexual desire is more common in women than in men. As many as 3 in 10 women have reduced or limited sexual interest in any kind of sexual activity. While the medical term for this problem is Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD), it is generally understood as a loss of libido.
There are multiple factors that contribute to this problem including psychiatric or physical disorders, relationship issues, hormonal disorders etc. Let us look at the causes of this disorder at length:
1. Medical Disorders:

a) There are conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids and thyroid disorders that may have a negative impact on the sexual drive of a woman.
b) Certain medicines such as antidepressants, oral contraceptives, and medicines that lower blood pressure may also negatively impact the sexual drive in women.
2. Hormonal Disorders:
a) Dryness of the vagina and pain during sexual intercourse may affect sexual drive both mentally and physically.
b) After menopause, drop in the count of testosterone hormone also affects sexual drive which can result in loss of libido.
c) With advancing age, the level of androgens decrease, and hence results in a lack of sexual desire.
3. Lifestyle Disorders:
a) In some of the cases, lack of emotional support in a relationship plays a significant role in the loss of libido. Post baby 'coolness' may also act as a driving force for loss in libido.
b) In today's era, changing lifestyle is drastically affecting our lives. Following an unhealthy lifestyle may result in increased weight that may affect self-image, and indirectly may also affect the sexual desire.
c) Stress and job, family pressure and exhaustion may also influence sexual desire of a woman.
4. Psychological factors
a) Increasing cases of depressionanxiety, frustration, stress is also an important cause of loss of libido in the contemporary society.
b) After childbirth, new moms tend to suffer from lack of sleep, insufficient lubrication of the vagina and exhaustion, which may affect her sexual desire.
The first and foremost step towards dealing with it is to make your partner understand your problem. Then, it is important to consult a doctor to find out the underlying cause, thereafter, treatment of the cause can normalize the condition. Since there are multiple causes of the problem, there are different ways by which the loss of libido can be easily managed and treated. Some of them are discussed below:
1. Treatment of Hormonal Disorders: The doctors will suitably treat problems like thyroids or recommend surgical treatment for fibroids to manage HSSD.
2. Change in Medications: Since some of the medications are responsible for the lack of libido, the doctors will replace the medications to reverse this lack.
3. Addressing the psychological factors: Your doctor will either arrange for suitable psychiatric sessions or ask your partner to coordinate mutually.
4. Sex Therapy/Relationship Counseling or Testosterone Therapy: While sex therapy or relationship counseling brings back the interest by effectively counseling the individual, Testosterone therapy involves off-label usage of testosterone hormone since it is not recommended by FDA.
Proper treatment and consulting a Sexologist can reverse this disorder efficiently. So, talk about the problem more openly to seek proper guidance and cure.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) U can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) Stop eating junk & processed food. 3) Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee . 4) Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) Boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. If u want ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, then consult me privately. there is a very good ayurvedic medicine for weight gain, that increases 3 to 8 kg weight in the 1st month itself, without any side effects. the main part is weight does not come down after stopping, as it is completely ayurvedic.

Hello thanks for the query. Hair fall is usually due to nutritional deficiency. I treat such cases with minoxidil 5 % solution to be applied twice daily and tablet follihair to be taken daily for 6 months. Both these are safe and effective and available over the counter. I recommends the following basic principles to keep in mind if you wish to gain weight in a healthy way: increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. Carbs are needed to gain weight but include healthier options like banana, potato, mango, whole grains, rice, etc. Instead of sugar-rich foods, chocolates and other junk foods. In order to increase your muscle mass, it is essential to do weight training 4-5 times a week for an hour. You can vary the intensity depending on your capacity. Consume protein-rich foods after you workout to increase muscle mass and eat good fats like nuts and seeds in your diet. Eating a handful of pumpkin or flaxseeds is a good way to give your body the fat intake it needs. Though junk foods like vada pav or burgers are loaded with calories, they only increase body fat and not muscle mass which is not the right way to go about. Here is a healthy weight gain diet plan which includes the right foods one should consume to put on kilos in a healthy manner. But along with this, you also need to engage in physical activity for at least 30 minutes every day. It is also essential to have at least 6-8 glasses of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hello sir, your normal weight according to your height is 60-68. Take high protein diet. Have small and frequent meals. Take egg, sprouts, lean meat, tofu, soy milk, whole pulses, paneer, cold coffee, mango shake, banana shake, chhiku shake. Take milk and milk products. Don't skip your meals. Do stretching exercise alternate days.
