Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are actually many causes of pain around the ankle region, so it could be due to due to some injury, inflammation, infection etc. First priority is to keep your sugar levels within normal values by regular intake of medications. I will advise you on certain blood investigations which you should do empty stomach and send me the reports: cbc, esr, crp, serum uric acid, serum electrolytes, serum vitamin d & b12 levels done. Standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

I am a 25 years old male. I'm working in it company. Often i've affected by neck pain due to that, headache problem also arise. I thought, it is because of irregular head position during sleep. Please give your advice.

Working late hrs--using laptop-mobile can cause neckpain, headache. Avoid it. Take tab thiospas a 4mg two/day. Use medium size pillow. Do neck and back exercise regularly.

Ok tk diet plans for reduce weight and for back pain. Avoid exercise and strain full activity like long sitting avoid heavy weight toward bending. Do physiotherapy treatment and rest after relief do stretching exercise of spine.

I am sufring from pain in knee, foot joints , foot finger and legs, all test has been done like ,urik acid, athroitis, thyrod etc. But all are negative, Dr. Said it is fibromalgiya and taking medicine Nugaba 75mg two time in a day for first 3 Month but did not give me any releife after that ather neurologist changed medicine Gabapin 100mg three time and taking from last 2 months but not feeling releif very much, Please guide me what i will do?

Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.
