One of the most common causes of eye fatigue is staring for long periods at digital devices such as: computer screens smartphones video games during sleep, the eyes are replenished with essential nutrients. Lack of sleep may result in persistent eye irritation. Prevention of eye fatigue usually eye fatigue can be prevented or reduced by making simple changes in your work habits or environment. Make changes to your work environment, such as: change lighting to reduce glare and harsh reflections. Make changes to your work habits, such as: try the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look away about 20 feet in front of you for 20 seconds. Blink frequently to avoid dryness in eyes. Take regular breaks from computer work. Hello 65 I have diabetes and I have eye operation appointment in two days but they refused to do the operation becau...
a high blood sugar level and blood pressure puts you at risk of major sight threatening intra- and postoperative complications. A cataract surgery is a planned surgery and rarely an emergency. It is not worth risking ur eye and life for a surgery that can be planned. Please control ur blood sugars...If required take insulin. These levels should bee in control preop as well as postoperative for at least 15 days if not lifelong.

Looks like you have a stye. Give warm water compresses to the swelling. Take some oral antibiotics (tab ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily) and some pain killer (combiflam twice daily). Remember to take these tablets after food. If it doesn't come down within 2-3 days consult a doctor.

But for your present eyesight it will take apprx. 1.5 years of medicine and exercise to get your eyes normal. So it is up to you whether to go for lasix or homoeopathic treatment-----------------
