Exercises To Improve Your Flexibility!

Stretching is very important for your well-being. Not only does it help you become more agile and flexible, it helps you become better at sports and also makes sure that you have fewer injuries when you are playing sports. Here are some exercises, which are guaranteed to make sure that your flexibility will improve:

1. The runner's stretch
In this stretch, put your right foot forward and then try to touch the floor with your fingertips. If your fingers do not reach the floor, place them as far down as possible. You have to then inhale, and go back to your starting position.

2. The standing side stretch
This stretch starts when you are standing straight upwards with your arms raised above your head and your fingers interlocked. When you breathe out you have to slowly bend your upper body to the right then return to the starting position. After you have reached the starting position, you inhale again and after you have inhaled, you have to stretch your upper body to the left.

3. The forward hang
In this stretch, your starting position is when you stand with your legs apart and then you lock your fingers together and place them behind your back. Once this is done, you breathe in. After breathing in, you have to exhale by bending forward and keeping your hands interlocked above your head. You have to hold this position for 5 seconds.

4. The low lunge arch
This stretch involves bringing your right leg as forward as possible and then lowering your left knee onto the floor. You then have to lock your hands together with your palms facing the floor and your hands in front of your body. You then have to inhale for the stretch. The stretch involves lifting your arms as far up as possible and then stretching as far back as possible keeping your legs in the position they were already in. Once you have finished this exercise, you have to do the exact same thing with the left leg in front. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Physiotherapist.

Hi lybrate-user Obesity or being overweight is due to metabolic imbalance in our body. You have fat deposit on tummy or belly this indicates that you may have insulin resistance. Hye. Thanks for the query. Like any too good to be true fat burner, this is another tall claim made. Most fat burners in my experience have majorly not worked. Most people take it as a “trial and error” product meaning that they only find out that most often it's not really effective after trying it. Keep in mind that i have not read any scientific evidence or testimonials. Additionally, customer reviews are largely negative. Most people claim to have experience little or no difference at all after using a fat burner. Like any fat burner there are chances of side effects due to either poor intake, no fat diet, low hydration etc. You are young. Give your body a chance to lose weight by natural and healthy ways.

Hello! small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. Aim for around 40-50g carbs and 20-30g protein. This stabilises your hormonal system to enable tissue regeneration and keeps blood sugar stable.

Hi. Want some observation .i am presently 8 weeks pregnant. I went for usg at 7 weeks 6 days. It shows live pregnancy in normal position. Fetal pole seen. Fhr 167 / min. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Does little alcohol intake daily your liver and immune system. Little alcohol 2 to 3 pegs a day or two beers a day.
Alcohol is devoid of any nutrients and provides empty calories only thus leading to quick weight gain. It also causes liver damage and reduces proper food intake. 1 peg of alcohol = 75-100 calories. Red wine is a better option as it has antioxidants. 1-2 pegs of red wine daily is preferable to any other form of alcohol.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user As per Ayurveda you can have fast during fever. Do not take food for 1 whole day. During that time just have little warm water. After fevere subside take light food. During fever if you take food than it will increase again, make ginger water and drink it. Take 1 litter of water, add 1 spoon of ginger powder. Boil it for 15 min. Remaining water just filter it and take this ginger water whole day. Fever will go within 24 hrs. Thanks.

Avoid nighttime snacks and snacking infront of TV. Divide 1 junk meal to several mini-­‐meal per day. Incorporate healthy protein to your meals Avoid high carb or empty calorie foods like fast food such as grilled, canned, cookies, candys and junk foods Never skip breakfast-­‐skipping breakfast will make you hungry later. Opt for healthy morning meal like high fiber cereal, low fat milk and fruit Include fiber to your diet –oatmeal, fruits and fiber rich vegetables. Sleep: If you are sleep deprived, your body over produces appetite stimulating hormones ghrelin and under produces hormone leptin which tells you when you are full. Drink at least eight 8 ounce glasses of water per day, also include herbal teas. Avoid carbonated drinks such as fizzy drinks. Reduce the levels of stress. Weigh yourself once a week and track your weight and maintain a proper food diary Juice of 1 green apple, 1 beet and 2 medium carrots daily.

You need to recheck your rct. Because sometimes tooth opening is packed with cotton and some cements. Formation of pus inside the toth undergoing rct raises the pressure inside the tooth and causes pain. You can visit a doctor nearby to make an opening in packed tooth. So that pus can be released.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water.  Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.
