Eat healthy. That means eat salads and no fried or refined foods. Eat 200 gms of salad with every meal. Go for some exercise like walking Yoga or aerobics. This will be better than taking medicines for your problem.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine nux vom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 2 days and update. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *drink lot of water. *tea/ coffee should not be taken in excess. *meals should be taken regularly and on time. *stress should be avoided by doing yoga and exercise. *avoid fried and spicy food. *if overweight, loose weight.

Exercising regularly and avoiding spicy foods can lessen the frequency of nightfall. Dear sir most causes of sleeplessness are due to wrong habits and the good news is that it is very very easy to cure them 1. You have to first have a natural circadian rhythm a. Try to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day. B. And wake at the same time 2. Food a. Do not take coffee or tea after 6 pm b. Milk can be taken 3. Light a. Cover the windows and doors with curtains and avoid light b. Avoid watching tv lying in bed c. Avoid mobile phones / tablets 4. Exercise a. Walk for 45 minutes after dinner b. Take a bath after that try the above simple techniques for two weeks and let me know how much you have improved all the best.

You can make your body fit by proper diet and exercise as well. To build your stamina, don’t just rely on physical activity, you also need to watch what you eat. Include a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables 1. Just do Warm up for ten to fifteen minutes of easy running. 2. For mental tiredness - do meditation and yoga 3. Mix it up. Run for two minutes at high intensity and then jog slowly for two-minutes, thirty-seconds. Run at top speed for 30 seconds and then jog for 45 seconds. Mix up your intervals at random. 4.Cool down for fifteen to twenty-five minutes. 5. All types of outdoor sports are best to overcome fatigue and boost your stamina level; this is because it is a form of aerobic exercise. Sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart 6. Include cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, jumping etc. DIET TO INCREASE STAMINA- Peanut butter is also excellent for building stamina. It is high in calories and digests slowly.
