Hello, You can divide your meals in pre and post workouts meals. A fruit with some nuts could be an ideal Preworkout meal, followed by combination of cards and protein post workouts. This will help you and also ensure there is a constant supply of energy throughout.

Hello Lybrate user, Turmeric (haldi) has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anticancer & natural antibiotic properties and milk is a rich source of calcium. The inclusion of these two natural ingredients in daily diet prevents diseases and infections. So take glass of luck warm milk and add pinch of raw turmeric powder. It's helpful for wellness any further clinical assistant kindly reward back to me Thanking you.

Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.
Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Be sure to lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the "Happy Birthday" song from beginning to end twice.
Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

My weight is 48 kg then how to increase my weight as soon as possible. And also growth of my height.
to gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut ,milk and milk products etc 2 Do not take stress, If you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 Quite smoking or any kind of tobacco . 4 Eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule. Consult me privately.

You need complete medical assessment and examination and accordingly you can be prescribed treatment if required. You seem to have gynecomatia. No medicine diet or massage therapy can solve the problem. Only best way to correct gynecomatia is by plastic surgery with invisible scars and cosmetically pleasing appearance of chest. You should consult plastic surgeon.

You may do some stretching exercises even while sitting doing work or commute. At other times you can do brisk walking for about 10 to 15 minutes. Only that much exercise is required that can keep body and mind fit. Too much of strenuous physical exercises can not only be useless but also harmful.
