Dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (Homoeopathic SUNCARE cream of BAKSON Company) , every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1.Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2.Take pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good. 3.Onions have anti-microbial properties and they help remove the acne related scars and spots. Take an onion and cut it into several pieces, grind them and then, separate the juice from the beaten onions. Apply this mixture on the affected areas; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and rinse off with water. 4.Mix two tablespoons of sandalwood powder with a few drops of rose water and apply on the spots and on the entire face. Wash it off, after it dries. 5.Take a pinch of turmeric powder and add some lemon juice to it. Mix both the ingredients well together and dab the mixture on the black spots. Scars and spots will disappear and the results would show on the skin within a week’s time. 6.Take a small potato and grate it; mix it with some honey and dab on the face. Wash the face mask after 15 minutes. You can also rub the potato slices over the dark spots to make them fade. 7.Prepare a solution for the dark spots with handy items from the home. Take one tablespoon of onion juice, one tablespoon of garlic juice, half tablespoon of vinegar and mix them properly. Apply this combination on the face and rub for few minutes on the dark spots. Rinse with chilled water after 20 minutes. It is an easy way to reduce the dark spots by regularly using the mixture. Vitamins and the sulphur contents of onions and allicin from garlic have anti fungal, anti-aging properties and give soothe the skin while removing the bacteria from it. 8.Lemon contains astringents and Vitamin C; it also removes the toxins from the body when it is consumed. So, use lemon to remove the dark spots on the skin. Squeeze out the extract of lemon and apply it on the dark spots with the help of cotton balls. The best results will be yielded when the application is repeated on every second day. 9.Grate some cucumber and add milk to it along with some lime extract. Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste and apply the paste on the skin. 10.Papaya consists of enzymes that help in making the black spots on the face disappear. Use ripe papaya pulp on the skin. Apply the pulp of papaya on the face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cold water. 11.The lactic acid in buttermilk contains alpha hydroxyl acid. Since this is a natural acid, it is good for the skin. Buttermilk helps remove the excess oil and the dirt on the skin along with any dead skin. The skin then appears lighter. Take buttermilk in small bowl and dip a cotton ball in it. Apply it on the dark spots. If possible, you can use lemon juice with buttermilk in equal halves and apply as a face mask. 12.Vitamin E oil: It is the best antioxidant which is used for healing wounds. So, mix the vitamin E oil with some castor oil. Apply on the dark spots and check the results. 13.Oats is not only good for intake, but it also works as a medicine to treat black spots, acne marks, or pimple scars on the face. Apply an oatmeal face mask in order to get rid of the dark spots. Prepare a paste using oatmeal and lemon juice. Apply this paste on the face as a mask and scrub it gently. Wash it off with warm water. Follow the procedure twice every week for immediate relief. Drinking plenty of water will help you in removing dark spots on face. Drink at least 6 – 8 glasses of water everyday. This removes the extra toxins from the body while moisturizing the skin and making the dark spots fade. 14.Milk lightens the facial spots. The lactic acid present in milk soothes and calms the skin. Use cold raw milk to apply on face. Dip a cotton ball into the milk and apply it all over the face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash with warm water. Do this every day in the morning time.

Medication: Take Schwabe’s Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night. Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of arnica montana q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. One medium-sized gajar contains 5 054 micrograms of beta carotene, which is equivalent to 53 % of adult's requirement for Vitamin A. In the body, beta-carotene is converted to vitamin A – an antioxidant that destroys free radicals and prevents damage of the cells. Research has shown that antioxidants like Vitamin A and C found in fruits and vegetables provide protection against non-communicable diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Vitamin A also prevents night blindness and helps in maintaining healthy skin.

No wonder mum always said that “carrots are good for your eyes and complexion!”

Three things to do with gajar
•Juice them: Choose the orange/red variety of gajar. Chop them into pieces and put them in a juicer. Strain the juice through a sieve. You may combine with other fruit and vegetables like tomatoes, beetroots or spinach. It's best to have juices fresh, rather than canned or packaged, without added sugar.
•Pickle them: If you enjoy pickles, peel and cut the gajar into long 1½ inch pieces, julienne style. Do the same with green papaya, raw mango, green chillies, ginger or fresh turmeric (haldi). In a bowl, add the vegetables and sprinkle on some salt and turmeric. Set aside for 1–2 hours. Drain the water, add vinegar, coarsely ground mustard seeds (rai), then mix. Place the mixture in a glass bottle, ensuring that the vinegar covers the vegetables. The carrot pickle (gajar ka achar) will be ready to eat after 2–3 days, and you can keep it for up to two weeks.
•Grate them: Grate the gajar and add them to your salads, sandwiches, cakes, muffins, idlis, dosas, parathas, cutlets, tikkis and kheer. It's a good way to get fussy eaters – especially children – to eat more vegetables. Traditionally in India, grated gajar is used to make Gajar ka Halwa which is eaten as a warm dessert during the winter months.

At the moment diabetes is incurable. You can keep it under control with exercise ,diet and drugs.Drugs can be avoided if you do strict diet n vigourous exercise.In near future there can be breakthrough with gene theapy or stem cell therapy. Please note that these two are chronic disease/problem and need proper treatment. Hence you should take proper homeopathic treatment for the cure of both the diseases.
