Dear Mr. Lybrate-user. I would advise you to stop zyloric 300 and take homeopathic mother tincture urtica urens q, 30 drops, thrice daily, with water after meals for just 15 days. You will surely feel a difference.

My mother is 60 years old and she has a back pain and legs pain problem. According to recent consultation with the doctor in surat, the MRI report says the lower back pain is due to (manka ) has weakened and need to do the operation for that. I am little scared that if the operation doesn't go well than my mother will have more problem and she will not be able to move also. Please guide me doctors if there is some other option other than operation. Because there are many cases I saw that after operation the patient condition went more worse for this problem. Please help me out with a solution so that I can show the reports also if some better option is suggested.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

I am a working lady aged 25. I've been suffering from severe upper back pain which extends to ribs and torso especially in early morning hours, pain is unbearable but while during day time or while working i do not have pain. I ve shown to orthopaedician who prescribed pain killers, ointment pain killers and calcium tabs. I ve also tested for normal thyroid, sugar and x- ray. No menstural irregularity or problem. I've also tried pysiotherapy but no use. However use of hot water bottle give temporary relief. Help me.

Low back pain has to be assessed for its cause with x rays and mri if needed and the exact cause needs to be identified before coming to treatment. Pain killlers will only make you not aware of pain and will not cure it. So resort to proper treatment with physiotherapy. Proper homoeopathic treatment can cure this condition.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain.

Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappels which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Ankle injuries rarely result in nerve injury as ligaments or bones are broken in it. Get a nerve conduction test to look for the exact nerve damaged and also the amount of damage.

I couldn't sleep properly from last Saturday Sunday I went for bike riding for around 200 km and from Monday morning I was feeling very uneasy back pains head and eyes were troubling due to lack of sleep took dolo 650 on Monday night and Tuesday whole day three times today ie Wednesday morning fever is lite but lot of body pains still and eyes are very red and pale I usually don't get ill very rarely can anyone please help me with it.

Heel pain as in your situation is most likely due to plantar fascitis. There is inflammation of plantar fascia which is a sheath of tissue in sole of foot extending from heel bone to toes. The treatment mostly is conservative and lifestyle modifications to achieve maximum functionality with minimum pain. Follow these lifestyle changes religiously to get benefit. 1. Reduce body weight as obesity will aggravate the stress on heel. 2. Avoid exercises like running / walking on hard surfaces. Stop such activities when you start developing pain. 3. Roll your feet on bottle of cold water for 20 mins 4 times a day or can apply ice pack. 4. Use shoes with silicone sole inserts. 5. Do calf muscle and heel stretches daily. 6. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting. 7. Use night splint to keep foot flexed at night. Stop using it once pain is relieved. 8. Use analgesics like ibuprofen for decreasing pain and inflammation. With proper lifestyle changes as above 90 % patients have relief and functionality. Only 10% patients would require surgical intervention like plantar fascia release or gastrocnemius recession.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Report after 5 days.

Long sitting is your problem tk break between work and a soft pillow to back support sit straight maintain your posture do spine stretching exercise and heat fermentation twice a day.
