tab dolo sos when temp. Is high, and get few test done like cbc, complete urine exam. Platelet count, mp slide for malaria and widal test. Back with report. Thank you

Hello, This may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. kindly consult Physician for further management

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be migraine headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis Consult physician for further management

5 Foods That Are Beneficial for Athletes

Instead of spending a lump sum amount on supplements that are marketed for athletes and fitness fanatics, you can just make a few changes to your diet and add these 5 super foods mentioned below to your daily dietary plan to increase your endurance and power. Eating whole foods rather than manufactured and processed food is recommended in this regard. Doctor, Currently I have a sleeping problem. I can't sleep peacefully. Past couple of days I can't sleep only. Even though I am tired. Reason for not able to fall sleep though you are tired will be due to some anxiety or some disturbing thoughts which are causing this problem. so the best remedy will be leaving all the thoughts and having some peace of mind. to achieve that you should practice Meditation. you have to learn the technique from some yoga teache. divert your mind to more peaceful and agreable things. develop a philosophical attitude. next is you need to have physical activity like morning walk or a session of yoga. doing household work doesnot come under this activity, so necessarily you have to go morning walk and walk a distance of minimum 6 kms every day. evening practice Pranayama which gives some mental stability. along with that learn the technique of Bhraamari which will induce restful sleep. Do not try to depend on medicines, as the sleep given by will not have the quantity and quality of the natural sleep. Next is do not watch tv and do not look at the mobile atleast two hours before going to bed. use the bedroom/bed only for sleep. donot lie down on the bed during day, do not watch tv etc., lying in the bed. make the bed room completely dark and silent. its easily said than done because i do not know your family environment, so for some reason if you are not able to make the room dark, cover your eyes with a cloth or use eye blinds available in the market. after lying down you can continuously do the japa of your favourite God. before going to bed take a glass of warm milk, which will help you in getting good sleep. try these things you will definetely get good sleep over a period of time. Apart from taking symptomatic treatment take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through a crescent steam inhaler, eight hourly and few tips for preventing it- avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly.

Your red eye and head ache may be due to vision problem. Get your eyes tested. Wear glasses as prescribed by eye specialist. Continuously reading small print without proper light should be avoided. Yes get ecg done plus other basic tests like echo, stress test, blood test for sugar and lipids. If silent heart attack is feared, get specific test troponin from a drop of blood from finger. Tell her not to take tensions as more than bad fats or smoking, tension leads to heart attack.
