Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Hello lybrate-user, if you are feeling sick and sleepy for a long time you should get your blood sugar level checked both fasting and post prandial (after meal). Juvenile diabetes is very common at your age. You can also check HbAc (glycated hamoglobin level) which determines since when is your blood glucoae level altered. About your tongue, it can be fungal infection (which are common in diabetic individual) and can be easily treated by few antifungal medication. As far as indigestion is concerned change your lifestyle have food on time, avoid junk foods. Avoid long gaps between the meals. Hope this is helpful.

Dear lybrate-user these sites are very common for pimples. Clean your face with any salicylic acid containing face wash n take care of these area specially. Do not use any moisturizers or oil based creams. Drink more water. Avoid oily food n you should never get constipation. You can take these Ayurvedic med Neemelia (mpil) or nimba ghan vati (patanjali) 2 tablets twice daily along with gandhak rasayan 2 tab twice daily and Arogya vardhani 2 tab twice with mahamanjisthadi qwath.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi lybrate-user. 1. Menses gets affected by things like food ; stress ; emotional upset etc to start with. 2. If it so then you should await menses and you wil get your menses normally. 3. If any medication which interfers with menses can also delay it. 4. There is no immediate way to get your menses 5. Either you await menses for about 4-5 days if you think something is like mentioned in point 1.6. If not take tab primilut n one tab daily for 5 days and then stop. You wil get your menses 5-7 days aftet stoppi g the tablet. 7. If this is a recurrent condition get urself evaluated further. Thanks a lot.

Dyspareunia can also be caused by abnormalities of the uterus or pelvic organs. Take Lycopodium 200, 5 drops, first dose in the morning, second dose in the evening and third dose in the next morning. Hello, Garcinia is a good fat burner. But it depends on where are you putting effort to reduce fat. Physical activity is must. 45-60 min of rigourous physical activity will help you to lose extra fat specially from tummy. Crutches, Pilate, jogging will help to reduce belly fat. Hope this helps you. The only other way to fight diabetes is through weight loss. Worldwide, bariatric surgery has proven that weight loss is vital to diabetic reversal (a state where you are euglycemic without the need of any oral medication or insulin. A systematic review and meta-analysis of the english literature reported complete resolution of type 2 diabetes (defined as discontinuation of all diabetes-related medications and blood glucose levels within the normal range) in 78.1% of cases. But, there are two problems in this, first of all bariatric surgery is still very expensive in india (starts from rs 3-4 lakhs and above) secondly, it is not known clearly that all the benefits of post - bariatric surgery on diabetes reversal is entirely due to weight loss alone. On the other hand, dietary restriction and exercise (also known as lifestyle modification) can also theoretically cause weight loss and lead to diabetic reversal and has been tried world over. But, the fact remains that around 95% of weight loss achieved through lifestyle changes is short lived and does not translate into any benefit in the long run. Then there are stem cell therapies

Hello- Menses in this pattern is known as Atyartava disease in ayurveda. It occurs due to improper diet and daily schedule. Try these tips to overcome this diseases- a) Avoid salty and spicy foods, avoid fast foods, green leafy vegetable and curd. B) Go to bed before 10 pm. C) Increase dairy product other than curd in your diet specially cow's ghee. D) Use Ashokaristha 2 tsp twice daily with water and tab pistil forte 1 tab twice daily.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

I met surgeon physical verification done and he gave to do scanning for Scrotum, Report says MODERATE HYDROCOELE ms 39x57x49mm volume 58ml with no septation, surgeon advices for operation. Can you Pl suggest i need to go operation OR it is possible without operation. Can treat Waiting for your better valuable Feed back.

Depends on the type of job. If your employer want it to be operated before joining the job, you only have to get it done. For medical reasons, you may not need it if you are comfortable with it. Its not a serous disease.
