1. For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress, depression, physical and mental strain, hyper acidity, muscular problem 2. Avoid stress and strain 3. Do regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight. 4. Control your diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried and junk food, high calorie and cholesterol rich diet. Take small frequent meals (5-6 meals/day instead of three heavy meals. If you have hyper acidity take one tablet of pan 40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 5. Do yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress. 6. Have sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily. 7. Avoid excess tea/coffee, if you are having 8. Drink plenty of water and take rest 9. Take crocin advance one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets per day at the time of chest pain 10. If you have recurrent attack of chest pain check your bp, take ecg, x ray chest and consult physician for advice and treatment.

Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach and 1 tab in the evening. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minute. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. I get head pressure on the left side of my head. When stressed due to work it is severe otherwise mild. This is since last 2 years. It started with a crawling sensation in the left side of face, temple and head. Now crawling is not felt but heaviness and pressure is constant. It goes only when I am deeply relaxed. My doctor gave me Ciplar LA 20 to have one pill daily in February so I am having it regularly but it hardly helps. Please help me.

Your symptoms are suggestive of tension type of headache. This usually occurs due to unresolved stress and increased muscle tension in head. I do running daily, but now I stopped running because I am felling pain in my knee of right leg for last 1 month . There is no pain in knee of left leg. I don't feel any pain while walking and bending my right leg. I feel pain when I do running ,stretching and making pressure on it. I have to go for my sports after 1 month where I have to do running also. Sir or mam please help me how can I cure it within 1 month. I just have 1 month to cure it ! What should I do ? Dear lybrate-user, your problem is most likely a minor condition of the cartilage it the meniscus (shock absorber of the knee joint). Please consult an orthopaedician for a good clinical examination and x ray if needed. Most likely exercises can improve your problem and you should be able to get back to physical activity. Hypertension is asymptomatic (without symptoms) but in some cases symptoms are seen which are given below: * Headache * Vertigo * Lack of sleep * red eyes * Anger comes easily * Bodyache * Swelling occurs on below knee and foot Dear, To control or maintain BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily, running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Hello,Drink plenty of liquids and cut down her fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback.

I'm 21 years old. My ECG always shows first degree av block and left ventricular hypertrophy. But Echo cardiograph and TMT are normal. But many time heartbeats missing and I feel hard beats. This problem does two aur three time in a week. I'm also feeling weakness , vibrate feeling in hands many time. So kya ye gastric problem se bhi ho sakta hai. And kya ye serious hai.

Yes you are right, this can be gastric problem too. Good to know about normal reports of echo & tmt. Get your blood sugar tested. Eat less oily food with minimal salt which you must be aware about prevention of heart disease-diet is very important. Avoid bad fats like burgers and street food. Take good fats like a spoon of pure ghee/butter+ a katori of assorted nuts to give you good fats and proteins. Eat salads, seasonal vegetables and fruits but no juices. The fiber absorbs acid. No medicines to reduce acidity take home cooked food with ginger, garlic, ajwain, jeera, heeng. Every 2 hours take a warm beverage like green tea, warm water with honey and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, clear soups, diluted toned warm milk with anything added to it of your choice. Warm liquids wash away accumulated acid in stomach. Make eating right food at 21 a habit for life.

Salmon: omega-3 fatty acids are very important for your heart to function optimally. Normal vaginal delivery depends on many factors so wait till term but you hv increased quiet a lot of weight so just hv a check on your weight it should not increase by 1-2 kgs till term.

High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. High BP, High sugar, High cholesterol can present with number of symptoms and sometimes remains unidentified until you fall sick. It's too difficult to mention all the symptoms but the symptoms you mentioned can be of them. The only way to diagnose them properly is to get properly examined and investigated. Like Blood pressure check up, Blood Sugar and urine sugar Fasting and Post prandial and Lipid profile. Even if they come negative you cannot exclude them as you are having some symptoms. And my advise is to start preventive homeopathic medicine by proper consultation. Till then you can start taking Tonicard Homeopathic preparation by SBL.
