I have hair loss problem since 3 years please give me advice to stop it. And growth of new hair treatment as any.

Premature loss of hair is caused by stress (at home or outside) un-nutritious diet and lack of exercise. Your diet must include fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age. Pls request for meds to stop hair loss.

You should be able to distinguish between disappointment and depression. Disappointment also brings on symptoms identical to depression but they are short lived. Knee pain is characterized by a feeling of pain in the knee joint caused by injury or overuse. The knee joint consists of small bone structures, the kneecap, supporting ligaments and cartilage of the knee. This joint bears the full weight of the body, which makes it very vulnerable to injury.

Causes of knee pain

Knee pain is usually caused by injuries to the knee such as exposure to a direct force on the knee, abnormal twisting of the knee or falling on your knees. Some causes of knee pain are -

  • Knee strains and sprainsOverworking the knee joints can damage the tissues of the knee joint resulting in knee sprains and strains
  • Osteoarthritis - it is condition where the protective cartilage around the kneecap is damaged, resulting in knee pain
  • Bursitis - Excessive movement of the knee or kneeling down for extended periods can irritate the bursa (a fluid sac below the skin above the knee joint) that causes swelling and pain, thereby giving rise to this condition
  • Gout - This condition is characterized by the accumulation of uric acid in crystal form around the knee joint, causing inflammation and pain
  • Tendon disorders - Tendons connect the muscles to the bones, and overworking the knee can cause the tendons around the knee to become sore and painful
  • Kneecap dislocationInjuries may cause the kneecap to shift out of its position, this causes swelling and pain in the knee joint

Symptoms of knee pain

Severe knee pain can restrict movements such as walking or standing. The symptoms vary according to the extent of the damage suffered by the knee. Most common symptoms of knee pain are problems in climbing stairs, inability to extend the knees, limping and swelling of the knee joint. Nicles you are having cavities . having blood in mouth in morning shows poor oral hygiene . The best way to get rid cavities is filling of cavities regular rinse with Mouthwashes (listerine )after meals . you have to visit dental surgeon ,for filling .and ensure your teeth stay healthy.

Have Pleasant Meals: Meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore,research conducted by Professors Brian Wansink and Koert van Ittersum at Cornell University suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

I'm 27 old married woman. I had my periods on Oct 26. Then it got delayed so I did blood test on Dec 12 for pregnancy which came negative. Later it started light bleeding on Dec 31. It continues for more than 15 days. So I visited doctor, she gave tablet to stop bleeding. It worked only 2 days. Then again I got bleeding. Feb 1st onwards I got heavy bleeding which is more than periods without cramps at all. Please suggest me permanent solution for my problem and we're trying to get baby more than baby because of this problem that also failed.

Immediately get Nagkeshar powder, Prawal pishti and Shubhra bhasm ayurvedic medicines (powders) from local ayurvedic store. Mix in 50 gm +10 gm + 5 gm ratio. Take 1 tsf with honey or water every 8 hrs (3 times a day). Bleeding will stop. But continue for 4-5 days minimum. After that pl report for more comprehensive treatment.

Yes it is safer to take. Bleeding does not happen all the time with i-pill. Occasionally it can get disturbed.

Yes, Persons with normal ECG, Blood pressure and Cholesterol can have heart problem. Other tests should be done to rule out heart disease if there is: 1. Shortness of breath : Breathlessness or shortness of breath is commonly encountered in patients with heart disease or heart failure. It is also a warning sign of heart attack. Breathing difficulty while exercising or any other physical exertion may indicate a problem with the heart valves. But it can also be due to inflammation and weakening of the heart muscle (cardiomyopathy) which results in improper contraction. 2. Chest pain: Chest pain (angina) is a classic symptom of heart attack and coronary artery disease (CAD). In some cases, chest pain is associated with inflammation of the tissue covering the heart (pericardium). The type and duration of chest pain is also indicative of the underlying heart disease. Pain may be described as short-term, constant, stabbing or sharp. It can last for a few seconds or for hours together. 3. Swelling of feet: Swelling in the feet and ankles is seen in people with congestive heart failure where the blood pumping capacity of the heart reduces. This affects the kidneys which respond by retaining more fluid in body. The fluid then accumulates in the feet and other parts of the body. 4. Cold sweat: A person who is likely to get a heart attack sooner may start sweating profusely without any physical exertion. Heart failure results in over-activation of the sympathetic nervous system that causes sweating. 5. Tiredness or fatigue: Symptoms of heart disease also vary in men and women. One of the common symptoms of heart failure and heart attack in women is unexplained overall weakness and fatigue. Fatigue is also common in the elderly population or people with diabetes who suffer from heart disease. 6. Irregular pulse rate/palpitations: Strong heart beat or rapid pulse rate is a common complaint of people visiting a cardiologist. Most of the times, palpitations do not result from a heart abnormality but could indicate a heart problem when associated with other symptoms like shortness of breath, weakness and sweating. 7. Pain in the limbs: Apart from chest pain, some people may experience intermittent or constant pain in the shoulder that extends to the entire arm and even the back. 8. Loss of consciousness: Sudden unconsciousness (syncope) is an emergency that requires immediate medical attention. In several cases it is a sign that leads to diagnosis of heart disease.

I am 43 years old and have knee pain. I get tired after doing 2/ 3 exercises. I am very pruned to fatigue and get sleepy after doing little work. My hemoglobin levels are also low. Please suggest daily diet for the same. Thanks.

just, have Wheat Grass powder one spoon daily mix in 200 ml Lukewarm water in morning at 7 am for six month empty stomach. after taking this have breakfast at 8 am lunch at 2 pm dinner at 8 pm. your haemoglobin level will increase by this , no fatigue,etc etc
