Hello, Take Schwabe’s Alpha-CF and Biocombination-11, both after every 2 hourly for 4 days. Management: -Sponging or bathing with tepid water. The use of a fan or air conditioning may somewhat reduce the temperature and increase comfort. If the temperature reaches the extremely high level of hyperpyrexia, aggressive cooling is required. -Take rest and drink plenty of fluids. -Take light, bland, properly cooked home-made healthy food only.

Night falls happen because your storage of semen is full. By way of night fall or you masterbate you empty space and new semen take its place. When you stop masterbating as space is occupied then night fall happens to create space for new semen to enter. It is normal phenomen. This does not cause any weakness. It is a myth that it does. Just remember your feet did not reduce in size as you are walking over them similarly it is the gland that is working andproducing this semen and its working is not under your control. It works on its own pace. So relax.

Rice - Busting Common Myths About It!

Rice - Busting Common Myths About It!

Rice though used as a staple in many parts of the world, is still one of the most controversial and misunderstood foods. There are a number of myths associated with this food and now’s time to debunk them. But let’s look at a few facts about rice first.

  • Rice contains high carbohydrate content. A cup of white rice contains 35gms of carbohydrates
  • A cup of white rice contains 165 calories
  • A cup of white rice contains 3-4 gms of proteins

Rice, like all other carbohydrates, ultimately gets broken down into glucose inside the GI track. And glucose is the ultimate source of energy for the human body. There are also two different types of rice, white rice and brown rice. The difference between the two, especially for our health, is substantial.

White rice has very little fibre but brown rice has more fibre and also more vitamins and minerals. Whereas, brown rice has substantial amounts of minerals, which are not present in white rice, such as

  • Phosphorous
  • Magnesium
  • Selenium
  • Manganese

Brown rice contains 3 gms of fibre while white rice has only 0.6 gm. This is a substantial difference too.

Busting Myths

  1. Myth - Rice Contains Gluten: The fact is that rice is gluten-free and it does not cause allergies that are associated with other grains. Gluten high foods are bad for diabetics and those trying to lose weight.
  2. Myth - Rice is fattening: Rice is, in fact, low in fats and is also cholesterol free. Because it contains carbohydrates, rice is a good source of energy.
  3. Myth - Rice has no protein: Protein is the second-most abundant nutrient found in rice. A cup of white rice contains 3-4 gm. of proteins, as a matter of fact. The quality of the rice protein is also very high compared to other grains.
  4. Myth - Rice has high amounts of salt: Rice contains low amounts of sodium.
  5. Myth - Eating rice for dinner makes one fat: High carb foods like rice should be eaten at night as they are metabolised into glucose, our energy stocks. The glucose in the blood is more readily converted into energy at night. Rice and other grains should be avoided during the day as the glucose more readily converts into fat.
  6. Myth - Rice is difficult to digest: Actually, the reverse is true. Enzymes secreted in the human digestive tract are especially good at digesting rice. White rice undergoes a processing system where the germ layers, bran and husk are all stripped off. By doing this, white rice loses much of the nutrition too.

The rice of choice for all of us, therefore, should be brown rice, compared to white rice. This way we shall be getting the carbs for energy and proteins, fibre, vitamins and minerals to stay healthy. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

Add one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. Mix in one tablespoon of honey. Drink this daily to prevent as well as treat migraines. If you are not used to taking apple cider vinegar, start by taking one teaspoon and gradually increase the amount. During migraine attacks or when you feel them coming on, you can take two or three tablespoons. Also take belladonna 30 - one dose when required for headache.

GERD is very controllable problem. I am amazed that you have been suffering with it and haven't received help from any corner. First of all, Rabprazole is for acidity and not for GERD. Infact for GERD - first we suggest three cardinal rules- 1. Do not take too much water with your food. 2. Don't overfill your stomach and try less food but at more frequency to meet your needs. Avoiding spicy and oily stuff as much as possible. 3. Most importantly, Never lie down immediately after taking anything to eat OR Drink! if you follow these rules and get relief then its great- if you don't then better medicines can be recommended!

Hello, excess of masturbation is definitely harmful for you and you are facing the problems because of it. It is necessary to know its side effects. These are as follows:-1. Masturbation makes you weak, it spends more energy and burns your calorie. 2. Masturbation creates nervousness and neurological problems 3. Masturbation is a main cause for erectile dysfunction. 4. Masturbation addicts you even if you taste it for one time. Controlling it is a very big menace. 5. Masturbation creates drowsiness; you will be sleeping most of the time after ejaculation of your sperm. You will experience a damn tired. 6. Masturbation causes stress and strain in your mind and soul. 7. Masturbation also affects us psychologically; it creates depression after ejaculation and makes one to feel bad on his own. ***take staphysagria 200, 5 drops once in a week.***

What precautions should I take during pregnancy to reduced to much acidity problem?

PDDM, MHA, MBBS

What precautions should I take during pregnancy to reduced to much acidity problem?
Here are some home remedies to cure acidity.  - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.  - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.  - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.  - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.  - Drink a glass of milk - everyday.  - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.  - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.  - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.  - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals.

Hi, These are the symptoms of typhoid:- poor appetite; abdominal pain; headaches; generalized aches and pains; fever, often up to 104 F; lethargy (usually only if untreated); intestinal bleeding or perforation (after two to three weeks of the disease); diarrhea or constipation. Now at this stage of fever First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging. If fever does not go after 5-6 days then go for CBC, Widal test, MP for malaria.
