Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Size, thickness and hardness of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Usually, in flaccid condition, the size will be less than 2 inches. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which are the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. Therefore, please don't worry. You can improve the size of your penis by massaging it with olive oil and doing kegal pelvic strengthening exercises. I suggest sex therapy and counseling. Take care.

Hello lybrate-user, first of all try to correct your appetite. Hope you having clear motions everyday, if not that also go be corrected. Please go for oil massage to head and body once in three days, with oil that you use usually. Sesame oil is good to apply on head. Please apply oil in soles also and go for a foot massage. Try to take bath early when oil is applied that's before 7 pm at least. Please try practising pranayama daily, that will help you. It's good to drink a glass of luke warm milk before food.

Scientists now know that the body does not register liquid calories in the same way it does solid calories. Drinking a grande caffe mocha, for instance, won't make you feel satiated the way eating a bowl of pasta will. Which means that although the caffe mocha actually has a greater number of calories than the pasta, you're still more likely to want a second cup from Starbucks than another plate of linguine. So monitor your intake of juice, soda, coffee drinks and wine. If you consume one of each of those beverages during the day, you'll have taken in at least 800 extra calories by nighttime — and you'll still be hungry. (Incidentally, alcohol may suppress the metabolism of fat, making it tougher for you to burn those calories.)

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) bathsmay help bring down a fever. -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

5 psychological issues that can cause impotence

In some cases of erectile dysfunction, men are totally unable to get an erection while in others they have trouble a sad man sitting on the street maintaining it for a longer span of time.

Though there can be a lot of physical reasons for ed, but there are some common psychological reasons too, which with professional help can easily be treated.

The inability to perform in bed can be shattering for the self-confidence of both the man and his partner.

Here are few of the common emotional reasons of impotence.

1. Stress

Stress can affect your performance in bed. Getting too overwhelmed by the pressure of your responsibilities at home or at work can make it difficult for you to relax and get into the mood for sex.

Stress caused by fear or worry can leave you with a feeling of uneasiness, making it difficult for you to get an erection.

2. Anxiety

Once a man experiences erectile dysfunction, he tends to get overly anxious that he won't be able to perform in bed again.

It raises the feelings of self-consciousness during sexual intercourse making it even more difficult to get an erection.

This feeling of anxiety can also be because of many other reasons like relationship problems, past sexual abuse, lack of sexual knowledge or even being in a new relationship.

All these can contribute to the lack of performance in sexual intercourse.

3. Depression

The feeling of extreme sadness due to any possible reason like a bad relationship, a bad career or even a past trauma can result in ed in many men.

Depression leads to more fatigue and tiredness, which lowers your libido.

Even the drugs used to treat depression may lower your sex drive and make it harder to get an erection.

4. Low self-esteem

A negative self-image can lead to performance anxiety and make you worry about how you are going to perform in bed.

Low self-esteem can be a result of anything related to your body image, your past experiences or even an underlying feeling of guilt.

5. Lack of interest

Low libido can dampen your interest in sex and also result in ed.

Loss of interest in sex can be due to anything related to relationship problems, a result of medication or even progressing age.

Other factors like anger or anxiety also contribute to the loss of interest in sex.

These emotional issues can affect your physical ability to get or maintain an erection. Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

If u suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the PITTA Dosha (Heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) Avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) Have milk & ghee twice daily 3) Green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down.
