Seems oa both knees. Pl send x ray reports and treatment done so far. Walking, fomentation of knees with hot water bath may be done. Before bath massage with mahavishgarbh oil - light massage - be done. Pl send reports. Consult for further advise and'janudhara' tips.

This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

My sister has pain in her left forearm for over a year. We have consulted orthopedics. But no relief and pain continue. Recently one doctor suggested to go for key hole surgery. Kindly advice us whether we can go for it and whether will be effective treatment. Whether will be costly. We belong to a middle class family.

Never go for surgery in haste. It needs to be investigated. For surgery delhi will be a better place. We have very good well equiped hodpitals working on reasonable rates.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Hams stretching. Sports taping hot fomentation.

I have problem in my ankle the bone was broken and fix ,dr advice me to wear ankle brace from last two years but when I was starting these days running or some hard workout my whole leg start paining too much what was reason and how I treat this problem?

If your posture is incorrect while you stand sit or lie down you develop pain. You have not stated the work you are doing. Do some hip rotational exercise in the morning and evening. Identify the midpoint between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

That may be due to lack of proper nutrition. First try a healthy diet including vegetables, eggs, milk and other protein rich foods like legumes. Don't opt for vitamin tablets, supplementary foods and pain killers for minor issues.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear as far your age takings into consideration. Problem is having since 3 yr. It's chronic diseases. There are many disorders originated from spine just takings casually not a good sign. At least it has to diagnose perfectly not like a back pain only? taking pain killer and doing exercise is not a solutions. May be good for acute stage but in longterm perspective you have to discuss with spine specialist.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

What is the severity of pain? is the pain continous or intermittent? is it pulsating? since pain is a complex phenomenon, there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.
