You may be suffering from jaundice. Consult your physician doctor and get a body check up done. You may also require laboratory tests in the form of complete haemogram, liver function tests and kidney function tests. Kindly take, ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, twice a day, 1 hr after meals. Apply mahamasha thailam, over whole body and do gentle massage on alternate days, before bath. Avoid cold eatables in your routine like cold water etc. Continue the regime for 2 months. Good luck

I have rid of pimples. It should not be there in my face. How to cure the pimples?
Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. You can also use a good tea tree face wash. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 2. Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. Green Tea can also be used as a toner once a day. 3. Diet – Most important thing is diet. Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. Reduce junk food intake, colas, alcohol and soda and consume whole grains. Keeping your digestive system healthy keeps your body and blood toxins free. Drink green tea, lemon juice, orange juice and food items containing Vitamin C as it is responsible for maintaining good skin health. Drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. 4. Exercise – Exercises, yoga, suryanamaskar improves the blood circulation and balances hormones. They keep skin healthy and boost body’s immunity to deal with several issues and not just acne. Include it in your daily regime.

Sir I very eaten a pan surprising of that pan stuck between my wisdom tooth and upper skin so it become a sore with a little hole and some skin got over there if I touch my tongue there there is little thickness in skin and the sore is not going to heal as I tough my tongue there it is felt little tease there. Dear Lybrate User, From the description of your symptoms, it seems that the pan particles got stuck up between the gums overlying your wisdom tooth or probably in a cavity that has formed somewhere on your tooth. Just try to clean that area gently with a toothbrush and use a lukewarm water mouthrinse with a pinch of salt added, 3-4 times daily. Eating excessive amounts of pan, gutka and tobacco in any form is definitely harmful for the teeth, gums and surrounding oral tissues and may lead to oral cancer, if not limited. You are advised to consult your local dentist at the earliest so that the actual problem may be diagnosed and you can get rid of your trouble.

Occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. You might feel anxious when faced with a problem at work, before taking a test, or making an important decision. But anxiety disorders involve more than temporary worry or fear. For a person with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. Restlessness or feeling wound-up or on edge being easily fatigued difficulty concentrating or having their minds go blank irritability muscle tension difficulty controlling the worry sleep problems (difficulty falling or staying asleep or restless, unsatisfying sleep) these are some of the symptoms. U seem to be having anxiety disorder, kindly consult a psychiatrist and get treated.

Hello. Hair problem is common now a days. Due to stress and busy life. Take full sleep. Drink planty water. Have fruits. Take. Acid hydrofluoric 30.2 tds x 30 days. And revert. Use arnica mon q 30 ml + your oil 100 ml mix. Twice a week at night and wash.

I will tell some anger control tips, try. If still can not control, consult a psychiatrist. All the best. 1. Think before you speak In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything — and allow others involved in the situation to do the same. 2. Once you're calm, express your anger As soon as you're thinking clearly, express your frustration in an assertive but nonconfrontational way. State your concerns and needs clearly and directly, without hurting others or trying to control them. 3. Get some exercise Physical activity can help reduce stress that can cause you to become angry. If you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk or run, or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities. 4. Take a timeout Timeouts aren't just for kids. Give yourself short breaks during times of the day that tend to be stressful. A few moments of quiet time might help you feel better prepared to handle what's ahead without getting irritated or angry. 5. Identify possible solutions Instead of focusing on what made you mad, work on resolving the issue at hand. Does your child's messy room drive you crazy? Close the door. Is your partner late for dinner every night? Schedule meals later in the evening — or agree to eat on your own a few times a week. Remind yourself that anger won't fix anything and might only make it worse. 6. Stick with 'I' statements To avoid criticizing or placing blame — which might only increase tension — use "I" statements to describe the problem. Be respectful and specific. For example, say, "I'm upset that you left the table without offering to help with the dishes, instead of, "You never do any housework. 7. Don't hold a grudge Forgiveness is a powerful tool. If you allow anger and other negative feelings to crowd out positive feelings, you might find yourself swallowed up by your own bitterness or sense of injustice. But if you can forgive someone who angered you, you might both learn from the situation. It's unrealistic to expect everyone to behave exactly as you want at all times. 8. Use humor to release tension Lightening up can help diffuse tension. Use humor to help you face what's making you angry and, possibly, any unrealistic expectations you have for how things should go. Avoid sarcasm, though — it can hurt feelings and make things worse. 9. Practice relaxation skills When your temper flares, put relaxation skills to work. Practice deep-breathing exercises, imagine a relaxing scene, or repeat a calming word or phrase, such as, "Take it easy. You might also listen to music, write in a journal or do a few yoga poses — whatever it takes to encourage relaxation. 10. Know when to seek help Learning to control anger is a challenge for everyone at times. Consider seeking help for anger issues if your anger seems out of control, causes you to do things you regret or hurts those around you.

