Hello Doctors! I am 24 years old boy. My weight is 88 kg and my hight is 5: 10.I want to loose 8 kg in three months. In my breakfast I take 3 chapaties with dal and one glass of sweet lemon juice. And in lunch I take 3 chapaties with vegetable and small bowl of salad and dahi. I start drinking 9 glass of water daily. And go gym daily for one hour. I skip dinner.
