Hi lybrate-user, thank you for your question. Once in a while, these kinds of symptoms may be seen in normal people for a few days, particularly of there is a disturbing event. But if this is continuing for long, it could be a sign of depression. In order to clarify things, I think few blood tests as well as physical evaluation will be needed. Please get a thyroid profile, complete hemogram, vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels done. It may be a good idea to see a mental health expert along with these reports. In any case, it seems that the problem can be easily treated and there is nothing really to be worried about. Get some physical exercise going and make sure to eat healthy and on time, drink lot of water and sleep properly. Yoga and meditation can be of additional help. Take care!

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.

Hye, thankyou for your query. Feeling energetic every day can dramatically improve your quality of life. Feeling more energetic every day is a goal you can fulfill by incorporating changes in diet, exercise and lifestyle. 1. Avoid processed foods. Wholesome foods are a better choice than processed foods because they contain more nutrition and healthy vitamins. Wholesome foods—which are rich in nutrients include raw or cooked fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, unsalted nuts, lean meats, fresh fish or shellfish, eggs, low-fat milk, plain yogurt, and low-fat cheese. 2. Maintain a balanced diet. Keep in mind the importance of wholesome foods and make sure your diet is well-balanced. A balanced diet will promote optimum nutrition and help you feel more energetic every day. Let wholesome fruits and vegetables make up half your diet. Eat the amount of grains that corresponds to your age, sex, and level of activity. 3. Be careful not to overeat. While it is important to ensure you are eating a balanced diet of wholesome foods, it is also important to control your portions when you eat. Overeating makes your feel tired and listless. Dear lybrate-user, the swelling in your tooth is due to accumulation of infectious material (pus). Most likely, it will require a root canal treatment. The peice of bone, as told to you by your doctor seems unlikely.

I am totally against of muscle building. But I suggest you to maintain a healthy diet which should help you to be a strong person from inside. You have to take a high protein (veg & non-veg sources), high calorie (wheat product, fruits) based balanced diet.

In November 1, 2014 I was suffering from fever of 102 degrees for 2 days and I was diagnosed for Viral Fever and a test for ERS was conducted and found 77 ml and I was advised to take HCQS 400 tablets daily one tablet in the night after food. In Feb 2015 again I has tested for ERS and Found to be 55ml and Doctor Advised me to continue the same tablet and take a test for ERS in March 2015 and Today ERS test has been done and the result is 33ml. Now also doctor told me to continue for one more month the same tablet. Please let me know whether continuing for some more time is it advisable.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

I take two roti in breakfast at 8.30 am, then I take meal (Rice) at 2.30 to 3.00 pm, then in evening I take a cup of tea with biscuit or without biscuit, then I take my dinner (Rice) at 10 to 10.30 pm. if you feel enough that diet for reducing weight then follow it regularly or you can try following diet chart to reduce weight for four week. Week 1 8:00 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of methi seeds water ( soak 1tsp of methi seeds in 2 glasses of water. Strain out the methi seeds and drink the water. Helps a lot in water retention and bloating) 5 soaked almonds with the skin. 1 kali mirch u don’t have to chew it just swallow it down. 9:00 am – 1 toast (brown bread) with amul lite butter / hung curd dressing/ salad and chutney 11:30 am – one fruit of your wish 1:30 pm – A small plate of salad before starting the meal. The fibers in the salad fills u up which in turn prevents false hunger that makes u overeat.1 bran chappati (mix wheat flour and wheat bran in equal proportions.) with 1 bowl ( normal sized katori ) of dal.
