Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

My periods date is 17 to 20 of the month, till Feb, period was regular, and in last month I had sex on 17th March in day, on that day period came in night with little bleeding. Till 5 days periods was not in proper flow. While I had sex in previous months but there has no problem. And now in this month, today is 18th April and period not came. Pls suggest.

Menses can be missed either because of hormonal changes or even stress or even if you have put on some weight in recent times then also menses can be missed. All these problems are temporary and menses will come on its own. You can wait for another 15 days before you can take tablet deviry to get menses. In the meantime, keep repeating urine pregnancy test every week till you get your menses.

Take high protein diet. Whey protein will give fast result than nutrilite. Nutrilite contains estrogen hormone which is female hormone so nutrilite is good for women especially.

Knee pain at your age is never normal. Sometimes the soft cartilage in your knee starts degenerating (without any reason). However it is possible to restore it to previous function with proper medicines and physiotherapy. Also in rare cases your knee meniscus or ligament may get torn. You should see an orthopedic surgeon soon as possible.

The dead are no more but memories will longer. It is no use wallowing in the past. You will tend to do so if you have not learned some lessons. In this case, you must treasure the good moments and move on. The living are really important i. E. You and your life. If you have weak ego boundaries, you will tend to stay stuck with this person for a long time. You must learn to detach and enjoy the life ahead with the other people around. You will and can make new friends but you will do so only if you socialize. If this person you lost knows how you are wasting your life, s/he will not be pleased at all. You must also work with a counselor to deal with your grief and that will help you tremendously to move on. Please reach out soon for your own sake. If there is some unfinished business that you needed to complete that can be done too in gestalt therapy.

Hi , it is nice that you have controlled your diet. You also avoid fast and junk food, oily also. Now measure your temperature below tongue, and if it is above 99 f then tell me. Just relax your mind and body, control anger if it is, have a good sleep, give 40 minutes for exercise, drink sufficient water. If query, consult me.

* take full rest & do not do any work at all. *drink only luke warm water all the day. * cover your whole body so that it cause sweating and lower down fever fast. *do not take any antibiotic without consulting physician. * take 5 leaves of tulsi and small piece of ginger. Crush them & boil in a glass of waterfor 2-3 minutes. Drink it twice a day to treat the fever. * if the fever do not lower down after taking crocin, then put the cloth/ bandage soaked in tap water and put on forehead and change it after 2-3 minutes. Do that until the temprature lower down. Do not use ice cold water for this. *eat only light and easy digested food only. Avoid fried foods, meat, eggs, cheese.

I have pain in my lower back 2 inches left to backbone, feels sharp pain like needle stings not severe yet bearable. Cause is prolonged sitting on chair in front of PC at work. If I spend day with walking and less sitting then it is normal. As I sit on chair pain starts and keep on increasing. I got x ray but it was normal. Should I take tablets like neuroprene, calcium with regular exercise to strength en my muscles. Regards gagan.

Hi Your problem is one related to posture issues. Generally prolonged sitting in one position creates tiredness and sometimes spasms of that group of muscles resulting in discomfort and many times severe pain. Following measures should be taken:- 1. Don't sit continuously for more than one hour. Take a short break and walk as it will help the muscles relax. 2. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes focusing 10 minutes specifically for back muscles. 3. Meditate daily preferably in an open area as it will help you relax in general and the fresh oxygen will help the muscles to get rid of lactic acid produced which causes tiredness. 4. Sit straight and always take back support. Don't lean towards sides as it causes extra strain on a particular group of muscles. Your problem is exactly because of this. Taking supplements might help but not for long as in your age considering your height and weight you seems to be fit. 5. For immediate solution take Rhus. tox. 30 thrice daily for two days. If the pain still persist after medicine then feel free to contact through Lybrate.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: 1. To get fitness, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. Do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

For reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath I am giving simple general tips * take luke warm water only *take turmeric before food * avoid day sleep * use cow ghee and milk *take buttermilk, avoid curd.

Hello, you should do the following in order to get a proper sleep. *Set a schedule:-It is important to set a schedule for sleeping. Sleeping and waking according to a set schedule can help in overcoming insomnia. *Relaxation:-Make restful activities a part of your bedtime habits. Any activity such as a bath, reading, music etc. which relaxes you, make it a bedtime ritual. *Regular exercise:-Set a regular exercise schedule, and for maximum benefits exercise 5-6 hours before sleep time. *Avoid caffeine alcohol and nicotine:-Caffeine drinks e.g. coffee and tea should be avoided after evening hours.Alcohol and smoking before bedtime should be completely avoided. Along with this take Kali phos 6x, 5 tabs twice daily.

You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation.
