1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 7.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 8. Avoid late night. 9 Don’t take sleeping pill 1o If no relief consult doctor 11. Consult me for further advice

Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you won't grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

for cavities pastes do not help but avoidance of food [rice particle to chocolate] helps, but does not cure. U require fillings to RCTs depending on the severity / depth opf the cavity.

The main aim is to reduce the calorie intake, increase the metabolism and burn fats with muscle toning will sure induce steady weight loss which is effecting in long run. According to Ayurveda it is important to do following things to assure that you reduce weight: 1. Exercises daily. Stretching, Yoga and aerobics will be helpful. Do the abdominal exercises like Cruches, side cruches on regular basis. 2. Do not sleep in day time it causes increase in weight 3. High carb food like rice, sweets, cakes, chocolates, creams, biscuits should be avoided. Wheat chapati, roti, phulka are preferable with sabji. 4. Running should be done at least for 30 min daily. 5. Try not to sit at a place for long time. 6. Avoid sweet juices, pizzas,fries, cheese, butter in your diet. 7. Avoid oily, spicy, salty food to ensure steady weight loss 8. Indulge in activities like swimming, Badminton, football as they help to increase your metabolism. 9. Notice your calorie intake and adjust it according to burn fat (help of a dietitian may be required) 10. Dont have curd, banana, chiku, cold food, junk food at all. 11. You need to be realistic and analyse why you are getting irritated. Accept your short tempered nature and slowly work towards improving your nature. Get yourself checked for hypertension and diabetes. Become active and focus on your work and hobbies, which will give you confidence to overcome your shortcomings. Daily exercise (yoga, pranayam, meditation) can bring wonderful results in no time. Stop being a perfectionist and accept your errors and also of others with humbleness. Bring in humour in life.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. The size of an average erect penis is 4 inches. In that sense your penis length is average. To assure you, even a two inch penis can satisfy any woman across the globe. You can try increase the length of penis by applying oil massage length wise. Try doing pelvic strengthening exercise. 1. Retrain your mind and body for sleep. If you can’t sleep, then get up and do something instead of lying there worrying. It’s the worry that gets you, not the lack of sleep. When we lie sleeplessly in bed our brain begins to associate bed with sleeplessness. Stimulus control therapy works to retrain your brain how to sleep. There are some guidelines you can follow on your own that can really help in this area. First, avoid using your bed for anything (ok almost anything!) except sleep. Secondly, if you are in bed awake for more than 20 minutes, get up and sit in a chair outside of the sleeping area and participate in a non-activating activity in low light. For example reading, crafting, or implementing a relaxation exercises. Try not to use anything with a screen. Sleep Hygiene can also contribute to training your body to sleep. One healthy step towards this is to develop a nighttime ritual. Having a cup of tea (decaffeinated), taking a warm shower, stretching, changing into specific pajamas before bed can all help send messages to your brain that it is time to go to sleep. 2. Manage your stress and worry. Stress and anxiety can create substantial barriers to sleep. Some tools that you can use during your day and near bedtime to reduce worry and stress are breathing exercises and muscle relaxation exercises. Both of these tools can help to reduce stress and induce relaxation which will help you prepare your body and mind to rest. Worry time: Pick a scheduled time to worry and write your worries down. If you think of something during the rest of the day, tell yourself you will worry about that during your “worry time.” If you must, take a minute to write down your worry at that time. Lastly, don’t look at the clock while sleeping! This can lead to increased pressure and worry about sleeping. I have had clients that go so far as to put the clock in another part of the room or put tape over the screen to avoid temptation. 3. Daily Activities and next steps What you do during the day does affect the quality of your sleep. There is plenty of evidence that supports the fact that exercising during the day can help you sleep better. Also, napping during the day can negatively affect your nighttime sleep. Exercise is the only way to re leave pressure over lower back. Exercise should include moderate walk and leg raising exercises by lying on back. Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight as it increases the pressure over back causing more problem. Consult privately for any other query.

To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve body fat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. I can also suggest home remedies.

Avoid tea/coffee alcohol, smoking spicy food. Life style changes and food habbits can solve your problem easily. Chew your food properly. Avoid outside food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Consult privately.