Rest. Take a break from your normal activities. Ice. Place an ice pack or bag of frozen peas on the sore area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day. Compression. Use a compression bandage to reduce swelling. Elevation. Elevate your foot to help reduce swelling.

For boosting hair growth, certain vitamins like Vitamin B, C, A, D and minerals like selenium, zinc, folic acid, iron and protein are required. You also require a good amount of Omega 3 fatty acids, which keep your hair scalp hydrated. Consuming foods having any or all of these nutrients are one of the solutions to long, healthy thick hair. You can take Wholegrains, like barley, oats, buckwheat, broken wheat, ragi, bajra ,Brown rice, Legumes like kidney beans, soy beans, dark green leafy vegetables ,eggs, carrots,tomatoes, sweet potato, fruits,yogurt, walnuts and almonds. Along with the dietary changes, you may massage your scalp with almond oil at night and rinse it next morning. You may take biotin supplements which will further aid in promoting hair growth. When dealing with Itchy Scalp, it is recommended to have judicious amounts of foods rich in vitamin B, vitamin C, zinc and iron. Spinach, lettuce, pulses and other such vegetables, seeds and nuts rich in proteins are also beneficial for the scalp and hair. Plus, consume adequate amount of dairy products, especially yoghurt. Use proper shampoo and excessive chemicals is very necessary, use of spicy food increases itching over scalp too. Consult a dermatologist in your area if the problem persists.

Today I had a breakup with a girl ,then I started crying a lot. Then I was in very depression mind and with this depression mind I started spending time on Facebook, and a person in fb told me to show my penis ,in that person's profile there was a girl's photo and I post image of my penis to that person and afterwards I came to know that person is a bisexual gay. Now ,currently I am in very depression. Suicidal thoughts are coming in my mind. And the main thing is that I am very spiritual. I can understand the pain of depression you had undergone because of whigh you were craving for love and care and when you finally found a girl who could give you words of love and care you lost yourself and without thinking twice you did this mistake. Mistakes if done unknowingly is forgiven by God. But in future do not do this mistake again. If you really need someone to care and love you choose the right path of getting married by searching a perfect match. If not wait for a girl who would definitely come and fall in your love. You can of course have good girl friends and boy friends who will be with you forever to be with you and help you overcome depression. Sex is not the answer to recover from depression. Having sex or sex chat is not wrong, but with whom you have sex (wife or GF) does matter a lot. The same is Sex chat also (wife or GF). Should not chat with anyone whom you come across very deeply without knowing well about them. It is very dangerous to show yourself naked to some unknowing person unless otherwise they are related to u. Instead you can seek a Professional Psychologist or a Psychaitrist or a Counsellor to overcome depression. I get severe abdominal cramps and pain in the abdomen, back and legs when I get my period. Also, most of the time I loose my appetite, feel nauseous and a lot of time vomit or get loose motions during that time. What is sleep paralysis and its common causes?
