I am 25 years old female. I am married and I have a child of 2 yrs. My weight is 80 KGS and my height is 5.6 .I have thyroid problem during pregnancy and I am using medicine for it now also. I am a student and homemaker at present. I want lose my weight seriously at least 10 KGS. Please suggest me diet for it. I just go for a walk for 45 minutes daily. Pls help me out.

Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea ( sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits ( avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.

For cold take tablet cetrizine at night and to increase your immunity take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Hi, There are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently. My hands/fingers started vibrating suddenly and there is also little weakness in my foot since 3 to 4 days before this I had a little food problem I was not taking it properly due to gas problem. What is the solution? Please help me.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 10 gm of jiggery after meals. B) take 2 tablets of vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with 1 tsf of honey…. C) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda)…… do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective. Consult to me for further suggestion. THANKS.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (BMI) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet,reduced assimilation from intestine, illness,metabolism ,genetics etc . Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes,eggs,fish,lean meat),vegetables and fruits,drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise . A homoeopathic constitutional treatment will definitely help you a lot.

Warm milk is good for sleep. As for depression, The word depressed is a common everyday word. People might say" i'm depressed" when in fact they mean" i'm fed up because i've had a row, or failed an exam, or lost my job" etc. These ups and downs of life are common and normal. Most people recover quite quickly. With true depression, you have a low mood and other symptoms each day for at least two weeks The common symptoms are (few might be present in a person with depression) Feelings of sadness, tearfulness, emptiness or hopelessness Angry outbursts, irritability or frustration, even over small matters Loss of interest or pleasure in most or all normal activities, such as sex, hobbies or sports Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or sleeping too much Tiredness and lack of energy, so even small tasks take extra effort Changes in appetite — often reduced appetite and weight loss, but increased cravings for food and weight gain in some people Anxiety, agitation or restlessness Slowed thinking, speaking or body movements Feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or blaming yourself for things that aren't your responsibility Trouble thinking, concentrating, making decisions and remembering things Frequent or recurrent thoughts of death, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts or suicide Unexplained physical problems, such as back pain or headaches consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated.

Forgetting past matters it is good attitude. But why do you think about that status before sleep. Do not think past matters. What is happend over. Do not think again before taking food. Every personality different from person to person. Some one different nature. It is ok. There is no rule we should be like this. As per your nature you are going like that. You get tension free life. When you have good attitude. Do not think about past incidents. Do not remember past things. Feel always comfortable. Every one cheated me it is a feeling. That no one can not cheat to you. If you have good attitude. You are thinking alone yourself that may cause this type of problems. You are suffering from inferiority complex. Better to come from this status. Better to make a good friendly relations with others. Better to make a very good best friends better to express your personal feelings and problems to them. They will help to you directly or indirectly. It is good for your mental health. Be sociable and be friendly. Think always in a positive aspects. Ok best of luck.

You may be having hematuria due to cystitis/Pyelonephritis/ UTI. Do urine Re/Me/Culture sensitivity test and USG KUB after consulting Nephrologist. Drink plenty of water
