Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc.avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Sounds to me like you are into an anger related depression. If you have not been on medication and you want to remain so, you will have to work very hard to recover from this condition. You must first of all seek the help of a counselor, ideally. If that person thinks that you need to meet with a doctor you will need to do so and cooperate right through. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love: find someone to love and to love you back, if you are not already married. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive everyday and learn to be contended with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Diet restrictions and regular exercise are mainstay of diabetes control. Avoid sweets sugar jaggery honey sweet fruits like banana mango grapes Chiku etc. Diet should be rich in fibres and vegetables. You should take small frequent meals instead of few and large meals. Regular exercise walking and yoga are very helpful.

Hello, You need to increase your daily food intake to gain weight in a healthy way. Try to eat something healthy after every 2 hours. Besides a healthy breakfast, add an extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add sweet dish after meals. In between have foods like cheese sandwiches, milkshakes, dry fruits, peanuts, namkeens, idlis, dhoklas, aloo chaat, paneer tikkas, boiled eggs, juices, etc.

Avoid these kind of products. Instead use turmeric. Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin.

I continuously provide healthy food but my body not getting improved what should I do sir.
For improving your body, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts or you can take a fistful of dryfruits.In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Exercises To improve your health, Get enough sleep, it is also important. You should also do some exercise.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

I have facing from stomach fat. I really don't like my fat on my stomach. I'm 27years old guy and my height is 5" 6 or 5" 7 around. I want to loose n control my fat from stomach. Now a days I'm thinking to use a fat cutter or fat burner product for ex:- (nutrislim). Pls tell me it is safe to use. N. How can I loose or control my stomach fat?

The best way to get a flat stomach is to try high intensity cardio. This is because it burns a larger number of calories than low intensity cardio. Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. Brisk walking is considered an effective cardio workout for those who suffer from joint problems, as it does not place much stress on the joints, compared to other cardio exercises such as running or cycling.

I am getting jitters at just 18 years. I was drinking lot of tea regularly but now I left tea and not using any caffeine. How much time it will take for jitters to completely go.

The amount of time it takes caffeine to leave each person's system can vary dramatically. They include both physical and mental symptoms.and disappear after two weeks.

I drink herbalife nutrition powder with toned milk in that time reduce my weight in that time my weight is 83. But now I stop that drink because of breathing issues came when that use. I understand your problem! Weight reduction is sometimes very difficult due to resistant fat. So initial effort does matter. There are 3 rules of weight reduction-1. Consistency 2. Daily physical activity minimum 5 hrs a week 3. Reduce fat, salt and sugar from diet. The problem area, where patients generally do mistakes are 1. Inconsistency, 2. Dieting rigorous which results in being eating! Avoid that. Get your thyroid checked too Be consistent to reduce weight.

To increase your Heamoglobin value apart from medication eat green vegetables, jaggery, carrots , beet etc and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest

You should most definitely get the cleaning done and also follow it up on a more regular basis in the future to ensure the problem doesn' t progress. All you need to ensure that the procedure is done with proper ultrasonic powered instruments and in the right manner.

My husband is having migraine from past 1 month he is taking tablets please tell me how many months it will take to cure completely? Or should he take tablet life long for migraine?

Migraine headaches do not stay continuously. They come and go. As they can occur any time there is only one thing that you can do is note down the how frequent migraine attacks happen, after what activity does he get these migraines, how long it lasts, which part of your head hurts, does anyone in family have similar trouble, Does bright light/loud sound/ lack of sleep bring headache, what medications help him and does he have an aura before he gets migraine. Aura is basically sensitivity to light ,sound and also nausea. Some people have aura before they get migraine and some do not. Its better to keep note of these above question and follow up with a doctor. If the frequency increases to more than two days in a week you should see a physician. When he has migraine try to sit in a dim light room with no noise. Usually the first treatment option is over the counter pain killers. But if you are having headache very often then I recommend a doctors visit. Hope this helps.

Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly and can wear spectacles which fully protect the eye.
