this is very common condition. what happens is, at that posterior area, it's quite difficult to keep it clean and so food accumulation starts. also this area is highly prone to cavity. but most commonly, this tooth erupts at different angles to which this flap condition is mainly associated. visit a dentist, you need to get this flap removed. procedure is known as operculectomy. but it may reoccur. so I suggest you to get this tooth removed since this tooth has no function in the mouth.

Hii, you can follow the diet plan also with some suggested products regarding weight loss and to reduce belly fat. I m giving you the Diet plan which is less in Carbs you can follow it. Sample diet plan:- a) breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs/ 1 Paratha (Brown X atta)+ curd/ Basil seeds Smoothie. B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. C) dinner - paneer tikka or chicken tikka with green chutney/ veg soup with butter./ 1 chapati(BrownXatta)+ veg+ salad. d) snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea or lemonade. Suggested supplements:- a) Lipolyzer Fat Burning Oil. b) BrownX atta Low Carb Atta. c) NutroActive Basil Seeds. d) NutroActive Tummy tablets.

You don't have to lose weight, but need to lose fat. Your weight is right according to your height. But if it is fat weight then you need to lose fat and add muscle weight. Do body-weight exercises like push ups, pull ups and squats.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Magnesium is one of those minerals that are used by every organ of your body, particularly the most hard working organs of your body viz. muscles, heart, kidney, liver and bones. Magnesium is drastically reduced in liver disorders or in an alcoholic's body. It is most important for bones. Its deficiency can cause Osteoporosis. In fact, any unexplained reasons for fatigue, pain, muscle spasms, eye-twitching or abnormal heart rhythms can be attributed to lack of magnesium. And most of the times it is remains undiscovered since it is distributed across the blood-stream, which makes it difficult to test in the first place.

These symptoms can give you a fair idea when to see a doctor for magnesium deficiency.

1) Early Signs - Early signs of magnesium deficiency includes numbness and tingling, seizures, abnormal heart rhythms, personality changes and coronary spasms.
