Dear lybrate-user its not about what you are doing wrong its about what you are not doing at all. Dear you have to use a wash. Plain water is not enough. Lactacyd is one of the washes my dear. There are one or two medications which can help you alot.

Dear sir how can we remove hair falling problem by eating healthy food so tell me which food is health for hair and which type of treatments we need and which types of exercises like yoga and pranayama are need for hair growing problems.

I have severe uti infection and frequently urinate as scan report states my bladder gets full and when it is 80-150 ml, I have urge to urinate immediately. Last December I dilated my urethra as it was shrunk. Even after that cystoscopy I was okay only for a week. Please suggest me a good treatment. My scan reports are normal up to date. Thanks in Advance.

How about culture. They would have got the urine culture done. Basing on the sensitivity report, medication is advised. Take the medicines as a course. With this you should get relief. Apart from the medicines you need to take plenty of water atleast 3 litres of water in a day. Maintain proper hygiene of the genitals, washing the genitals with water after passing urine. Dry the area after wash. During periods use the sanitary pads changing one for each time. Including plenty of fruits and vegetable in your diet. Practicing pelvic exercises for toning up of the muscles of the urine passage. You can come back for futher advise. Good luck.

I have a acne problem on my body. N I think this is a type of allergy. I m taking treatment from 2 doctors but no one can solve my problem.

Take 200 ml carrot juice, or a combination of carrot juice with beet and cucumber juices. In the case of mixed juices, 50 ml each of beet and cucumber juices should be mixed with 100 ml of carrot juice to prepare 200 ml of mixed juice. Drink for relief in allergies. Squeeze half a lime in a glass of lukewarm water and sweeten it with a teaspoon of honey. Take it once daily first thing in the morning for several months. It not only flushes the system of toxins but also acts as an anti-allergic agent. Take 5 drops of castor oil in half a cup of any fruit or vegetable juice, or plain water on an empty stomach in the morning. Or mix one part turmeric and two parts of amla powder. Store in a glass bottle. Take one small teaspoon twice daily with water.

I have more hair loss. After every hair wash and after combing my hair more hair is lost. What can I do?

Are you combing your hair from the roots down? If you’re combing your hair you should always start from the middle while working it downwards. Move the comb upwards (near the roots) only when there are no more tangles remaining in the bottom half. If you start combing from your roots, you may have to fight more tangles on the way to the bottom. This induces strain on your scalp, and increases hair breakage. The end result is weak hair and roots, and more hair fall. 2. Are you combing post the application of a hair product? A comb should never be used just after the application of a hair paste, serum or cream for treatment or styling. You must use only your fingers to comb through your hair once you've applied a styling product. If you use a comb post-application of a styling product, it not only loses its effect, but may also harm your hair and its texture.Consequently, it may lead to increased breakage and hair loss over time. 3. Are you detangling your hair after shampooing or washing? Hair is known to be at its weakest when wet, which can also make it prone to tangling. Combing and excessive pulling of tangled, wet hair increases your chances of hair breakage and eventual hair loss. To avert water-induced frowns, you can try giving a comb-through before wetting your hair in the shower. Alternatively, you can also try combing your hair during a shower. Apply the conditioner first; next, untangle the strands by using only your fingers, and then use a wide-toothed comb just before washing. 4. Are you regularly back-combing your hair? Sometimes people back-comb their hair from the roots working towards the ends. This hair teasing technique adds volume and texture to your hair. Although it’s a great trick, its regular use may damage your hair cuticles, which as a result, may also ruin your hair’s quality, lead to frizzy hair and increase breakage and hair loss. To get the element of volume without the damage, you can try light hair sprays, which help you in getting a similar look.

I am 21 years old but I have a problem with growth physically for quite a long time. Numbers of vitamin like polybion, a-z, etc aren't effective. I have a consistent fever like sickness anytime and many a time. Due to which I am so thin and weak. What shall I do?

I am suffering from high bp problems n there is lack of sleep n sometimes I have to face pimples on my face what should I do.

Dear, To control & maintan BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

My daughter is getting head sweat, when checked her vitamin d it is deficient also she is getting hair loss in patches on her head. Her vitamin d level is 15.5 but should be 30 to 100. And her T3 is 1.76 and T4 is 7.15. And TSH is 1.39. So is this hair loss because of heat sweat and vitamin d deficiency?

Hair loss is not due to vitamind low levels or increase in sweat but it seems to be due to fungal infection of the hair follicles as baldness is in patches.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength. Best of luck!

Dear lybrate user, it's not necessary to take whey protein because you can take protein by eating grams etc. Cheese, sprouts, green moong soyabeans etc. It will be better if you take boiled eggs green veg smoothy nuts cheese soyabeans sprouts etc. Whic gas no side effects. Our body produces everything you can go for test of protein, if it is less you can take the above mentioned hinges.

How can I save And thick my hair. Please help me doctor. What is the precaution of this?

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.
