I am 60 years old. I am not able to walk. My MRI report said that Lumber spondylosis with degenerative disc disease with diffuse annular bulge of L3-4 and L4-5 discs with bilateral neural foramina narrowing. I am unable to move my right leg also. My blood pressure and sugar are in control. Please suggest me remedies. Thank You.

You should visit to the physiotherapist for back problem n take few sessions. Also improve your intake of water and diet. Use hot water fomentation on back. Avoid forward bending and weight lifting.

Doing masturbation twice a week is considered as normal but not more than that. Take tab calcium in between meals and vit D3 sachet once a week.

Advice keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises hamstring stretching calf muscles stretching contrast bath.

These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety medicines alone cannot cure anxiety disorders mainly because medicines do not alter behavior. Behavior change and Continuous practice of the changed behavior cure anxiety. I suggest anxiety education, progressive counseling and progressive psychotherapy. I assure you complete cure. I am just 18 years old and still facing severe hair fall. This prblm started few months back. At first I ignored it because I thought it's normal. But slowly slowly I realized that my hairfall increased. And now even after applying so many oils and different hair fall rescue remedies I am unable to make changes. I desperately need your help.
