I am very upset due to dandruff in my hair for last one month. How can I remove dandruff from my hair?

Hello,Dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Revert me after 1 month. Home remedies are as follows:- Coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturizes dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. 1. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. 2. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. 3. Follow this remedy two to three times a week.

pain is complex phenomenon, so there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. There are many reasons for being underweight. Very active, tense, nervous, irregular eating habits, some psychological factors may cause a person to eat less. Take 500 calorie more than what you are taking daily. Take more cereals, pulses, potatoes, sugar, creamed milk, fruits, dry-fruits. Also do some exercises that will help you by stimulating your appetite to improve the intake of calories. It also helps in improving muscle tone specially of the digestive system, resulting in better absorption and assimilation of the food, which helps tremendously in weight gain.

Your spine disk is compressed and pain radiate through nerve supply in your leg. Advice: use hot pack for pain relief on back for 10 min. Do pelvic floor muscle exercises 2 times in a day. Lumber muscle stretching exercise like lying supine and both knees touches to the chest by the help of hands do 10 repetition 2 times in a day. Manual lumber traction by lying supine both legs on chair below knees and chair height must be little higher then hip to knee height.

Hello- color of lips depends upon the quality of blood. >discoloration can be of two types- 1) darkening of lips- this can be due to smoking, eating spicy foods, late night workouts. Treatment- a. Dadimadi ghrita 1 tsp twice daily after meals b. Shatdhaut ghrita ointment external massage on lips twice daily. 2) lightening/fading of lips- this might be due to less blood level. Treatment- a. Tab abhra loha 1 tab twice daily. B. Apply pure gulab jal twice daily on lips.

Hello, Common reasons for dark circle are aging, genetics, nutritional deficiency (of vitamin A, C, K, E), sleep deprivation, worm-infestation, anemia, smoking & drinking, dehydration, sun exposure, allergies, stress/ tension and hormonal changes. Dark circles are linked to anemia, and liver diseases. Now a days, eyestrain due to excessive use of computer/ laptop/ smartphone also causes dark circles around eyes. So, in case of dark circles which are there due to some underlying cause can be get rid rid of once the causative factor is rectified. But the dark circles which are inherited from our genes can't be removed completely, to some extent can make slightly better. Diet and Management: Always take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 7-8 hrs. Of sleep. Avoid taking stress/ tension. Stay away from alcohol and smoke. Do daily exercising regularly as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of the cells and tissues. Wear sunglasses also when you’re out in the sun to prevent you from squinting and to protect your eyes. Give small frequent breaks in between while working on computer/ laptop or while using a smartphone. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Cina 1M/ one dose at night for 10 days; Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both twice daily for 20 days. Use Bakson's Under eye cream twice daily. Apply Bakson’s Suncare sunscreen 15-20 minutes before going under the sunlight. Revert me there after.

Hello you need not worry. You need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. For belly fat do squats and planks exercises. Take green tea 3-4 cups a day. Drink plenty of water. Snack on fruits and nuts. Thank you thank you.
