Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.

I am suffering with low fever from more than two & half months. I have taken nitrofurantoin medicine for e-coli bacteria. But after taken medicine of 10 days. E-coli is still reflecting in urine culture report & my fever is still there. I have a low fever evey evening 99.6 every day & it goes automatically when I wake up in the morning. Pls suggest next corse of action.

Actually, nitrofurantine is used for urinary infection, and should be taken for 1 month. But better go for urine culture and sensitivity and proper antibiotics should be used. I also advise for complete blood count. Sonography also should be done. There may be other infection or non infectious fever. I advice investigations and then you can ask in private quitions.

Fallow this diets breakfast take oats or dalia salty one plate, 11am take sprouts one plate in lunch take proper meal like dal, 2chapati, vegetables, salad in evening take green tea with 5pics of badam in dinner take vegetables roti and salad, take proper water like 12glass of water every day add in daily diets sprouts, paneer, rajama, fruits.

Take plenty of fibre rich foods like fruits and veg in your diet. Avoid junk foods specially maida. Take 3-4 glasses of warm water in morning before breakfast. Do some physical workout at least for 1 hr.
