First alwyas do warm up before running in order to prevent the muscular injuries use knee cap while walking and running, do some knee mobility exercise before walking, jogging or running apply ice pack over the affected knee after running.

Not everyone with irregular periods will have PCOD. Also you need a scan and blood test to diagnose it. When you get married you can get evaluated if your pregnancy gets delayed. As of now exercise regularly and keep your weight under control? That is the only thing you need to do now. For back pain learn simple yoga and start doing.

I have a sitting job and am suffering from chronic pain in lower back. X ray shows no problem with bones. But pain is not subsiding with medication. physiotherapist exercises have provided sm relief but not 100%. Have tried homeopathic and Ayurveda as well. Kindly suggest.

Just check out your posture while sitting. Is the chair ergonomically designed that is there is no undue strain on the back muscl es. Check out for any abnormalities in kidney by checking your renal functioning tests. Try taking small breaks in-between. Ensure to take a well balanced diet.

It can occur in normal joint and it should be of no harm until there are no other associated symptoms. Just fo one thing be vigilant of any symptoms developing or occuring... and take prompt treatment if required.

I have a back pain while playing cricket. Suggest something to do it. It is very painful.
It is critical to get an accurate diagnosis, so go and see a sports physician, an orthopaedic surgeon or a qualified sports physiotherapist who has experience working with cricketers. A full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed. More importantly, they will likely investigate your lower back using a combination of oblique lumbar x-rays, a bone scan, ct scan, or more likely a mri, which will show more accurately any areas of bone activity. The goal of the investigations is to primarily determine whether there is an active fracture present and whether the body is trying to heal itself. Can try some home relief techniques until you go to a specialist: -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time best wishes.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

I have pain in shoulder joint on both sides. I feel weakness and loss of strength in shoulders while normal working and sitting idle. Looking for proper solution to this. I went to couple of doctors and they prescribes pain killers and volini to massage. I had all tests done including MRI and X-rays.

Whats your age/sex? from how long have you been suffering from this pain? Are you diabetic? MRI and x-ray is normal? you should see some good physiotherapist who will evaluate your shoulder movements and also any muscle tightness or stiffness in the shoulder...ac

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Hello. Muscle pulls are because of mechanical injury of that part. Food restrictions are irrelevant. You can have anything & everything as far as food is concerned. Pull & numbness is treated by micro correctional exercises. By doing them for given times you might get rid of the symptoms within 2 days. Have a happy healing. :)

OK avoid exercise if still pain do physiotherapy treatment for 10 days and after relief start stretching exercise and strength exercise of neck and shoulder but do in gradually process. avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight.

Decrease activities that increase patellofemoral pressure (eg, jumping, squatting). Cryotherapy: apply ice for 20-30 minutes, 4-6 times per day, especially after activity. An elastic knee support that has a central opening cut out for the kneecap sometimes helps. A physical therapist can recommend exercises to strengthen the muscles. Exercises can also be used to stretch and balance the thigh muscles. In some cases surgery may be indicated.

Hello lybrate user start back, hip, knee and ankle joint exercises. This may be because of your sedentary lifestyle or less physical activity. Your legs muscles are getting weak. You must start leg strengthen exercises and gradually increase exercise program day by day after setting a ex schedule.

Do hot fomentation twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees or on your sides with a pillow between your knees. And get vit d levels checked. Go for regular walks follow 30-30 rule when at work. After every 30 min of work. Do 30 sec of stretching or stand and walk a bit.
