This is perfectly normal response after i-pill and she is not pregnant as she already had menses. Menses can come early after i-pill.

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine:- kali bromatum 30 (3 drops four times a day) berberis aquifolium q (10 drops three times a day in half cup water) make a gap of 15 mins between above medicines. Do not take any thing half an hr before and after the medicine. Take medicine for one month. With medicine eat healthy diet including salad twice a day with meal. Drink lots of water. Prefer skimmed milk and milk products. Avoid strong tea and coffee. Avoid too much of these also. Drink grern tea 3-4 cups daily. Use mild face wash. Wash face with plain water twice a day. It removes extra oil from face. Do not use any cream on face. Use mild moisturiser. When going out cover facd with cloth. It protect you from dust. Avoid junk food and fried things. Avoid cold drinks. Avoid sweets and all bakery products. Avoid too much non veg. Avoid touching face. Take 8 hrs good sleep. Do these. Consult after 15 days for follow up.

Respected Sir/madam, recently 3 days back my friend met with one lady here there is no intercourse was done between her and him but he slept besides her and hugged. While hugging she showed her down part but he was not opened his clothes. Now he worried about that std problems as well as psychological suffers. He don't have fever ,sore throat but feeling sick. Please help out with you r good suggestion.

Don't worry at all. There are no chances of STD according to the events told. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs always. Follow this and give feedback.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

I have tan in my upper foot area. Please give me some home remedies to de-tan it. (I am using vaseline petroleum jelly once a day regularly for the past 10 months)

## you can apply curd and termeric (haldi) paste on foot. Leave it for 15 mins then wash foot with normal water and then apply moisturiser. Its best to use cocoa rich moisturiser. It also help in reducing tan. ## you can also use lemon. Rub lemon juice on feet. Leave it for 10mins then wash with water and apply moisturiser. ## always apply sunscreen on foot when going in sun. Use it half an hr before going out. Hope all these will help you.

First of all you have to check your pregnancy test by your urine. There are maximum chances of getting pregnant in the mid cycle days of menstrual cycle. If your cycle is of 28 days (1st day to be counted on the day menstrual flow starts) the 14 th day bears the maximum chances of getting pregnant. It is a common condition, and causes discomfort in post-pubertal and adult women, whether sexually active or not.
Though the condition will affect around one third of women during their lifetimes, there are steps you can take to prevent having an itchy, fishy smelling vagina.

Prevent vaginal infections:

- wipe from front to back after a bowel movement. Pat yourself dry after passing urine. Use unscented, uncoloured, double-layered toilet paper.

- wash your genital area once a day with plain water or use a mild, unperfumed soap to wash the genital area. Rinse well with a hand-held shower head and dry the area thoroughly with a soft towel or a cool air hairdryer before getting dressed. Don? t use bubble baths, vaginal deodorants or talc, or douches.

- use sanitary towels, rather than tampons, or change tampons every 4 hours. Do not forget to remove tampons.

- eat a well-balanced diet, which includes dahi, curd, yoghurt. Follow a healthy lifestyle, since a healthy person fights infection more effectively.

- when taking antibiotics, take probiotics, such as yakult, or increase your intake of live yoghurt.

- if you are overweight, get into shape, as being overweight might cause repeated yeast infections.

- wear cotton underwear. Cotton absorbs moisture. Yeast thrives in a warm, damp atmosphere. Let your body breathe. Avoid tight-fitting jeans, lycra shorts and tights. Wear loose clothing and sleep without any undergarments at night.

- do not use any chemicals, such as douches, spermicides

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed.
