Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

All people are not of same height and you have to be happy with your height . For the tummy you need to reduce diet and do tummy exercises .5 Fast Ways To Lose Your Belly ========================= 1. Fuel Up Foods rich in protein help you build muscle, while soluble fiber – found in oats, beans, fruits, and veggies – shrinks belly fat. A study from Wake Forest found that for every 10-gram increase in soluble fiber people ate daily (about two small apples, a serving of oatmeal, a half cup of pinto beans, and a half cup of peas), their belly fat decreased by almost 4% over five years. 2. Fiber Adding ground flaxseed to your diet – mix a teaspoon or two into cereal or yogurt – helps prevent constipation. (It’s hard to have flat abs if your pipes are backed up.) To avoid stomachaches, increase fiber slowly and up your water intake, . 3. Cardio In a Duke University study of 196 sedentary, overweight adults, aerobic training significantly reduced deep belly fat and also burned more visible midsection flab. To maximize the benefit with a minimum time commitment, try interval training, suggests exercise physiologist Jessica Matthews of the American Council on Exercise. Start with a 1:2 ratio (jog 30 seconds, then walk briskly for a minute), aiming for 150 minutes weekly. 4. Lift butt, drawing pelvis to the ceiling without arching back. Lower butt down slowly. Bird Dog: From all fours, extend one arm and the opposite leg to shoulder and hip height simultaneously, keeping shoulders and hips squared to the floor. Lower slowly to start, and repeat on opposite side. Front Plank: Lie on stomach, with forearms on floor and hands palm-down on either side of chest. Tuck toes, lift legs, tighten abs, and raise body to a modified push-up position, keeping forearms on the floor. Hold five seconds, then lower. Repeat three times. Work up to holding for 20 seconds each time. Half-Kneel Lift: Kneel on right knee, with left foot forward and left knee at 90-degree angle. Hold a soccer ball with both hands at right hip. Without rotating body, slowly bring ball up and across until it’s above left shoulder and slightly behind you. Return to start. Do two to three sets of eight to 12 reps on each side.

Rinse your eyelids well with cool water. Repeat once or twice daily for a few weeks? instead of potato juice, you can also use thick potato slices to remove dark circles. Due to its mild astringent properties, it also works as a good skin toner. 1. Soak cotton eye pads in pure rose water for a few minutes. 2. Put the soaked pads on your closed eyelids. 3. I stay depressed all the time. I cry daily. Sometimes I cry without any reason. I start crying at small little issues. Actually first the main reason was that I liked a guy who don't like me back because he was already in a relation. So his gf insulted a lot backbited a lot to her friends in her section. I mean yeah I get a lot depressed when people backbite about me. I just want you to recommend what should I do now, I get depressed by only thinking this that I'll have to face them again tomorrow in college. Sometimes I overthink a lot.

Depression does make one think too much on unreal things too. Your depression is definitely related to this rejection by this boy and his gf. But you need not take it to heart. It will only show them that you are weak and a failure. You have to take all this in your stride and still be effective. You must always Be responsible, Be respectful, and Be functional. There are going to be so many opportunities in life to meet other boys and one day the right guy for a lasting relationship. Anyway, you chose wrongly because he was already in another relationship. The more this girl backbites you it only shows how insecure she is and any attempt to malign your name will only backfire on her at some time. So walk tall and with grace. Do not retaliate or try to even the score. Vengeance will only hurt you eventually.

Antilipidemic drus for such complicated case is to be treated carefully. Lipidis initially may be controlled by ezetimide & fibrates & diet, exercise etc. If not controlled then for hepatitis b virus is to be treated with nucleotide antiviral drugs with low dose of statin may be given.

Measure your temperature and tell me reading Avoid exertion Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc Get CBC checked and review with reports

Stress, worry, anxiety, and inadequate nutrition lead to hair loss. A certain amount of hair loss is considered normal, as old strands are replaced by new. When hair loss is excessive, care must be taken. When this starts in the early years of life, one should look into for remedies. Increased intake of fried, sour, spicy, salty, and fermented foods, as well as tea and coffee, aggravate the pitta dosha (ayurvedic humor representing fire) in the body. This pitta accumulates in the skin of the scalp, leading to hair falling out and graying prematurely. Factors like excessive anger and stress are also responsible. Excessive consumption of alcohol and meat also aggravate pitta. According to ayurveda, hairs are a byproduct of bone formation and the tissue responsible for building bones is also responsible for the growth of hair. Early hair loss is related to body type and the balance of the mind-body constitution (doshas). People who have excess pitta in their body are likely to lose their hair early in life, or have prematurely thin or gray hair. Excess pitta in the sebaceous gland, at the root of the hair, or folliculitis can lead to hair loss. Ayurvedic treatment of hair loss is aimed at pacification of pitta through a customized diet and lifestyle regime, along with medication. A combination of diet, herbs, oil massage, meditation, aromatherapy, breathing and yoga can be beneficial in addressing the problem of hair loss and premature graying of hair. Diet & lifestyle advice avoid pitta-aggravating foods like spicy, heavy, and oily foods, as well as tea and coffee. Avoid refined foods, refined sugar, junk food, and alcoholic and carbonated drinks. Increase intake of fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, and vegetable juice prepared from lettuce, carrot, capsicum, and alfalfa. Avoid using chemical products on the hair. Try herbal oils and shampoos instead. Home remedies mix powdered indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water.

Hello, As you also know no one can change the lip colour we are born with, only by home-remedies we can only change the tone or lighten the shade. So, follow the below points: - Mix 1 tbsp of rose petal paste and 1 tsp of butter, milk cream or honey and srub it very gently. Do this 2 times a week. - Take a thin slice of lemon, sprinkle a bit of sugar and rub it on your lips very gently. Do this daily for few days. - Soak a few rose petals in raw milk for one hour, and then grind the mixture to make a paste. Add one-half teaspoon of honey and a pinch of saffron to it. Apply the paste on your lips and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do this two times a day. Management: Avoid anger/ anxiety. Keep hydrated, have 12-15 glasses of water. Always use good quality of either lipstick or lip balm with Vit. A, E and sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out in sun. Eat healthy, nutritious food. Avoid junk food. Take 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of toughing, licking/ picking the lips. Don't smoke, eat gutka, etc.

1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

Dear madam do not panic anxity depression leads to sleeplessnes. So try to avoid mental tensions and and try to be mentally peace. Read motivational books inspiring stories. Develop possitve attitude and do exersize in evenin one hour. And bed room must be dark and pleasent. Avoid coffee tea in evening. Avoid watching tv in evenings. God bless you.
