I am 34 years old male and suffering with pre-ejaculation from last more years and hardness is also weak. Pls suggest...
If you don't smoke or drink, then you are not exercising much. You are also on the heavier side for your height. You must also check if your bp is also normal and see if you have sugar problems too. If you have panic and anxiety they are also good enough reasons to cause all your sexual problems. Nearly 99% of sexual problems are psychological in nature. You must be cooperative for any system of intervention to work for you, more so if the cause is psychological. I advise you to meet with a sexologist and learn how your anxiety is only increasing your problems. That person will also teach you certain measures to be taken and exercised to allow a free mind in sexual matters. The brain is the most important sexual organ: anything that disturbs it will directly impact your libido and performance. In fact, most of the physical excitement is dependent upon how the brain is stimulated and aroused. That is what is involved in porn and ads where female bodies are used in sexually titillating ways to arouse your attention and goad the sexual drive or buying impulse, respectively. You must explore what inhibitions or anxious thoughts prevent sexual arousal, and address those feelings to completely free yourself from their negative influences. The sexologist is your best bet. If you get over-excited you will have an early ejaculation too. You must restrain yourself from getting too excited and hold back the physical pleasure too to some extent to extend the ejaculate. When you finish your first round of intercourse, you could, after a delay of 20 minutes, go for another round which will be a lot more delayed. If necessary you can then do it the third time and that will surely be pretty delayed.

Hiatal Hernia: Type, Causes and Its Diagnosis

Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), MS, MBBS
General Surgeon, Bangalore
Hiatal Hernia: Type, Causes and Its Diagnosis

Hiatal hernia takes place when the upper portion of the stomach pushes itself through an opening in the diaphragm, into the chest cavity. The diaphragm is a wall of thin muscles, which separates the chest cavity and the abdomen. In most cases, a small Hiatal hernia doesn't cause problems and you may never know you have a Hiatal hernia unless your doctor discovers it when checking for another condition.

But a large Hiatal hernia can allow food and acid to back up into your oesophagus, leading to heartburn. Self-care measures or medications can usually relieve these symptoms, although a very large Hiatal hernia sometimes requires surgery.

Causes

Hiatal hernia is primarily or most commonly caused due to the increase in pressure in the abdominal cavity. Sometimes, a lot of pressure may be felt around the stomach accompanied by coughing, vomiting, strain during bowel movements. For people born with an abnormal hiatus, the chance of getting Hiatal hernia is more.

The two common types of Hiatal hernia are:

  1. Sliding Hiatal hernia, which occurs during the sliding out of the stomach and oesophagus into and out of the chest through the hiatus. This type of Hiatal hernia is less intense and has no symptoms.
  2. Fixed Hiatal hernia or Paraoesophageal Hernia is an uncommon type of hernia where a part of the stomach pushes through the diaphragm and stays there.

Symptoms

Usually, no symptoms are experienced during Hiatal Hernia. Some symptoms are experienced that happen due to stomach acids, bile or air, which enters the oesophagus. Some common symptoms include:

  1. Heartburns which become worse when a person lies down
  2. Chest pain, better called epigastric pain
  3. Problem in swallowing food
  4. Belching

Tests for Diagnosis

Several tests can be carried out for the diagnosis of Hiatal hernia. They include:

  1. Barium X-ray, where a person is made to drink a liquid filled with barium before the x-ray. The x-ray provides a clear image of the upper digestive tract region and the location of the stomach can be seen. If it is protruded out, Hiatal hernia is signified.
  2. Endoscopy is another test for detection of Hiatal hernia. A thin tube slides down the throat, which reaches up to the oesophagus and stomach. This will determine whether the stomach is pushing through the diaphragm or not.

Treatment

Medicines, which are used to cure a Hiatal hernia may include antacids for neutralizing stomach acid, H2 receptor blockers to lower acid production and proton pump inhibitors. Sometimes fundoplication surgery is required for the treatment of Hiatal hernia, although it is rare. Some common surgical techniques are rebuilding of oesophageal muscles or a surgery to put the stomach back in its actual place. Laparoscopic surgery methods are used. Hiatal hernia may reoccur even after surgery; so general precautions should be taken. You should:

  1. Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight
  2. Avoid lifting heavy objects and ask for help
  3. Avoid any kind of strain on the abdominal muscles

Hiatal hernia is a disorder, which is more common among people over the age of fifty. Necessary precautions and treatment should be adopted in case of Hiatal hernia. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a General Surgeon.

He is taxi driver in Melbourne. He is nice person. But he doesn't control his anger. If I do any mistake. He loose his temper and goes in aggressive nature. Please help me for anger control or management.

Masters in Clinical Psychology
Psychologist, Lucknow
Hi, The endorphins that come from exercise can help you calm down, and moving your body provides a physical outlet for your rage: in this way, exercise can help in the moment of anger. However, maintaining a regular exercise schedule can also help you regulate your emotions in general. While you exercise, focus on thinking about the exercise and your body, not what has been on your mind lately. Some forms of exercise that might appeal to you and help you control your anger include: Running/Jogging Weight training Cycling Yoga Basketball Breathe deeply. If your heart hammers with rage, slow it down by controlling your breathing. Deep breathing is one of the most important steps in meditation, which can contribute to controlling emotions. Even if you do not fully “meditate,” using deep breathing techniques can offer similar benefits. Count to three as you inhale, hold the breath in your lungs for three more seconds, and count to three again as you exhale. Focus only on the numbers as you do this. Be sure that each breath in fully fills your lungs, causing your chest and belly to expand. Exhale fully each time, and pause between the exhale and the next inhale. Keep breathing until you feel that you have regained control. Give him following tips: Recognize that sometimes anger is justified, and may need to come out. However, realize that there are productive ways to do it instead of lashing out at others. Ask yourself if the future recipient of your furor deserves to be blown up at, or if you are just using them as a punching bag to release steam about another person/issue that bothers you. Find a creative outlet, such as writing, drawing etc. Where you can expend your energy. Hobbies help elevate your mood and allow you to channel energy that you'd usually spent dwelling on issues that you aren't able to resolve. Imagine what you could do with the energy you expend in anger if you channeled it into something else. Think about the stress you put on yourself. Do you enjoy feeling that way? If not change it. Meditation is a useful way to release stress and/or anxiety, the precursors to anger. Avoid all things that were involved in making you angry until you have cooled down. Block out anything or anyone and go into a quiet place and breathe deeply until you are calm enough. Watch what you say when you're angry. You don't always feel the same as when you have calmed down and thought of the situation. Try listening to soothing songs that bring peace to your mind. If you get angry easily and find it hard to control yourself, find a quiet place away from everybody. Scream into a blanket, pillow, or anything to stifle the noise. (If you want to, you can even just yell if nobody is around.) It'll help you let off some steam. Try to stay away from situations or places or anything that make you angry.

Bananas are best for heart yes they are a rich source of potassium and you can eat ad many as you like. There will be no extra potassium which will harm the heart. Yes potassium taken as medicine does cause harmful side effects. Don't bother about extra calories also because it is giving you other essential vitamins and minerals too. Cut down other calories which are either empty calories like excess sugar or just basic calories like chapattis.

C-reactive protein is measured in milligrams of CRP per liter of blood (mg/L). Normal CRP levels are below 3.0 mg/dL. C-reactive protein measures general levels of inflammation in your body. High levels of CRP are caused by infections and many long-term diseases. But a CRP test cannot show where the inflammation is located or what is causing it. Other tests are needed to find the cause and location of the inflammation.
