Day by day I am becoming fatter and fatter and I need to put down my weight. So what should I do.
There is a reason to everything and so does you weight increase. Your weight increase can be -------- 1. If you started taking in more calories than usual or cutting back on exercise, you wouldn't be surprised to see instant increase in your weight. But what if you're doing everything the same as you always do, and your weight still goes up? it's time to delve a little deeper into what else might be going on.---------------------- 2. Lack of sleep----there are two issues at work with sleep and weight gain. First, if you're up late, the odds are greater that you're doing some late-night snacking, which means more calories. The other reason involves what's going on in your body when you're sleep-deprived. Changes in hormone levels increase hunger and appetite and also make you feel not as full after eating.--------------------- 3. Stress-----when life's demands get too intense, our bodies go into survival mode. Cortisol, the" stress hormone, is secreted, which causes an increase in appetite. And of course, we may reach for high-calorie comfort foods in times of stress as well. This combination is a perfect breeding ground for weight gain.------ 4. Antidepressants------an unfortunate side effect from some antidepressants is weight gain. Talk to your doctor about making changes to your treatment plan if you think your antidepressant is causing weight gain. But never stop or change your medication on your own. Realize that some people experience weight gain after beginning drug treatment simply because they're feeling better, which leads to a better appetite. Also, depression itself can cause changes in weight.--------- 5. Steroids.--anti-inflammatory steroid medications like prednisone are notorious for causing weight gain. Fluid retention and increased appetite are the main reasons. Some people may also see a temporary change in where their body holds fat while taking steroids to places like the face, the belly, or the back of the neck. If you've taken steroids for more than a week, don't stop them abruptly. That can lead to serious problems. Check with your doctor first.----------------- 6. Drugs that may cause weight gain-----several other prescription drugs are linked to weight gain. The list includes antipsychotic drugs (used to treat disorders like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder), along with medications to treat migraines, seizures, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Work with your doctor to find a medication that treats your symptoms and lessens side effects.------------------- 7. Hypothyroidism---if your thyroid is not making enough thyroid hormone, you're probably feeling tired, weak, and cold, and gaining weight. Without enough thyroid hormone, your metabolism slows, making weight gain more likely. Even a thyroid functioning at the lower end of the normal range might cause weight gain. Treating hypothyroidism with medication may reverse some of the weight gain.--------------------- 8. Cushing's syndrome-----weight gain is a common symptom of cushing's syndrome, a condition in which you are exposed to too much of the stress hormone cortisol, which in turn causes weight gain and other abnormalities. You can get cushing's syndrome if you take steroids for asthma, arthritis, or lupus. It can also happen when your adrenal glands make too much cortisol, or it could be related to a tumor. The weight gain may be most prominent around the face, neck, upper back, or waist.------------------- 9. Quitting smoking-----quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do for your health. When you quit, you may gain some weight, but perhaps less than you think. On average, people who stop smoking gain less than 5 kgs. You should stop feeling hungrier after several weeks, which will make it easier to help lose any weight you gained.----------- so adil please try to identify from the above reasons that I have explained, that what could be your reason for weight increase and then consult me-----

I am 16 years old male and I get headaches almost daily since school reopened. During my vacation I was at home and didn't get any headaches. But when I started going to school, I get headaches almost daily. The headache starts before the school ends and lasts for about 5-6 hours. I am tired of these headaches. Negative attitude towards school is the main reason of this problem. Negativity and feelling discomfort may cause for your head ache. My daughter age 24, is having severe and untimely pain in arms and legs from past 20-25 days, yesterday there was pain in hand only and spinal area on her back, in hand pain accompanied with temperature gain in arms and head and when pain disappear it becomes cold. She just married last year in may and her in-laws behavior is not good, she is very much mentally disturb, her husband do not say any thing but does not oppose his family for wrong things which disturb her. My answer to the first part of your question is, your daughter has to consult a general physician in order to rule out typhoid fever, malarial infection, jaundice, anemia or even dengue fever, because all the symptoms you mentioned here are few of the symptoms of such conditions. My answer to the second part of your question is, it is very very common in our country, adjustment problems with in-laws and husband's ignorance in such things. Almost every newly married woman has to face these kind of problems. The problem may be your daughter's incompetence to manage that emotionally. There is a chance for her pain behaviors arising from her unconscious mind crying for help to escape from this stressful situation. Ask her to be positive in her approach towards the in-laws, looking into and praising the positive aspects of them. And it is good her husband remains neutral without torturing her to obey his family members like many others do. Her stress tolerance will develop once she gets children and be busy with child-rearing practices and other future plannings with her husband. If she does not complain about her problems with in-laws, her husband may turn positive towards her in course of time. Until then, you can help her as a patient listener to her problems without giving any judgments or negative comments on anybody, which can give her ventilate her bottled-up emotions leading to relaxation to some extent.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad.

Hello! bmi is not standardise with age its according to your height n weight n weight also depends on height not depends on age. To reduce fat you can follow small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. You need to take care of is good quality protein. Try to take milk n products, egg whites, fish, lean chicken, dal n products etc. With complex carbohydrate n good quality fat (almond, walnut, peanut, flex seed, chia seed etc.) stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, excess sugar n sweet items.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.You are suffering from alopecia areata in which there is hair loss from a patch. These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily and Take proper sleep of 6 to 8 hrs . . • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Hello, no need to worry, you can go to arht if you think your hairfall is genetic and not temporary. Temporary hairfall can be controlled.
