I won't recommend you to take steroids at all. It may lead to disastrous side effects. Go for healthy foods and natural supplements. There are many hearbal extracts in our ayurveda which are equally good for body building.

Dear lybrate user, I can imagine, how frustrating it must be for you. You need to find out what is causing this intense anxiety because of which you are unable to sleep, in spite of the fact that you are very tired. If you are deprived of sleep like this, if will be very harmful for you. I suggest, you to speak to a counsellor about your anxiety and depressive thoughts. The counselling process will help you to calm your mind and then you will be refreshed.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Since you have gained weight recently and is also young you can easily lose the weight gained. Weight loss should be sustainable you need to what to eat how much to eat and when to eat. GAd65 antibody test is Useful For Assessing susceptibility to autoimmune (type 1, insulin-dependent) diabetes mellitus and related endocrine disorders (eg, thyroiditis and pernicious anemia). Titers generally < or =0.02 nmol/L. A second islet cell antibody (IA-2) is more predictive for development of type 1 diabetes, but less frequent than glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD65) antibody amongst diabetic patients. Insulin autoantibodies also serve as a marker of susceptibility to type 1 diabetes.

In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) (see image in google) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and gulp it after that. Drink your water sip by sip instead of drinking it in speed, this process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your health issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at ph7 condition (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but neutral). The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach to make stomach in neutral. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly each time you consume water. This will not just help you in attaining a proper health but will keep you away from other health and weakness problems, which comes from the acids produced in stomach. In ayurveda it is said to through this formula you can live for 100 years without disease or stress. You should also eat your all meals sitting in sukhasana (check image in google)

Your weight should be 54 kg as per your height. In order to gain weight, here are some tips- 1. Have small meals which are low in volume but high in nutrient & calorie density at regular intervals (every 2-3 hrs). Ex- aloo- paratha, bread with jam/peanut butter, almond milkshake, mango juice, til ladoo, peanut chikki, cheese-omlette, hilsa/pomfret, chicken, atta-maida roti with ghee, rice with ghee, thick creamy soup, paneer/soyabean cutlet. 2. Drink 2-3 litres water daily. Avoid drinking water just before/ along with the meal. Keep 1/2-1 hr gap 3. Practice resistance exercises in gym for building lean body mass.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. You can help yourself by resorting to herbal'vrushya' and'brunghanadi' combos. Cows milk esp desi if you get, chhachh, butter, ghee made of it is best which will help grow muscles and not fats given your workouts. Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
