Never go for spine surgery in haste. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Diet plan for weight gain In the present, where countless people are trying to lose their weight, there also many people who are underweight, and trying to gain some weight. While, being thin is something that, an over weighted person is dreaming about, it is not such as enjoyable feeling to be skinny for a thing person. At the same time, being too thin can also lead to many kinds of health-associated problems. Therefore, it is extremely essential to put on some weight. If, you also an underweight person and trying to gain some weight then, a healthy diet plan can help in this regard a lot. However, the fast foods and sweets can increase the weight; also accumulate fats in body, which are not healthy. Thus, it is necessary to follow a healthy diet plan that is healthy and nutritious. In order to gain weight, it is necessary to eat more than normal. The diet should be high in calories and proteins. High proteins intake is necessary for muscles weight. You should not stop or minimize the intake of carbohydrates and fats at any condition. At the same time, you must remember that all these foods are excellent sources of energy, which is essential for the body to function. Moreover, you should break your three meals into five or six sections. For instance, you can add 3 or 4 snacks with your three heavy meals. Here is a list of some high calorie foods that can help in gaining some weight. Vegetables – Vegetables are high in nutritious and should be included in every diet for all meals. You should consume all kinds of vegetables especially, starchy vegetables such as carrots, corn, potatoes, winter squash, pea and many more. Fruits – Fruits also contain many kinds of nutrition, vitamin, minerals and calories. In order to gain weight, it is necessary to comprise the high calorie fruits such as apple, pineapple, banana, pear and dried fruits as snacks between your meals. Cereals – Cereals such as nuts, granola, oat bran, wheat bran can also help in gaining weight. Therefore, you should add them in your diet. You can also add some fruits, nuts and take them by mixing with low fat milk. Beverages – You should also include some fruit juices, soft drinks, fruit smoothies, and low fat milk in your daily diet to gain weight. Moreover, drinking adequate amount of water in a day is necessary to detoxify your body properly. Consumption of drinks like tea, coffee and alcohol should also stop or minimize. Together with above foods and eatables, you should also try to have different types of soups, salads, dairy products like eggs, cheese, and butter. Eating more than normal is not enough to gain weight, it is also necessary to do some physical activities. So, you should also exercise on regular basis. It considered that, gaining weight is easier as comparing to losing. However, gaining healthy weight can be a difficult task than just gaining weight. So follow a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and put on some healthy weight.

I am giving you some tips to prevent constipation: 1. take 6-8 glass of water in a day 2.Regular Physical activity Keeping mobile and active will greatly reduce your risk of getting constipation. Ideally do at least 150 minutes of physical activity every week. 3.You should have about 30 g of fibre a day. You can increase your fibre intake by eating more: I am giving you list of some fibre containing food fruit vegetables wholegrain rice whole wheat pasta wholemeal bread seeds oats 4.Toilet habits Never ignore the urge to go to the toilet One supplement name Nutrilite fibre can be start after personal consultation, this has shown wonderful result in constipation Consult Physician/me for further Management

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest.

Mix 1 spoon of milk powder, 1 spoon of lemon juice and 1 spoon of almond oil. Apply this concoction on your skin; leave it on for 15 minutes before washing off. This is an effective skin lightening mask. This home remedy gives excellent results in getting fair skin at home.

The areas around the nipples or the areola have hair follicles just like any other normal skin area. Usually the hairs on women's chests are fine and can hardly be seen, unlike many men, who often have a lot of hair on their chests. This is due to the hormonal differences between the sexes which influence hair distribution. However, sometimes women develop a few long hairs around the nipple, and this is usually associated with hormonal changes related to puberty, menstruation, pregnancy and menopause. During these periods in a woman's life, fluctuations in hormonal levels occur, affecting hair growth. The use of birth control pills can also affect hormonal levels and can cause hair growth around the nipples. These are all normal changes and should not be a cause for worry. There are rare instances when hair growing around a woman's nipples may be a sign of an abnormal medical condition. Excessive hair growth in women that is similar to male patterns of hair growth is a symptom called hirsutism. Excess male hormones called androgens cause abnormal hair growth and this may be due to: Polycystic ovary syndrome, Cushing syndromeThyroid disorders etc. You need to consult your gynaecologist to find out the exact cause in such case.

