Face pimples or acne vulgaris is common at your young age. Do not try to remove them by hand forcefully and do not apply any oily substances on it including creme. Maintain. Personal hygiene pertcularly face. Do not self medicate it is very sensitive. You can consult a doctor.

I am 35 years old I affected stroke from left side what can I do generally to get full cure its an valuable advice to me now I am also continuity tablets everyday if I can get cure or not.

No medically, if you want to take care, then you avoid fat related, more carbohydrate intake,& try to take millets, cereals, brown rice, whole wheat contents, if you take soaked almond. Then peel it off, & then take. Take plenty water like. Max 3-4 litres/day, try to do morning & evening walk, regularly for at least 30-60 min, not brisk. 10 min. Before going to walk, must take 1 litre of water and again after taking walk, take water. Night before going to bed{1 hr before]take water atleast 1 glass. Take regularly, sprouts, honey lemon water, all fruits, avoid spicy, oily, fried, junk, ghee made, fast food, sweets. Take bland diet only. Practice pranayama daily twice. Morning & before to bed. Must, & also, yoga will do help. Consume more green leafy vegetables with dal, but not as fries. Tc.

The first thing to try is changing your sleep habits
The first thing to try is changing your sleep habits. For instance:

1) go to bed the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning.
2) don't nap during the day.
3) stop stressful chores before going to bed.
4) relax before bedtime. Try deep breathing, prayer, gentle stretching, meditation, or journaling.
5) keep your bedroom dark, quiet, and cool. Use earplugs or eye shades if needed.
6) can't sleep? go into another room and read, or do something relaxing and quiet.
7) avoid caffeine.
8) don't drink alcohol before bed.
9) quit smoking.

You need to evaluate yourself for following?
What medical conditions do you have?
What medications are you taking?
How stressed are you feeling these days?
How much alcohol do you drink?
How much caffeine are you getting?
If you've already tried things like allowing enough time for sleep and making your bedroom a good place for rest, your doctor may suggest you go to a sleep lab for more tests. This may take a night or two.

I had nerves pain around the neck when I do heavy physical works, the pain is very high please tell me what to do.

* neck pain occurs due to wrong posture or due to strain on your neck muscle. Check your posture, do not bend your neck excessively and when you work on your laptop or computer after half hour of working move your neck slowly in clockwise and anticlockwise direction. * do neck massage with lukewarm mustard oil. * do not take pillow of high hight during sleeping or avoid to take pillow. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

I am a 46 year old lady. Since a week I am urinating after every 30 mints. Sometimes it is painful too. I am taking norflox medicine since 2 days but yet no relief from urination.

Get your fasting and 2hrs after meal blood sugar done. What is your urine complete report? Meanwhile if within 3 days of norflox400. You are not getting result, you may require urine culture test done or start tab l-cin 5oomg 1 daily --5 days.

It is due to increased pittadosha due to this vomiting occurred. So take syears pathyadi kadha. Two tsp twice a day. Don't take spicy food.

Lack of sleep is the most common cause.Two little restful sleep can also lead to mood changes and anxiety which in turn cause impairment of memory.
Many drugs can affect memory,which include tranqilizers,antidepressant,blood presure medicine and anti allergic medicine.
Anxiety also can lead to forgetfulness.
Depression is also cause of forgerfulness.

According to ayurveda, when pitta (hot property of the body) increased in the body it leads to hair problems. And there things also necessary to keep in mind while treatment of hair problem:- 1. Poor nutritional level (lack of vitamins, minerals etc) 2. Stress and anger. For overcome this hair problem. 1. Take more green leafy vegetables which are easy to digest and contains vitamins, minerals etc. 2. Don't take fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, chinese, panjabi, potato, rice, heavy food etc which disturbs digestive system. 3. Manage streets and anger. It is most necessary. 4. Take a glass of milk two times in a day. 5. Morning walk / yoga asana / pranayama like shitali, shitkari etc/ deep breathing exercise / walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular do these. 6. Drink water 3 litres per day. It helps in absorption of nutrients in the abdomen. 7. Don't take opposite diets like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. 8. Don't suppress natural urges like urine, stool etc. 9. Avoid constipation. Take one spoon ghee in a glass of milk at night time for stool problem. 10. Don't use chemical base hair products. Always use herbal base hair products.
