Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I feel tired all day physically as well as mentally.I did some routine blood test and nothing abnormal in that. From past few weeks i started having neck pain , shoulder pain as well as headache which lasts for few hours till i take painkillers. I personally wanted advise keeping in mind that is this related to stress/tensed lifestyle? I am struggling with family & marriage relation /career/ business pressure from 2-3 years.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

This should not bother you. Do hot fermentation and spinal exercises both mobility and strengthing exercises of back muscles. Apply pirox gel locally.

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

Pain in stomach could be due to indigestion, infection, gastric problem and can be managed easily. The picture given by you about back pain calls for immediate attention and needs x -ray of lumbo sacral spine to look for any pivd or spondylosis like problems. For the time being pl roast pure hing in ghee, make powder, mix turmeric, ajwain and black salt and take with warm water. On getting x ray reports further advise will be given.

Means now is your problem only stiffness and test are positive it is as do spine extension exercise and tk physiotherapy help to maintain your fiexbility you can use other relaxation treatment but exercise must for you bcoz in this cause spine convert in bamboo shape stiff n rigid.

If you are pregnant obviously you will have generalized pain due to the fact that the foetus grows and it throws more pressure in the lower back and this is the major cause for back pain in the first trimester of pregnancy. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Pain in the foot, ankle and stiffness of the lower leg is due to constant pain and that makes the leg to have less blood circulation due to less movements and that becomes rigid for which doing hot water fermentation will help and also MCR chappals can be used to feel relaxed and comfortable along with Lumbosacral belt to improve the abdominal muscle tone

I had an accident last year i. E. 14 months back wherein my right knee become weak and after mri scanning doc advised not to put weight on knee for 3 months. Subsequently only after 3 months I was advised to walk normally. Now after 14 months I feel the bones inside are rubbing while walking or doing exercises. What precautions I must take and what can be the remedy for this.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Lower back pain may not be linked to the heart problems. You can get x ray ls spine (ap & lateral - flexion & extension) and send it across to me. Also can you tell me if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias (electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications he generally takes and what has been his treatment history till now for existing problem. Please also get esr, crp and serum vitamin d and b12 levels done from a good lab and send reports across to me. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Hand exercise dear, you can do it, 1 Make a Fist Hand and finger exercises can help strengthen your hands and fingers, increase your range of motion, and give you pain relief. Stretch only until you feel tightness. You shouldn't feel pain. Start with this simple stretch: •Make a gentle fist, wrapping your thumb across your fingers. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. Release and spread your fingers wide. •Repeat with both hands at least four times. Finger Stretch Try this stretch to help with pain relief and to improve the range of motion in your hands: •Place your hand palm-down on a table or other flat surface. •Gently straighten your fingers as flat as you can against the surface without forcing your joints. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then release. •Repeat at least four times with each hand. Claw Stretch This stretch helps improve the range of motion in your fingers. •Hold your hand out in front of you, palm facing you. •Bend your fingertips down to touch the base of each finger joint. Your hand should look a little like a claw. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. Repeat at least four times on each hand. Grip Strengthener This exercise can make it easier to open door knobs and hold things without dropping them. •Hold a soft ball in your palm and squeeze it as hard as you can. •Hold for a few seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on each hand. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damaged. I hope apka hand acha or majbut ho jayga
