U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad good luck.

Dear user, first I would like you to go for c. U. E test. If crystals are found then for confirmation you can go for us scanning to know clearly about kidney problem. If its normal then it myst be back pain due to sitting or riding for a long time.

I am 30 years male. Long back ther was pain in my left leg near fingers so it was diagnosed as a result of high uric acid. I regularly go for test of my uric acid level in my body. currently it is 5.6 what should be normal uric acid level for men and what food should I take less to keep it normal in the body. Is there any side effects of high uric acid level in the body M taking Feb uric 40 for this. Please advise thoroughly on this.

The best treatment of Gout consists of restoring the balance of Vata (Air element) and detoxifying the blood. High protein diet should be avoided in cases of increased uric acid. Mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it two to three times daily. If you find this remedy helpful, you can increase the dosage of apple cider vinegar to up to two tablespoons. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day. Kaishor guggul and chandraprabha vati 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Tea.coffee. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Hello, Medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain; you can take them . I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level. Hope this answers your query. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

I had a small incident at last month. I fell down from bike. That time I directly touched the floor by hand. That time no pain in my hand. But after two weeks little bit pain in left hand wrist area. If am strongly supporting my hand some where to do something or to lift some thing means I have a pain in wrist area. Some while twisting time also pain is there. So what to do?

Your symptoms are giving a picture of soft tissue injury and inflammation around your wrist. Give rest to your affected wrist. Consult a physician and take painkillers prescribed. Go for two weeks of physiotherapy sessions. Once pain subsides do exercises (prescribed by your physio) to regain the strength and mobility of your joint.

Hello lybrate-user without X ray reports and film difficult to guide. Still as it's a 5 th MT. Chance can be taken with just plaster cast or bandage with non weight bearing orthosis. Actually treatment depends on type of Fracture. Simple or complecated fracture. And age of patient. Avoid bearing weight on injured foot. Apply creap bandage and ice fomantation till you decide about treatment. Any fracture require minimum 6 weeks to heal properly. You need not be bedridden. You can move around with non weight bearing pattern.

Hi. At this age, there may be some degenerative changes to the knee joint. You should be very careful about that. It may be early sign of repetitive stress injury or you can call it arthritis of knee joint. Start hot fomentation over your knees if it were not injured by mistake. Otherwise if there is swelling over knee, you can take ice pack over there thrice a day. Start gentle stretching exercises for knee and isometric exercise for quadriceps. Thanks.

1. Start with the Physiotherapy treatment 2. Learn spinal exercises from Physiotherapist 3. Drink Aloevera Juice empty stomach in morning 4. Change your mattress if it is old 5. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum 6. Don't sit on floor 7. Don't lift heavy things 8. Don't do forward bending.