5 Tips On Managing Running Injuries!

Running is a sport that many people indulge in, on a daily basis. For many professional athletes, running is also a part of their job. While it may be an extremely fulfilling experience in sheer physical terms, it also has varied implications in the long run as far as the health of your bones, joints and muscles go. Also, runners are constantly at the risk of getting injured, which can lead to many complications. Read on to know how you can protect the same with these five tips to avoid injuries.

  1. Warming Up and Stretching: Many injuries can happen when you do not stretch before you indulge in a strenuous activity like running. Warming up should be done with the help of a quick brisk walk that should happen a few minutes before you start running. Also, when you are stretching, you should not hold your breath and do it slowly without rushing yourself. Avoid stretching your muscles when they are cold. The stretching exercises should happen after the warm up.
  2. Strengthening Exercises: It is important to indulge in good amount of exercises that will strengthen your quads, calves and feet so that your muscles are strong enough to support your weight while you run without putting undue pressure on the joints, which can succumb to injuries and fractures.Strengthening exercises are given to hamstring muscles as well.
  3. Weight: Managing your weight is one of the most important parts of the regimen for a runner. If you are taking up running professionally or if you are doing it as exercise, you must ensure that your weight is at a normal level as per your ideal BMI so that you do not end up putting pressure on your knees. A good diet and plenty of exercise will help in maintaining a good weight.
  4. Footwear: Your shoes are one of the most important aspects when you are running. You must choose shoes that have a good cushion or gel inside. Be sure to select shoes that are designed for runners specifically, so that the shoes take on the shape of your feet and give you good balance and motion even as the friction with the ground happens. The correct footwear will support the running motion and keep injuries at bay.
  5. Stride Length and Impact: It is imperative to practice the correct stride length and impact when your feet hit the ground as this is where injuries most commonly happen. You will need to ensure that you get professional help from a trainer so that you can gauge and accordingly practice your stride length in keeping with your frame so that the impact is minimal on the rest of the body and its joints. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Physiotherapist.

Lemon juice is a highly effective ingredient for treating freckles as well as brown spots. Lemon juice has skin lightening properties that will nicely bleach the dark spots on your skin.Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected skin and gently massage the area. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Do this twice a day. Another option is to use a lemon scrub. Cut a lemon in half and sprinkle one-half teaspoon of sugar on it. Gently scrub your skin with it for a few minutes and then wash your skin with water. Do this once or twice a week on a regular basis. Sour Cream The lactic acid present in sour milk can help a lot to get rid of freckles. It is particularly useful for those with sensitive skin. Apply some sour cream on the affected skin and allow it to dry for a few minutes. Instead of rinsing it off with water, you must gently wipe it off with a soft tissue or a towel. Then apply some moisturizer. This remedy will not cause skin irritation or dryness. Do this at least once daily until the freckles go away. Alternatively, you can rinse the affected skin with sour milk daily. If you do not have sour milk, use yogurt.

Hello- Keep your expectation less and do not compare your first night with porn. Take it slow. Use a condom and some extra lubricant (water based), it will ease penetration. Release stress from you mind. Talk to your partner regarding her likes and dislikes for sex, and make her aware that it might not hurt as what she might be expecting.

Hi lybrate-user increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. Carbs are needed to gain weight but include healthier options like banana, potato, mango, whole grains, rice, etc. Instead of sugar-rich foods, chocolates and other junk foods. In order to increase your muscle mass, it is essential to do weight training 4-5 times a week for an hour. You can vary the intensity depending on your capacity. Consume protein-rich foods after you workout to increase muscle mass and eat good fats like nuts and seeds in your diet. Eating a handful of pumpkin or flaxseeds is a good way to give your body the fat intake it needs. Though junk foods like vada pav or burgers are loaded with calories, they only increase body fat and not muscle mass which is not the right way to go about.

Since you are 30 years and also have pcod, so yes you should go for iui. Also get an hsg done before going for iui to look for the patency of tubes whether or not.
