Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

It can be due to faulty posture, related to weak muscles, issues with intervertebral disc, narrowing of spinal canal, any bony instability besides many other, so accurate diagnosis is the key to proper management of the condition. Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so there are 5 yrs. More left to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Vitamin d can be found in fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms commonly. 60% to 80% of your height is determined by genes! apart from these: -exercise throughout the teen years and in puberty. Get out and about and work your muscles for at least 30 minutes each day. Join a gym, join a sports team, if nothing else, walk around. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need replacement with removable or fixed (bridges & implants) type of teeth. Cost varies with dentist. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

I am a 40 years old male having Hypertension for the past 5 years I was taking Telma 40 morning and amlong 5 mg evening for the last three years a week ago my BP suddenly shot up to 190/100 I was feeling dizzy and my heart was pounding very fast this lasted for half and hour. The next day I got and ECTG and 2D Echo done which was normal but the TMT test showed positive for induced ischemia and my Total cholesterol was 237. On the Doctor's advice I got a coronary angiogram done which showed mild coronary artery disease but no blocks there was slight plaque build up in the arteries the doctor changed my medicine to cilamet xl 10/50 to be taken morning and evening and ecosprin av 20/75 to be taken in afternoon. It has been 5 days now that I am taking this medicine and I notice that after taking cilamet I veel dizzy and lightheaded for about 3 hours my BP also goes down to 95/55. Please let me know if I should reduce the strength of Cilamet or change the tablet.

I'M 20 years old n m in a relationship from past 1.5 years. My bf was nice to me. Did everything for me like it was a perfect fairytale story. He used to talk to me while day. Left all his friends. And drugs. But due to some reason 1.5 month back he asked me for some money which I failed to give him. N I don't know other reasons. He started ignoring me so badly. N in this 1 month I everyday tries to calm him n ask him about his behaviour. But he has only reply that he don't know y is he doing that. He takes me for granted every time and when he feels like he wants me then n there but whenever I ask the same he says y do you want me at that particular time only. N all such things. I probably have to wait for 2-3 days to talk to him perfectly. And then he starts his emotional drama and again goes back to the same. First of all you need to tackle your own self. You have to take a stand to protect yourself from immense hurt you are getting. Put yourself in a virtual chamber so that his drama, begging, pleading falls on your deaf ears. Be nice but not emotionally involved. Distance from him is best till you take control of your own emotions and be able to decide to continue with him or part ways. Donot feel depressed, be calm and confident and surely you will find the best way.

Hypoxia is a condition where you have more carbon di oxide in your blood than normal. Patient experiences breathing discomfort. However such a condition is not normally encountered in a person so young as you. Get your x-ray chest done and meet a physician. It could be something else.

Staining of teeth are due to oil and turmeric content of food. You cannot avoid staining. But you can minimize it by regular rinses after your meals.

Hello. Follow these steps:- 1. Firstly avoid too much spices in your diet. Eat simple food. Too much spices also disturb body. 2. Drink plenty of water. Try to keep body hydrated because water deficiency leads to unhealthy skin. Water deficiency also leads dry skin which lead to itching. 3. Use mild soap. Prefer milk or cream containing soap. 4. Apply good body lotion after bathing. You can apply coconut oil also. 5. Avoid scratching of body. 6. You can take bath with curd twice a week. Apply curd on body and let it for 10 mins. Then rinse off with plain water. Then apply body lotion. It will also give tou some relief. All these will help you. Good luck.

My mom is having a stress problem due to which she is unable to sleep properly at night.
She needs to talk to a counselor regarding the stress. In the meantime, she can do the following: In her case particularly, do not sleep during the day; don’t even lie down. Go for regular exercise (breathing through her nostrils only) at a fixed time (at about 6 am) every day, whether she sleeps or not. She must develop this habit of sleeping by 10 pm latest every night and wake up at a uniform time by 6 am every morning, even if she does not get sleep. If she does not get sleep, just let her lie down and if she has a bed lamp (or you could get her one) let her lie down and read something light but not exciting. Her eyes will tire and she will fall asleep. If she likes she may also put on the light and soft music with the sleep function on. Depending on whether she is a visual or auditory person, she may watch TV in a lying down position until she feels sleepy. Have a warm bath before going to bed (for some people a cold bath at night seems to induce sleep! If she is one of them, please do so). Place the head side of her bed in a North-South position. The room must be as dark as possible and there should be no electronic items that give off even a light LED glow. There must be ample ventilation in the room. Avoid strong odors, except lavender, on her body or in the room, or on her sheets and clothes. There should not be any live plants in her bedroom. Sleep with the lightest of clothes or without any clothing. When lying down to sleep, lie down on her left ear as much as possible. Do not sleep directly under an overhead fan. She must eat a good breakfast, a fairly light lunch, and an early dinner, which should be a very light meal. Whatever she eats in the other meals, have only a pure carbohydrate meal at night with any vegetables, and preferably before 8 pm. Do not drink too much liquids after or near about dinner time. When lying down to sleep she may use the 4-7-8 breathing pattern of sleep inducement i. E. Breathe in for four counts through your nostril only, hold for 7 counts, and exhale with a whoosh sound, through your mouth only, for 8 counts. Repeat this four times in the morning and just before she sleeps at night. If she knows Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT (check this out either on YouTube or Google), then please practice this too for sleep induction. Self-hypnosis and slow relaxation techniques, at night will be tremendously useful. Acupuncture or acupressure will both be very useful too. Pray last thing at night before she sleeps.

If this is your first time leaving it is absolutely normal to miss your home town and feel lonely. I am sure you might have strong reason to accept this job and move. If you focus on those positive factors due to which you are here it might help you release the stress. Along with it I would also suggest you to take active steps to meet new people and visit new places as a tourist. This will tremendous help you reduce your stress. If yoh are not engaged in regular exercise you may join a gym or runners or bikers club etc. This will expose you to more people on a daily basis thus provide more opportunities to find some friends. Listening to good music also help reduce stress so you may try the same as well. Once I understand the exact block would be able to suggest more specific action for you to work on. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium tcan worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. Take 6-8hrs. of sound sleep everyday. Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.
