i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. Eat healthy n light food .. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Walk 1km daily in evening... Follow up after a week.

Hello, Weight loss is sometimes possible in the process of weight gain due to overexertion and stress. Secondly, Eating more necessarily doesn't mean you it right. Sometimes the food intake is more but there might be lack of vital nutrients which help to give desired results. Whey protein is good if you are doing lots of exercises. If you are leaving the exercises completely then it is not required because food gives you enough protein.

Hi, im 23 years old and unable to gain weight, the main problem is that I'm not able to eat more, even I feel very hungry just if I eat 1 burger with coke and in case of lunch and dinner, I cannot have full rice just if I have half plate the stomach will be full and if try to eat more than that than I feel like vomiting so please suggest me something by which I can eat more. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Protein powders does not harm if you are taking a good quality one. And also, if you are lifting heavy weights, then protein powder is good for your muscles. If you facing problems in gaining weight, then try eating 6 times a day. Meals should be healthy and nutritious. Exercise daily and wait for some months to see results. Pelvic stretch:-to do this stretch, you first need to lie back down and bend your knees. Place your hands by the side and your palms should touch the ground for some support. Then lift your buttocks as high as you can, your back should form an upward curve. Hold it for about 20 seconds. Then do it again, for about three to four times. This stretch will stretch the spine and strengthen your torso.

Hye. Uncooked sabudana can cause indigestion and even severe intestinal disorders. Raw grains can also lead to food poisoning at times. Ingestion of some bacteria is possible in raw form. Bloating, gas, distension is common. Soak and cook sabudana before eating.
