I have hair problem. I want to do something to cover my head so please prevent the hair loss?
Follow the tips for 1 month they will help u.:: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

Tab. Kerablak once daily for 3 months. Increase protein diet. Green leafy vegetables. Avoid smoking. Test- hemoglobin, t3 t4 tsh.

How to stay energetic whole day? As I am doing sitting job? What should suitable delight.

To get a healthy body do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Eat more whole fruits, vegetables. Take yogurt, dates. Eat protein rich foods like fish like tuna, egg, cottage cheese, lean meat, peanut, soy products etc. Use good fats like fish oil, olive oil, refined vegetable oil, flax seed, pumpkin seed, almond, walnut etc. Eta whole wheat, whole grain, oats bran, brown bread, brown rice etc, drink lots of water. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Proper rest and stress free life.

Breast size correlates to body type. Thin people will have small breasts. Hormonal problems are rarely a cause of this. There is no way to change the size without surgery if there is no hormonal problem.

I am 21 years old. I had hernia surgery 15 days back. It was without mesh ,the surgeon preferred to stitch that area instead of using mesh. I want to know is that ok and when could I go back to gym for workout. I do not lift much I lift max 40lbs and average 25lbs. Please give me suggestions.

3 healthy unhealthy dietary habits

With the vast amount of available information, ranging from age-old wisdom to health magazines and health sites, most people are prone to misinformation when it comes to what to eat and what to avoid.

From drinking copious amounts of water to eating a light lunch, it is the time that these commonly known health tips are debunked.

These 3 habits that may seem healthy on the surface but are actually harming you!

1) Drinking large amounts of water

It is advisable to drink a healthy dose of water each day, but you should drink water only when you feel thirsty and not otherwise. If you drink water beyond your level of thirst, it can lead to excess water intake. This excessive intake can be the cause of conditions like obesity, skin and digestive problems among other health conditions. An average person consumes 8 glasses of water each day. But you are advised to drink that much, only if you are thirsty enough. It is also recommended not to drink cold water or ice-cold drinks.

2) Eating uncooked foods

It is essential to preserve the nutrients of the ingredients you eat, but it is equally important to make them digestible. Cooking involves subjecting the ingredients to heat, which helps to remove and kill certain impurities and bacteria in them. Cooked foods are easily broken down, and hence, digested with ease. Some vegetables and foods are even more beneficial when lightly cooked. Vegetables like Brussel sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, and kale should not be consumed raw.

3) Eating a light lunch

The ideology behind eating a light lunch may be to keep your weight in check and to stay healthy, but if the food you're having is not nutritious, it can still cause you to gain weight. Some food joints even offer a lunch menu of light proportions while the dinner menu may be packed with heavy amounts of food. This is wrong. It is advisable that people have larger proportions of food in their lunch while dinner should be meager as your digestion slows down as the day progresses.

In depression, you need to see a psychiatrist to start medication. Alternate sciences also treat depression. You can choose which route you want to take. Depressive patients sometimes feel suicidal also because they can't see any hope and they blame themselves for many things going wrong. Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. Its a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad veggies like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you.

This is some small holes in my face and it doesn't look good so what is the cure of it.
With age, your skin loses its firmness and elasticity slowly leaving open pores which look very upsetting especially upfront. It's very important not to use any form of products available in the market for this on your face. Instead what you can do is use an oatmeal scrub which you can prepare at home using some oat flakes n honey. This vil help reduce the pores and moisturise your skin. Do this twice daily and a month later you can top up this method with some medication which vil bring significant changes.

Berberis vulgaris q. Chelidonium q take 10 drop of each at interval of 1 hour. Calcrea picreta 200 one drop twice daily for one month. Report in 5 days.

What is role of Salmon OMEGA 3 in general health of a woman suffering from diabetes.
It provides some help in controlling cholesterol levels and keep the blood vessels healthy. It has miniscule benefit compared to prescription medicines. You can eat the actual salmon if you wish which is best but it is not available in most places in India that is the problem. The dose that gives any form of benefit is 2.4 gm/day which means several tablets in a day. If your doctor is giving any less than that, then it is a waste of money.

Can I have tea with jaggery instead of sugar?

No, you are a diabetic. Jaggery also contained sucrose about 50%. Why are you feeling bad to give up sweet in the tea. Those who are real admirer of tea do not add sugar into it. To prevent complications of diabetes you need to control your blood sugar strictly. Your participation is very important for your treatment to be effective. You should do exercise, aerobics like brisk walking. Shed off extra kilograms, you are overweight, bring it down to 70 kg, that is your target weight. Your food - you should stop sweet, sugar, sweet drinks, ice creams, potato, oily and fried food totally. No to artificial sweeteners also. Take high fibre diet, veges. Reduce fat containing foods to minimum. Normal protein - if you are non-vegetarian, no read meat, occasionally chicken, fish is good for you otherwise, if vegetarian, milk, soybeans, beans, nuts, pulse and legumes, green leafy vegetables contains more protein. Butter, cheese are bad for you as it contains high fat. So, start from the moment you read it. You can ask question in my private question part.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.
