If its front tooth than ceramic or zirconia is the best option. If its back tooth and not visible you can go for metal or ceramic. Cost depends on location. But reasonable prices may vary place to place. Zirconia- 8000 starting ceramic-3500 onwards metal 2000 onwards.

Hello Lybrate user, coffee or tea are also important reason for such stain in fact green tea also causes staining of our teeth. I would suggest you to visit a dentist and go for scaling i.e cleaning of teeth surface once and from now onwards whenever you have these drinks or any colored drinks try to swiss and rinse. Hope this helps.

Hi lybrate-user. The water ie saliva is produced by 3 pairs of salivary glands in the mouth obviously one of them is overactive. A consultation with a dentist and a few tests which will nail the cause of your problem which can be treated.

The psychodynamic explanation of the dentist–patient relationship
From a psychodynamic viewpoint dental healthcare is a 2-person endeavour. It is the dentist working with the patient and the patient being able to accept (use) the work (treatment) offered and provided by the dentist. It acknowledges that there is a uniqueness in the interaction for both dentist and patient while accepting the potential for inequalities within the interaction. Nevertheless it requires the health professional to remain flexible, to be able, as the need arises, to make adjustments in treatment plans thereby maximising status equality while minimising the potential for disruptions within the relationship. Benefits exist for the dental health professional when the equality between themselves and their patients is maintained. These include improved time and behavioural management skills, increased awareness of their patients' concerns and anxieties, the ability to readjust treatment plans and to provide patient-centred care

It is always better to visit a general dentist first to get an impartial view about your problems and prescribe a best suited treatment for you.

If the greyish patch on your cheek is at initial stage, quiting the smoking habit will regress it. Visit the dentist for cleaning of your teeth and follow the instructions given by them.
