Recently I have got my complete body check-up and every thing is normal. Further I had the ECG, 2D ECO & TMT done in march16 and every thing was fine. Recently I have got my ECG done last month & have no issues. In view of this I have planned to visit Tirupati Balaji by climbing the steps. Need your help is it suggest able to go by walk or not. Hello Considering you had minor heart attack around 2 years back, you should avoid it. If you still want to climb stairs then you should climb them slowly and stopping regularly in between. Your cardiologist may prescribe nitrates medicines which will be helpful before climbing. You are advised to consult him.

Hello, Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels.

Add pinch of rock salt. Put all in mixie with some warm water. Pour in glass and drink completely. On 7 different ays, add an option of following. Tulsi / neem leaves / peepal leaf / raw mango leaf / sadaphuli leaves / pudina leaves. Stop eating bread, non-veg, alcohol, fried and packaged foods. Daily, after this, drink atleast 2 glasses of hot water. Walk for 30 mins to digest properly. Daily, eat your food slowly, chew it well. Drink 1 glass of butter milk /chaach daily BEFORE food. Do not eat heavy food before sleeping. Keep 60 to 90 mins time before dinner and sleep. Do this routne for alteast 4 weeks for lasting results. You will begin to see benefits within one week. You are suffering from indigestion and only proper eating habits and fresh green vegetables and fresh fruit can solve the problem. Medicines do not help much. Do inform how you improve. Regards.

You should go for a routine Echo test to know % functiong of heart and an ECG to know about fresh damage to heart + new test called troponin test done on a drop of blood taken from finger , if it is reactive ,it means fresh heart attack , ECG can show old heart attack changes plus may or may not show new changes .
