Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

1.Do massage of legs with seasme oil daily..followed by bath with luke warm water. 2. Take 1tsf ashwgandha churna daily with milk. 3. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

Hello Doctor! My age is 32 . I was detected with spondylitis spondylitis in June 2016. I did a CT Scan of Cervical Spine . The report says 1) No Focal area of altered attenuation in the supra or infratentorial parenchyma 2) Ventricles .cisterns and sulci are unremarkable 3) No middle shift is seen 4) Visualized skull base appear normal 5) Screening through cervical spine - Diffuse posterior bulge of C3-4 to C6-7 discs indenting anterior subarachnoid space. Conclusion No significant parenchyma abnormality is seen. Multislice plain CT Brain Screening of Cervical Spine was performed on MDCT scanner. I also have BP problem and fatty liver grade 1 .From past 10 days I am having pain in my back neck which is passing to front shoulder and left side chest also and I am getting pain in my left side head also . I took some painkillers nothing worked What is the exact problem with me .I did some massage and hot water fermentation for 4 days I felt better only for some time but pain is still there My Orthopedic Dr. asked me to take tablet flexura d for 10 days .I took for 2 days but no benefit . The moment I take more medicines I feel discomfort in my right side below chest area where liver is present . Antacid tablets alos do not suit me. Is my problem curable or will I have this pain life long . I did my liver test that’s normal my chest x-ray is also normal. should I do upper chest sonography to figure out why is there a pain is there some nerve problem or other issue. should I also go for Spine MRI as I am really fed up of the pain .I hope I do not have any Heart problem .Pls Help me .Please reply asap.

Sir/mam when I stand in attention position then both my knees are touching tightly to each other but if tried then I can also touch ankles .but generally in attention position both knees are touching tightly with slight gap between both ankles of around 2 to 3 cm gap. Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

In case you do not notice or treat the injuries, they can turn out to be deeply infected and might need operation / amputation. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy can likewise bring about a sharp pain in your feet. You may turn out to be extremely sensitive to the lightest touch, like the sheets on your bed. 

Here are a few precautions you should take in order to avoid foot pain during diabetes: 

  1. Check both feet every day: Look over both feet precisely every day and make certain you check between the all of your toes. Blisters and infections can begin between your toes, and with diabetic neuropathy, you may not feel them until they have become aggravated or infected. In case a physical test keeps you from checking your own particular feet, request that a family member or a relative help. 
  2. Wash with lukewarm water: Wash both of your feet every day with warm - not hot - water. You will most likely be unable to feel the heat with your feet, so test the water with your hands first. Do not absorb water for too long since waterlogged wounds have a harder time recovering. Dry your feet immediately, and remember to dry them softly especially between your toes. 
  3. Ensure your shoes fit well: Even the smallest rubbing or misfit shoe can bring about blisters that transform into a sore and have to be removed since it never heals. 
  4. Do not walk barefoot: Never walk barefoot. Wear shoes or footwear. Continuously wear socks with your shoes, since calfskin, plastics, and synthetic shoe materials can bother your skin and rapidly bring on blisters. 
  5. Stay soft, yet dry: Your skin might be dry and teary due to the high glucose levels and split skin means it is very easy for the bacteria to get under your skin. This makes it harder for the infection to heal. Use a little skin salve every day. Also make certain your feet feel dry, not soggy or sticky, a while later. Make an effort not to get the cream in the middle of your toes. 
  6. Attempt light exercise: Swimming, cycling, yoga are good exercises, with negligible effect on your feet. Speak with your specialist before beginning an activity or a program. 
  7. Control your glucose: The best counteractive action for foot pain, eventually, is to deal with your diabetes well under control. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can ask a free question.

Your symptoms do suggest early signs of arthritis, but no need to worry its prigress can be delayed. You need to do regular exercises specially static qaudriceps, hamstrings, regular walking. Do not gain weight and if you are obese you need to lose weight.

Hello, I am vandit Jain, 21 year, man. I was having pain in my lower back, that sometimes extended to my hip and thigh. It became very tough for me to sit for long hours. I also started to feel weakness. I undergone x-ray of LS spine and thoracic spine. They were normal. I took taxclav 200, dolonex dt, Dilona forte, rantac d and bcosule. Due to these medicines pain reduced but was still there. Now I have undergone MRI scan and it reveled that I have loss of lumber lordosis due to muscle spasm. What should I do. Which doctor to consult. Ortho, physio etc?

The condition occurs due to lack of lumbo pelvic rhythm that is imbalance in the muscle strength & length around lumbar and pelvic region. Loss of spinal lordosis occurs due to posterior pelvic tilt i.e. tight abdominals and hamstrings + gluts. Your problem can be cured ,Consult expert physio. I would not suggest you any medicine as muscular spasm will come back when you will discontinue the medicine. We need to establish normal lumbo-pelvic rhythm and work on your muscle lenghth and strength as well as on posture. I hope I helped you. Thank You ! EXERCISE DAILY, STAY FIT.

Hello. We can't reverse the established pathology back, but we can control the process in the stage it is so that it wouldn't grow further. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.
